They therefore accept themselves and love others, knowing that no one has any ground on which to stand, except God s grace. Adapted from the Confession of 1967, 9.22 *TITHES AND OFFERINGS: / * DOXOLOGY: No. 606 PRAYERS OF THE PEOPLE: (Use sins and sinners) *HYMN Soon and Very Soon (On Screen) *CHARGE & BENEDICTION: *SUNG BENEDICTION: They ll Know We Are Christians by Our Love ---(Everyone stand and join hands while singing) --- We are one in the Spirit, we are one in the Lord, We are one in the Spirit, we are one in the Lord, And we pray that all unity may one day be restored: And they ll know we are Christians by our love, by our love; POSTLUDE A special THANK YOU to everyone that helped with worship. It will begin on Tuesday, May 29 th and run through Friday, June 1 st. This is such a great event for our area youth and it takes a village to run it. There is always a need for volunteers to help in the classrooms, with the craft activities, to help with snack time, and many other things. If you feel called to help with VBS this year, please contact the church office at or us at office@fpcbb.org. Thank you!
