1 3rd Grade Bible Presentation September 18, 2016 You ve Made Our Day. We re so glad you ve joined us this morning! We hope you ll feel the love of Christ, the warmth of His family and leave knowing you ve heard from God. We strive to provide meaningful praise and relevant teaching each and every service, and offer you a wide variety of opportunities to get plugged in, serve, and grow spiritually. This may be your first Sunday at Asbury but we don t want it to be your last. We invite you to join in what God is doing here as we continue our mission of helping others follow Jesus.

3 Announcements Come celebrate the arrival of fall with your church! Outreach packets are available at the south table. These include door hangers so you can easily invite your neighbors and friends as well as cards to distribute with your candy to children on Halloween night. Sign up to be part of changing a nation! Information Session on Tuesday, October 11 7 pm, Family Room 1Nation1Day Nicaragua will be the largest global missions outreach in history. But this isn t just about numbers; it s about creating measurable change. It takes an unprecedented strategy to make this audacious vision a reality. Asbury would love to send 100 people to be on our team! Nicaragua is one of the neediest nations on this side of the planet Serve nearly every high school in the country, bringing a message of hope, purpose, and identity 3,000 missionaries - The larger the team, the larger the impact Honoring local and national leadership Organizing one of the largest medical outreaches in history Train local business and political leaders in strategic conferences across the nation. The week ends on Saturday when the nation will gather together as ONE in 17 stadiums and fields in the heart of all 17 states. Gabe Bahlhorn, Chief Communications Officer with 1Nation1Day, will be here Tuesday, October 11 for an information session. Information tables are available at the south foyer for questions or to sign up for the session. Walk-ins are welcome too on Tuesday.

4 Thursday, October 13, 7 9 pm Asbury s Venue Engaging Our Divided Nation During this Q Commons, your city will join with thousands of attendees in hundreds of cities to be equipped on how to engage this unique, American moment. Join us Thursday, October 13, 2016, from 7-9 pm, as we gather at Venue (Asbury Tulsa) to learn and consider how to advance good in Tulsa. This two-hour live event will educate Christians on how they can bring hope and leadership to their communities in a critical moment for America.
