23 How to use your budget as an alignment tool: Build it based on missional priorities. Track regularly to identify variances. Identify wasteful spending. Adjust spending to address problems Realign to missional priorities Weave a?ing culture into your DNA Be willing to say No to good things What if the mission shifts?
