15 on a busy day. The older I become the more that long hours on For 25 years, I have averaged 2-3 hours of prayer a day through my morning time of bathroom, stretching, exercise and more stretching. Yet, I often felt WEAK, EMPTY and DRAINED by the End of the day. In ministry you give out a lot. For over 20 years, I asked the Lord to please give me GRACE for a SECOND season of prayer every day. Yet, I could not find the Grace. I often spend 8-12 intense hours in front of the computer

16 Massager under different parts of my body for 30 minutes. the computer cause Extra Tension in my body. Last year, through a series of Experiments, (Adjustments) I learned that I need to take a 30 min. break after TWO hard hours of computer work to use a Pillow Massager on different parts of my shoulders, back and legs. During these half hour breaks, I lie on the Bed in my prayer room, turn on my Instrumental Worship music, set the egg timer for 30 minutes and position the Pillow
