16 Grounds for Invalidity of Ordination 1. The one who celebrated the ordination was not a validly ordained d bishop. 2. The bishop who seemed to celebrate the ordination did not have the intention to ordain the person. 3. There was no imposition of hands and/or no prayer of consecration. 4. There was a lack of intention on the side of the ordained, e. g. complete lack of freedom. 5. The ordained was not baptized or not male.
