Interact in the marketplace, pet the animals, see the baby Jesus lying in the manger as you talk to Mary and Joseph. Saturday, Dec. 14th-6:30pm-8:30pm Location:Hephatha School Grounds Mid-Week Advent Services A Christmas Carol in 3D Joy To The World In November of 2009, the Disney Company released a highly anticipated Christmas Carol in 3-D. This mid-week series plays off of this theme by presenting a different carol - Joy to the World. In this popular Christmas hymn, 3 D provides direction and meaning to the season of Christmas. Each week we will look at a key scripture, a key verse from the carol, and a key D. Dec. 11th: John 12:20-28 Death Carol-focus on verse 3: Jesus comes to break the curse. Dec. 18th: Psalm 119: Deliverence Carol-focus on verse 4: We now experience the wonders of His love! Dinner at 6pm. Worship at 7pm. The Board of Evangelism will be sponsoring the dinner this week. They will be serving soup, salad and bread. Cost is $5 per person or $15 per family. CHURCH Advent & Christmas at Hephatha Sunday Morning Advent Services The Sunday morning Advent-themed services will look with anticipation to the coming of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Chris. The class with the most sales is Mrs. Thompson s class. Mrs. Thompson s class has earned a pizza party! We are still selling See s Candies! We have 1 pound boxes of Nut and Chews, and/or Assorted chocolates, please come by the School Office to purchase. They are $17.50 each.
