Sri Bhagavan Teachings for Contemplation Mukthi Deeksha Webcast May/2010 Weekly Webcast Teachings Daily Teachings January 2016

INTRODUCTION This book is a small collection of Sri Bhagavan s Teachings mainly for the sake of meditation and contemplation. (Bhagavan is also known as Kalki, the tenth and final incarnation of Vishnu in the current Mahayuga, foretold to appear at the end of Kali Yuga. Bhagavan accepted this name but has denied himself Kalki. Recently Oneness Phenomenon renamed Kalki Phenomenon. This is misleading and not Bhagavan s intent.) Mukthi Deeksha Webcast is 4 Darshans on May 2010, in which Bhagavan explained how to achieve Mukthi(Enlightenment) and gave 10 Mukthi Mantras. Weekly Webcast Teachings were given from 9/19/2010 to 6/28/2014, total 197 teachings. Bhagavan gave a homework once a week and every Sunday(10am and 10pm IST) meditated with us for 15 minutes. These Weekly Webcast Teachings are very paradoxical. Bhagavan required us to feel helpless. It is much close to Kouan( 公案 ), Zen Buddhism. Daily Teachings were given from 7/5/2011 to 6/25/2014, total 1087 short teachings. After AmmaBhagavan s retirement, March Oneness University started to deliver daily teachings again.(d#1088~d#1389,still continue 2016) But most of 2015 teachings are repeat of previous ones. Perhaps this is also not Bhagavan s intent. 4 teachings(d# , D# , D# , D# ) are not recorded. I hope it will be fulfilled from another document. Copyright Sri Bhagavan said; That is where we are moving toward the changes. There is a change about spreading Oneness, it is not spreading the Oneness University, or the Oneness Temple, or the Oneness Movement, or AmmaBhagavan. It is not at all that. When we speak about spreading Oneness, its all about your achieving Oneness INSIDE you. In fact you must become One inside you. Having achieved that, you must bring about Oneness in other individuals, and in families, and then you move in society and country, and then the world. It is not about wanting Oneness as an organization, or not the promotion of AmmaBhagavan. So Oneness is all about bringing about a change in the individual and the society. All that we are giving you is, knowledge and the power to help yourself and to help others. These teachings must become your teachings. When they become your teachings, you are in authority. Oneness University or AmmaBhagavan are not the authority. These teachings are not copyrighted. You are president your own. Deeksha is not copyrighted. Deeksha must become your own. You must become a teacher and a leader in your own right. You go to a medical university and then you become a doctor. Similarly you come to Oneness University and learn from us and then you are on your own. You are not expected to be promoters and you should not be promoters. Then it becomes a cult or a religion. Then you start spreading problems to people. ( Japan,A8) 3 January 2016

I believe Oneness Teachings are Divine Gift to humanity. So regardless of race, gender, religion, culture, ideology or nationality, everyone on this planet should be able to hear, read, learn and talk about this treasure without any payment or permission. Thank you. 4 January 2016

Mukthi Deeksha Webcasts May 2010 Webcast 5/2/2010 Bhagavan meditating Thank you. Love you all. Love you. So we'll start. And I will speak very slowly in order to help translation in various languages. So there are four factors involved in the awakening process. Namely, first of all, the Teaching: there must be a right understanding of the Teaching. Second, there must be passion to become awakened. Thirdly, the process must be done with a high level of awareness and attention. And lastly, you must be able to invoke Divine grace to help you in the process. It's very important that the Teaching is correctly understood. Now, in the process, we could use any teaching, from any faith, from any teacher; but, it must be rightly understood. There must be great passion to become awakened. And how do you get passion? Anybody who is seeking awakening must be intensely aware of the mediocrity of one's life. No matter how successful you are, how famous you are, still your life is only mediocre unless and until you become awakened. Unless you realize this, the passion to be awakened would not be there. Then we come to the Process. The Process must be done without a break; that is the key factor. And, you must put in the right effort, which means not excessive effort or not under effort. It means optimum effort, just the right amount of effort. Too much, also, would not produce the results. Then we come to grace. Now, grace, you have to invoke the Divine in whatever form, in whatever way you prefer. There are no conditions attached. But invoke you must. 5 January 2016

