It is a state of being content. It is a state of being content within your Presence, within your Buddha Nature. When you have a happy meal, your stomach is content of course not the McDonald s Happy Meal, a real meal! And when you have a spiritual happy meal of light, of virtues, of graces rich in the desserts of spiritual blessings, you are also happy in a higher way, a divinely delightful way. Temporary happiness comes through fleeting experiences. Long-lasting, eternal happiness comes through a tempered life wherein you have spiritually evolved and mastered yourself, you have passed your initiations, you have balanced your debts to life and learned how to live in emotional, mental, spiritual and physical equanimity, harmony and peace. Maitreya s happiness is derived from the Divine One, who saw the creation and proclaimed that it was good. God, the All-Buddha is continually re-acclaiming that the creation is good that you are good (divine), that you are all light, that you are worthy, that you are real and already one with your Buddha Nature! Maitreya s smile indicates that he is musing on the Divine everywhere and he is quite amused within this state of being, drawing from the universal this happy state of consciousness. Like Gautama he long ago resolved all his issues, and now he lives within the one, clear and pure issue of God s magazine, LIFE, beyond TIME and beyond SHAPE and beyond SPORTS ILLUSTRATED or unillustrated! Happiness can be your new norm, your natural state of being when you, too, have resolved your relationships by first relating to God and then to God within your partner, family, 1

2 friends and co-workers. When you relate to the God within them, you draw out that Godly, Buddha Nature and then it is easy to be happy! Happiness is, then, a state of divine consciousness. It is a state of being in love with God, in love with life, in love with everyone, everything, everywhere! Happiness is akin to cleanliness and godliness. You always feel great after you shower, bathe, cleanse or soak in a hot springs pool or stand under a waterfall, right? You just feel that aha experience AH is the tone of the heart, so naturally when you get in or under the water your inclination is to say AAAAHHHH. This actually opens your heart to the cleaning and clearing virtues of the Mother represented within the water! So now you know that cleanliness AND happiness are next to godliness! Yes, it requires discipline, yet it is best entered into and mastered through relaxed focus rather than stressful concentration. Note this difference between relaxed focus and stressful concentration. In the former, you abide in your heart. In the latter you re focused in your third eye. Now some may be able to be happy when focusing on and through their third eye, yet for most of us, it is easier to be happy when we re relaxed in our heart no blood, sweat or tears here. Well, yes the blood flows through the heart, yet we re not stressed about it. Our heart beats naturally without us even focusing on it. Our autonomic nervous system works perfectly and continues to breathe while our heart beats and pumps that beautiful refreshed blood to our organs and cells. Joyful meditation manifests when we slow down the mind, enter the heart and allow the natural essences of beingness to manifest through us through a stress-less breathing cycle, through entering into heart-centeredness, where loving-kindness arises. Maitreya says that loving-kindness arises gracefully within our being when we are de-stressed through a relaxed focus on God within our hearts! Some spiritual teachers like Drunvalo Melchizedek and some metaphysical Matrix Energetics teachers like Richard Bartlett talk about dropping into the heart. What this means is that since most of us are so focused on our thoughts within our human mind, we have to let go and allow our awareness to go to the heart. If it helps for you to use the term, drop into the heart, fine. For me, I actually experience it as a relaxed awakening into higher consciousness by rising in vibration into the heart. It can help if you actually touch your heart area with your hand and choose to be and stay there in your awareness. Some like to use the motion of their hands moving upward from the waist area to feel the flow and the flowering of loving light in the heart chakra. When I do our rosaries this is so natural that it is now second nature, which to me is really first nature! Haha! Joyful meditation is magic because during your time of stillness within the great silence inside your heart you begin to truly co-create with God as an alchemist, as a white magician. Through silence and stillness you access the zero point of being, the sacred space beyond physical time and space where ISNESS, BEINGNESS exists within your Presence. To abide here truly is magical, miraculous, magnanimous and sometimes mysterious! Maitreya and all the Buddhas are really golden magicians! They have accessed the gold of the Christ Consciousness and the gold of Buddhic Awareness and so they emanate a serene, golden light of illumination and divine wisdom throughout their auras and beyond. 