1 This week at St Mary s : For our Prayers Sunday Intercessions & Prayer Focus for each day this week In 2016 St Mary's is supporting in the wider world: The Condor Vision Trust (CVT) Peru; Mission Afrika in the Diocese of Bo, Sierra Leone. In Sussex and the south east we are supporting: Diocesan Family Support Work (FSW); Faith and Light UK. In Horsham we are supporting the Horsham Churches Together Projects; Anchor Counselling & Therapy. At St. Mary s Our Serving & Transforming the Community. Locally - We thank God for the opportunities Horsham Churches Together and its partner charities have to work in the community and express His love. We pray for those who will be touched by this work this week. The Wider World We pray for Julio Cusihuaman and his work as a prison evangelist supported by the Condor Vision Trust in Peru. Praise God for the many prisoners who have come to faith in prisons through his ministry. 2 Sunday 12 th June 3 rd SUNDAY after Trinity Welcome to St Mary s! Especially if this is your first visit we hope you will enjoy the service. If you are new to us please pick up information about all that St. Mary s offers from the Welcome Table near the Church door. Members of the welcome team will of course be delighted to answer any questions you may have. Children from 3-11 years old are most welcome at THE LIGHTHOUSE, our Sunday Club which meets in the Barn/Church Centre during the 9.30 services in termtime. There is also a manned crèche available for babies & toddlers in the side chapel. Young people (age 11+) are welcome to join CIA in the Leslie Room. We hope you will be able to stay after the 9.30 service, and join us for a cup of coffee. Please do introduce yourself to one of the clergy or a member of the welcome team, who would love the chance to get to know you better. St Mary s Flower Festival 2016 Let all the world in every corner sing Opening Concert Wednesday 15th June 7.30pm about an hour of music from St Mary s Choir - a mixture of items including 'I was Glad' by Parry, 'Let All the World' by Vaughan Williams plus many others; Festival Open Thursday 16th to Saturday 18th June 10am-6pm & Sunday 19th June pm; St Mary s Church of England School Dancing in the Causeway Thursday 16th June 2pm; Closing Celebration Service Sunday 19th June 6.30pm; BETHANY CAFÉ Open throughout the Festival. Thursday 16 th June 10am: The Informal coffee morning group will meet at the Bethany Café to join in with the Flower Festival celebrations. (The next date will be 7 th July in the Church Centre as usual.) Wednesday 15 th June regular events change of location because of the flower festival: 10am Holy Communion in St Peter's Chapel (Church Centre) with Mothers union coffee afterwards in the Manor Room; 2pm Art Group organised by Estelle Allsobrook in the Manor Room.

Come and listen to some popular opera choruses by Borodin, Handel, Mozart, Offenbach, Purcell, Mascagni, Wagner. A licensed bar will be available. Sunday 3 rd July 9.30am 3.30pm St Mary s Vision Day: A prayerful process of listening and sharing (through worship, presentations and small group discussion) that begins to discern what God s priorities are for mission and ministry through St. Mary s during the next 5 years. Bring and share lunch, special children s and young people s groups. St Mary s Holiday Club Champion s Challenge will be Mon 1 st -Fri 5th Aug 9.30am- 12noon in the Barn (and special capers on Sun 7th Aug). Open to all primary school aged children; registration now open via the church office forms available from the website too. 24 th September 7.45pm: St Mary s Jazz night a date for your diary tickets are now on sale from the Church Office and Waterstones selling fast!

Sunday 26th June 8am Breakfast all welcome in the Leslie room for free continental breakfast after the service a week earlier than usual because the 8am service on 3rd July is cancelled due to the Vision Day. No evening service in St Mary s on Sunday 26 th June 6.30pm so that we can attend the Deanery Confirmation Service at All Saint s Roffey. Home Group Communion: Wednesday 13th July 7.30pm in the Church Centre.
