MICHAEL S CHURCH, PORTARLINGTON Sunday 13 th September, pm Come and walk with us from St. Michael s Church, Portarlington to Mount St. Anne s for the blessing, by Bishop Denis Nulty, of the newly erected Calvary within the grounds. Local lady, Gillian Treacy will speak briefly of her experience of the cross in her life. Each pilgrim is invited to carry a small cross and place it at the Calvary in Mount St. Anne s. Those who would prefer not to join the walking pilgrimage are invited to come and pray in the chapel before the blessing. Tea/Coffee served after the ceremony. All welcome. Mindfulness and Wellbeing Workshop DONE - JK Monday 14 th & 21 st September & 5 th, 12 th and 19 th October, pm 9.30pm The overall aim of this course is to provide participants with an understanding of mindfulness, positive psychology and the practical daily tools we can use in our life to reduce stress, improve focus and increase our wellbeing. At the end of the training, the participants will be qualified to accompany individuals in their faith journey. This course takes place over 7 weekends per year from October to April.
