3 ====================================================================== Knights of Columbus News: Hello brother Knights and parishioners we have a busy month ahead with 3 coffee houses. Pancake Breakfast on Nov. 13, 2016 after Divine Liturgy. Harvest dance on Nov. 19, 2016 where we invite brother knights and wives and any parishioners that enjoy a good old time dance, music supplied By Request who are returning to our hall and were enjoyed by knights and their wives and others the last time they were here. Our last perogy supper for 2016 will be held on November 25, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 7:00pm, with peeling of potatoes on Monday Nov. 21, 6:00 pm. Coming Events within our Parish: Project 2016 Annual Fundraiser Dinner & Draw This Saturday November 05, 2016 Tickets are available for our Parish s ONLY annual fundraiser Dinner and Draw. There is Only this Sunday left to purchase your tickets at the church. Ticket prices are $55.00 for Dinner and Draw which includes a dinner, all refreshments, entertainment, and $2000 in draw prizes. Or, if you can t make it to the event you may purchase a Draw only ticket for $30.00 giving you a chance to win any one of the 22 draw prizes, amounting in total to $2000. We pray that, with God s help, this will mark the beginning of the end of abortion in our city and beyond. Abortion is the leading cause of death in the world, ending more lives than cardio vascular disease, cancer, AIDS, war, hunger or any other cause. 6 Manitoba Catholic Prison Ministry Prison Ministry in Community Parish as field hospital in prison ministry As we move toward the close of this extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy, the Tri-Diocesan Prison Ministry committee is offering an opportunity for all engaged and interested in this ministry in different ways to come and share in collective wisdom. We particularly welcome all who would like to learn more about the many aspects of this gospel challenge. We seek to advance the effectiveness and extent of this work of mercy for the benefit of all community members.
