Each week during Advent and Christmas there will be a picture in the bulletin of something to be found here on our parish grounds. By the way, we have prizes too! 7 THEY RE HERE! HOLY SPIRITS 2017 CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS GO ON SALE SUNDAY, DECEMBER 3 17 AT EACH MASS THIS YEAR WE ARE OFFERING 2 ORNAMENT STYLES. Designer Sallie Nau of Seattle Porcelain Company has once again designed spectacular ornaments for our 5 th annual Christmas Ornament sales to benefit Holy Spirit Parish. Her local Northwest workshop is renowned for its magnificent porcelain pieces. The Dove, the symbol of Holy Spirit Parish, is the symbol of peace and represents our Holy Spirit of the Trinity. This is another version of the beautiful dove ornament that started our yearly Christmas ornament sales in The polished edging brings out the Mother of Pearl details on the dove and ribbon. Simple but elegant This beautiful ornament was inspired by the Twelve Days of Christmas song and poem of giving gifts to a loved one during the Christmas Season. The tree and partridge are highly polished against the matte finish porcelain which gives this piece a rainbow glow. It s not only a gorgeous piece but a fun one, too. Both ornaments come in a selection of colored ribbons: green, red, white. They are hollow-cast and to allow a small light to shine through the back.
