3 PRAYER OF CONFESSION (Unison) Loving God, Searcher of Hearts, you know the longings we have for a wholeness of spirit and joy of heart. Yet we often hold on to things that drag us into gloom. We are more comfortable with bitterness than with forgiving; we find it easier to nurture our prejudices than to see your light in all people. Open our stubborn hearts and free our minds so that we might know the power of your healing forgiveness in our lives.
