2 The Time Was Right! Galatians 4:4-5 December 2, 2018 But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under law, to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons. The Rise of the Roman Empire OCC Associate Pastor Search Team Updates - The Pastor Search Committee has now narrowed down the applicants to one. We met this past week and interviewed this candidate for the position. We unanimously agreed that we would like to proceed with the second interview with both him and his wife. Please be in prayer for both of them, along with us, as we all are seeking after God's will. This is an exciting time for all of us and we are hopeful for what God has in store.

3 Fellowship Time - Join us for a time of coffee & conversation in the fellowship hall immediately following the morning worship service. Sunday School then starts at 10:30 am. All-Church Potluck - Today We will be having an all-church potluck after the congregational meeting so please plan on sticking around for a great time of food and fellowship!! Group #1 will be serving - W & C Snook chairmen Christmas Choir - The next practice will be from 5 to 6 pm tonight. See C Allen for more details or to pick up music. Kids Christmas Program Practice - Sat., December 8 th & 15 th from 9:30-11 am Please see A Kayser with any questions. H.O.P.E. Caroling / Potluck - Sat., December 8 th - 4:30 pm We will meet at the church to go caroling, pass out Bible books and Advent service invitations to our neighbors in Osco. Afterword's we will enjoy a chili/soup supper at the church. Please bring a crockpot of either chili or soup and a side dish such as crackers, cheese, veggies or dessert to share. We HOPE you can make it! Looking Ahead: The next meeting of the Wednesday Warriors will be December 12 th at 8:30 am for coffee & devotions and then a light lunch at noon.
