If you are new to the parish, please introduce yourself to a member of the Parish Staff after Mass or at your convenience. Sacrament of Matrimony Couples should make arrangements with one of our priests or deacon at least six months before the wedding. Pastoral Care of the Sick and Elderly Please contact the Parish Center Office to make arrangements, if you are going into the hospital, or have a family member who is homebound and would like to receive the Sacrament of the Sick. If a family member cannot come to church and would like to receive Communion at home, please notify us. Help with Extraordinary Winter Costs This past winter was exceptionally cold and snowy. Our Collaborative parishes incurred higher than normal costs for utilities and snow removal in order to keep our facilities safe, accessible and comfortable for you during the challenging winter months. Following is a summary of the expenses incurred this winter: Snow Removal Utilities St. Francis of Assisi Parish $19, $65, St. Joseph Parish & School $31, $124, Your generous support of this collection will give our parishes the needed boost to pay for these extraordinary costs. We encourage our students to develop a deep love of God, neighbor, and self. The faculty and staff believe that a supportive academic environment will help to develop self-confidence, pride, fulfillment, and a desire to strive toward excellence. Bridge to Kindergarten Program Saint Joseph School understands and appreciates the importance of the whole child. If your child would benefit from the gift of time, before entering Kindergarten, this is the program for you! This program is designed to promote a level of readiness skills necessary for a Kindergarten classroom. The Bridge program introduces children at a slower pace to the structure and routine of a Kindergarten classroom. Teachers encourage emerging learners through a variety of ways focusing on the development of each individual child. The Bridge is a five (5) full day program which includes Music, Art, Spanish, and Physical Education all taught by a specialist outside of their classroom.
