While developing leadership resources for local congregations, engaging network groups in new processes to implement core strategies, designing and promoting online learning through webinars, I also serve as a design team member for the School of Congregational Development.

Hawkins, General Secretary of GCORR, said an essential piece of congregational vitality is the ability of a congregation to reflect the world around it.
