Step backwards one pace. You are now ready to cast the final Circle, within which are all your assembled items. In the East, your Altar should be set with flowers, the chalice, the Pentacle Plate, the Silver Candle to left as faced, the gold Candle to right as faced. Your Wand should sit facing you on the Altar. The Quarter Candles should be in their positions, and ready for lighting, the Incense stick holder below Air, the bowl for Fire below fire, the bowl for water below water, and the bowl for earth below Earth. These you will fill with each correspondence offer as you light the Quarters, and the Quarters will all be called in Welsh. Once you have called the quarters, you may open your Robe fully, and face the Altar, leaving enough space to lay back, and spread arms and legs in Circle.
