2 VICAR S DESK Greetings in the name of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Most beloved children and elders of my St. Peters Mar Thoma Parish, by the Grace of God, the month of May became over with a refreshing and retreating effect in our parish life. The hope of life getting through the resurrection and ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ is making us Jewanile in our lives. As St. Paul says in Phil 3:14 I press on toward the goal for the price of the upward call of God in Jesus Christ. Paul is focusing in the right target in Christian life. The term goal is an athletic term. Interestingly the same word is used of a target for shooting. In both case, the prospect of winning depends on being focused. For the believers that focus should be a lifetime persuit of becoming more like our Savior Jesus Christ. What is our focus today? Today make sure you are aiming at the right target. Church members can avail memberships and subscribe books. Yearly Membership fee is only 1 KD.
