2 Manifesting Principle 1 Change is possible. Everything is possible.

3 The knowledge and belief that it s possible to change ourselves is the launching pad of the manifesting process. If you don t believe this, manifesting ain t gonna happen for you. If you struggle to believe that anything and everything is possible, welcome to the club! Most of us have that problem. We live in a world that perpetuates the belief of lack and limitation. To be able to start to manifest, you don t have to believe already that everything is possible. You just have to believe that change is possible for you. All it takes to get started is a tiny sliver of belief. If you can do that, you ve launched.

4 Manifesting Principle 2 The universe is a neutral field of energy and what you give it you get back.

5 We know like attracts like in our universe, however most of us struggle to view the universe as a field of energy, a neutral field of energy. Most of us have been brought up to believe in a God, with human characteristics and tendencies. If we are good, God will be happy with us, and if we are bad, God won t be happy with us. We are all brought up to believe that there are certain things we must do to get the things we want. But generally, the things we believe we need to do in order to get what we want sabotage the manifesting process.

6 EXAMINE HOW YOU PERCEIVE GOD: What is God for you? How does God operate in your life? What do you think you need to do in order for God to listen to you and give you what you want? EXAMINE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR PARENTS: What did you have to do as a child to get what you wanted? What was acceptable behaviour? What did your parents teach you about life? What did they tell you about how you could get in life what you wanted?

7 If you examine both your relationship between yourself and God, and your relationship between your childhood self and your parents, and merge them together, you will see how you perceive the universe.

8 We bring a lot of baggage to the manifesting process, which sabotages the it because it stops us from going for what we really want. Either we have to invest so much time and energy and effort into getting what we want, or we feel bad about going for it. In reality it is futile to struggle to get what you want or to feel bad about going for it, because the universe is not a person. It is a neutral field of energy. You just simply have to go for what you want and adhere to the manifesting principles. If you do that and give that vibration out from your self, the neutral field of the universe will give you what you want.

9 Manifesting Principle 3 Your beliefs create your world. What you believe, the universe gives back to you.

10 What you believe affects the field that is the universe, so if you want a different life situation, you need to change your beliefs. Spiritual and self-help teachers tell us to focus only on that which we want. They tell us to not focus on, and not see, the things we don t want and to choose, on a daily basis, to only see what we want. When we focus on what we want, we draw it forth into our reality. The film, What the Bleep Do We Know, proves this. There is no ultimate reality. Reality is always affected and influenced by the observer. The way we choose to see the world is the way the world will appear to us.

11 GRATITUDE When we focus on those things we are grateful for, we choose to see what we want to see. We are focusing on what we want and forgetting what we don t want. The more we focus on the good in our lives, the more we begin to believe that life is inherently good, that the universe is benevolent and has our back. Then the universe can show up for us in a loving, supporting and prosperous way.

12 Manifesting Principle 4 Your beliefs are created by the state of your chakras and energy field. In order to manifest what you desire, your vibrations need to be rocking.

13 Healthy chakras create healthy belief systems. Healthy belief systems create healthy vibrations. If you want to manifest what you desire, you need to influence the field or the universe in a positive way.

14 Manifesting Principle 5 The present moment is the point of power.

15 To be able to manifest you must anchor yourself in the now and let go of the mental constructions of the past and future. You must enter the portal of timelessness and spend most of your time there. When we are present and let go of the pain and suffering of the past and the worry and the stress of the future, we raise our vibrations rapidly. In order to draw to you what you desire, you must have awesome vibrations. Being present is a prerequisite to manifest.

16 Manifesting Principle 6 You ve got to feel good for your desires to show up.

17 You must have your heart chakra, as well as all of your other chakras, working in order for your desires to become a reality. Having a good attitude, anchoring yourself in the present moment and keeping your vibrations raised is a must in the manifesting process.

18 Behind every manifesting wish is the desire to feel better. We get so caught up in striving for our goals and needing to manifest this and that that we forget why we are doing it. We forget that the whole reason we are manifesting is because we want to feel better. If you want your desires to show up, you have to feel good, because you want these things in order to feel better. You can only draw these things to you if you are matching their vibration. If you feel good, good things will show up.

19 Manifesting Principle 7 Give your desires over to the universe.

20 Don t think about whether the manifesting process is working or not, or if the universe is onto it or not. Don t keep checking in to see if it is working. Get out of the mind so the universe can do it for you. When you constantly check in and worry about if it is happening or not, you are undoing the entire manifesting process.

21 Manifesting Principle 8 The ego and the conscious mind will sabotage the manifesting process by getting you to think about it.

22 Thinking about the manifesting process is the great undoer. This is because it lowers your vibration, takes you out of the present THE EGO moment and creates mental hurdles that stop you from calling your desires forth. The ego doesn t want you to create a better life for yourself. Whenever you take a step in the direction of soul-level happiness, your ego will try to prevent it. It uses your conscious mind to try to stop you in your tracks when you start to manifest by getting you to think about the manifesting process.

23 Your ego will do everything it possibly can to get you to think about the manifesting process. It s going to do its absolute best to create time. It s going to do it s absolute best to make you think about how long you ve had the problem for, how much you ve struggled with it (which is past), and it s going to make you worry about when will it finally go away or is it going to happen (which is future). The great undoer of the manifesting process is time. If you are as present as you possibly can be and if you keep your vibrations raised and keep out of your mind. If you have amnesia around the desires you want to create, you will easily manifest what you want.

24 Manifesting Principle 9 You do not need to make your wishes manifest.

25 You do not need to work out how your wishes will come about. Your job is to adhere to the ten principles of manifesting and the rest, the universe will do for you. If you re in the habit of thinking that you know the best way for the universe to make your wishes manifest, think again! By doing this you are sabotaging the process. Remember you ve got to have amnesia, you ve got to forget about it, you ve got to hand it over and get on with your life. Release your desires to the higher intelligence of the universe and have trust and know that the universe knows the very best way to make your wishes manifest.

26 Manifesting Principle 10 You need to know how to manifest to get yourself out of the struggle cycle, so that your energies are freed up to live and pursue your life s purpose.

27 For a really long time I didn t like the concept of manifesting. The books I read focused on using manifesting to get those material things that we want. It seemed to be too superficial, greedy and self centred. That s why I initially rejected the whole idea of manifesting. I thought it was surface-level and egoic. Nowadays I have a different take on it. We know that material things don t make us happy. However, you need to know how to manifest in order to free yourself from the struggle cycle.

28 When I talk about struggle cycle, I mean those areas of our lives in which we have not yet created flow. In order to be able to dedicate your life to your life purpose, you need to be abundantly supported, loved and looked after by the universe. You need to learn how to manifest so that all of those areas of your life are working. When you do that, you can then boldly and passionately pursue your life purpose, because you are in a position to do so. Getting out of the struggle cycle and being able to manifest is a prerequisite for discovering and living your life s purpose.
