SACRAMENTAL LIFE Ext 13 Reconciliation: Celebrated on urday from 4:00 5:00 PM, or by appointment with the priest; Parish Penance Services are celebrated during Advent and Lent. Ext 19 RCIA: The RCIA process is open to those who have never been baptized as well as those baptized into a different faith, and those needing to complete the sacraments of Eucharist and/or Confirmation. Parish Registration: Is requested of all individual persons and families who worship regularly with us on s and who intend to participate in the life of our parish with their time, talents, and treasures. Matrimony: Contact the parish office at least 6 months before the prospective date. Baptism: Baptism Preparation Class is held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00 PM in the church. Gratitude to Laurice Bonannella, our Religious Education Director and her assistant, Linda Klekner for leading our children and their families to Jesus; gratitude and special thanks to our Catechists, parents and all of those who have role modeled and lead our communicants to a deeper relationship with Christ. We all, at Saint Jude, are so very proud to feed our little sheep and I hope their parents will continue bringing them back every to receive Jesus in Holy Communion. This is my Body, which is given for you. Do this in memory of me. (Luke 22:19). May you always know the peace of Jesus, the light of His love, and the joy of His life within you. May you forever be as close to Jesus as you were in your First Holy Communion. May your First Holy Communion Celebration be filled with great happiness. 4 INTERFAITH FOOD PANTRY Please Help Stamp Out Hunger By Taking Part in the Letter Carriers Annual Food Drive urday May 12th. You can help stamp out hunger and make a difference by placing unopened canned and boxed items such as shelf-stable milk, soup, stews and chili, canned fruits and veggies, peanut butter, beans, tuna fish, pasta, sauce, rice and cereal - in a bag next to your mailbox. (Low salt and low sugar items are always welcome!). Letter Carriers will be picking up these items when they deliver your mail on urday May 12th! Food collected will be donated to local food pantries including the Interfaith Food Pantry (IFP). In 2017, the Interfaith Food Pantry helped over 10,000 Morris County residents (35% were children) and distributed over 1.1 million pounds of food thanks to your help! ST. JUDE ROSARY ALTAR SOCIETY WOMEN Our May Meeting will be held on Monday, May 7th At 7:15pm starting with the recitation of the Rosary. Our Annual Luncheon will be held on, June 3rd, at Bistro 46, Netcong. The cost of the luncheon is $40.00 and reservations and payment are due at the May meeting.
