2 We Will Miss Him I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Fr. Victor for all of his work here at St. Francis. He has been a huge blessing to our parish. Ordained here and made Associate Pastor, Fr. Victor has done so much in building up a stronger St. Francis community. He has great organizing skills and amazing teaching qualities. Fr. Victor has helped to organize the Hispanic community in a big way. The organization of the Feast of Guadalupe for the past two years was the best we ve ever seen. He was also available to teach Math to our middle school students this year. Fr. Victor s homilies gave us much for reflection, and he was a great support in achieving our vision. He worked tirelessly with the Hispanic community in fundraising efforts to retire the debt he was always available to help any time requested. And he always had a smile on his face. We promise Father our prayers as he takes charge as Pastor of St. Patrick s Church in Madras on March 21st. We will miss him. Welcome to Fr. Sibi Poulose F r. Sibi Poulose was born in Perumbavoor City, in the Ernakulam District in Kerala, India, on October 7, He has an older brother and a younger sister. He joined the seminary after high school and, after priestly formation in various parts of India, he was ordained a priest on April 23, 2009 in the Catholic Diocese of Bijnor. Soon after his ordination, he worked in various parishes and institutes as a missionary priest. He has organized meetings, seminars, workshops, and training programs for students and teachers, as well as catechism for youth. Fr. Sibi loves to play basketball and badminton. He also loves meeting and interacting with new people. We welcome Father and wish him a very fruitful ministry here at St. Francis. Community of St. Francis of Assisi, Fr. Jose Thomas Mudakodiyil Thank you very much for this time that I was able to spend with you. As you may already have heard, I was appointed as Pastor of St. Patrick Parish in Madras. My last weekend here at St. Francis is March Please, keep me in your prayers, as you will be in mine. Fr. Victor

A good steward gives time to the Lord increased prayer time is one way of doing this. A good steward fasts by giving up material things and desires. A good steward increases his or her giving to the poor. While we do not always think of it, Lent is a season of good stewardship. Have a great Lent!