3 really like the Midas Touch, become a Buddha, because you, too, will be able to perform alchemies through the golden magic of higher Buddhic, Atmic, Solar and Cosmic awareness. Maitreya says that there is no limit to divine awareness. It is infinite, universal, ubiquitous and everlasting. Divine awareness spans the microcosm and the macrocosm and everything in and out between! Divine awareness allows you to be anywhere instantly, to cognize anything instantaneously and to resonate with anyone in the unity field of beingness. Now here is an assignment for all of you who have issues with others with others personalities, with their mentalities, the way they think, feel, talk or act. Do any of us NOT have issues with someone? Hahaha! Gently and in a relaxed state, focus on your heart. Now simultaneously see yourself hugging the other person and experience the melding of your hearts, the unity of your combined heart awareness. Feel your heart resonating with and in synchronicity with their heart. Feel your hearts beating as one, aligned, together, unified. This is not a mental construct, it is a heart experience through the modality of your Christ Consciousness. Now, see yourself AS the other person, experiencing life, consciousness and the world around you as them! Creatively imagine this life, which is a part of God s life AND a part of your life, because we are all part of God, God is part of us and we are really ONE. Now choose to live in this unity field of oneness as BOTH yourself and the other person as a singular being, yoked into a singularity of love, joined at the hip and the heart, no longer separate! Now rise into your collective third-eye vision and collective Buddhic awareness and accept the validity of your new combined perspective and view on life, on everything! 4 11:40-11:55 Additional Insights from Lord Maitreya If laughter is the best medicine, joy is the optimal health food and humor the perfect supplement. If love makes the world go round, joy keeps it in orbit! Divine friendship is sustained through ongoing conversation and collaboration with God. The laughing Buddha has many divine secrets that he s willing to share if you care enough to be compassionate and express loving-kindness to all. The resplendent are only co-dependent on God! Through your attitude of gratitude the Buddha Lords use gratefulness to transmute hatefulness, so you won t manifest latefulness in arriving in the Pure Land! If joy is the motor of life, happiness is the engine of success and felicity is the vehicle of victory! When we are happy and joyous we are more: PREFACE Productive, Resilient, Energetic, Flexible, Amicable, Creative and Expressive! The fire of joy and the light of happiness. Joy is a living fire even as love is a living flame. Happiness is a radiant light even as life is created by light. The ascension is the most joyful experience we will have as mortality is morphed into immortality, limitation into limitless light and our finite nature into our infinite Buddha nature. Joy cannot be regulated or refereed; restrained or contained, decried or denied, blackballed or mothballed! Joys makes us decidedly more beautiful and bounteous and more gracious and luminous. In joy we are unearthed and rebirthed as we are re-mirthed! Joy is a jewel for renewal and it creates a special space for grace. Under Item Type scroll down to Jewels of Joy. Maitreya taught Jesus much about his own pioneering alchemical experiments in liberating others through the illuminating flame of joy. Jesus took Joy to the World as his keynote. Joy consumes the vibrations of hell and transmutes the mutterings of dark spirits. Joy is an envelope for God s enveloping love and light. Where Joy s virtues abide, levity is multiplied. To transcend Earth you must experience the Joy-Field of expressed love, expanded wisdom and expedited faith. To glorify God and Magnify the Lord you must also visit this Joy-Field as often as possible to tap the elixirs of spirited grace and the divine wine of creative vision. Joy and Truth are relatives. Their kinship runs deep and is far-reaching. Joy is a song of praise and Truth an ode to oneness. Joy is spontaneous and Truth is spot-on! Joy is born of spirit and Truth is spirit reborn. Those who transcend the lesser self have realized the truth that exists within yet does not lie within (joke). 4

5 Those who ascend know the greater Self and also experience the joy that exists everywhere in potential. They now realize it as actual. Meditate on how to activate joy and how to actuate truth daily and within each moment.