Now, Oneness is not just a movement. It is not just a state. Oneness is also a phenomenon, a phenomenon which took birth in 1989 and which has been growing ever since. When the phenomenon first took birth, it was very powerful for the first few months and then, for certain reasons, we ourselves reduced the power of the phenomenon. Now, it is being released fully and it is growing by the day. Therefore it is becoming easier and easier to become awakened. In fact in India we now conduct programs in stadiums. Each day we do [the programs] at least in two stadiums. Now the phenomenon has become so powerful that if you are uncomfortable with the picture and the padukas, you need not use them. You could invoke the Divine the way you have been used to invoking the Divine based on your culture, your religious belief or whatever has been your idea of the Divine. You could use your icons. Touch them. If touching is not allowed, you could look into the eyes of your icon. If touching and looking into the icon's eyes are not allowed, you could touch your holy books: the Holy Bible or the Holy Koran or any other holy text. If that also is not permitted then you could just pray as usual to the Divine. So today before we commence the process you will have to invoke the Divine, and then after it thank the Divine in whatever way you want to do it. There is no need that you must use the picture or the padukas. You could now do it any way you want. Now, we are going to go into the process. This time we will be using 10 teachings. Instead of 9 which we used in the month of April, now we are going to use 10 teachings. The 10th teaching would be what we used last month, "I am Existence, Conscious, Bliss," that would now join the former 9 teachings and would become the 10th teaching. So I would be repeating all the 10 teachings and after me you would repeat it 6 January 2016

7 times. This time the teaching we will be using in the 49 minute process is "I AM LOVE." That would be the teaching we will be using this time. It must be understood that this love is not the love you know of. This love is not possession, is not attachment, is not making use of the other. This love is unconditional. It is something which thought cannot touch. It is something which the mind cannot comprehend. Only when you get there you will know what it is. And when you get there you will know it is something which cannot be spoken about. So this would be the teaching for the month of May. And how would you know that you are awakened? There are many ways in which you would know you are awakened. The simplest way to know that you are awakened is: let's say something has happened, and whatever happens affects your mind and then there is pain, there is hurt, there is suffering. If you are awakened, this pain, or this hurt, or this suffering or whatever it is does not last for more than 30 minutes. Let's suppose you are hurt with somebody and you are going to react in the next 30 minutes. Then you could come from that hurt, that pain or that charge. But the 31st minute you could not come from your pain or hurt, or charge because it is gone. What happens after the 31st minute is a response. While a reaction could be called a right reaction or a wrong reaction or simply right action or wrong action, response on the other hand is perfect action. It's neither right nor wrong, it's just perfect. So the moment you're awakened, it does not last beyond 30 minutes. But for most people it quickly drops down to 5 minutes. For others, it gradually steps down to 25 minutes, 20, 15, 10 and comes to 5 minutes. That is, you cannot hold the charge for more than 5 minutes. If someone is hurt with the husband or wife, you could react only within the next 5 minutes. If you cross 5 minutes, there is only a response. So initially when you are awakened, the charge lasts for about half an hour. For some people it comes to 5 minutes. For others it gradually comes down, 25 minutes, 20, 15, 10, like that. And let's say there is a husband and wife; if 7 January 2016

the husband is hurt, if the wife is hurt, you could at best react within the first 5 minutes. The 6th minute, no reaction is possible, only a response is possible. When there is a response, there is compassion, there is love. But soon, it drops to 4, 3, 2, 1 and 0. At zero no reaction is possible at all, only a response is possible. That is when we say you are fully awakened. Once there, we will be going into deeper and deeper states. The 64 Deekshas which you will be practicing soon, not only will help you with awakening but will help you in deepening your state. The 64 Deekshas is a process which the trainers will be conducting. The trainers will be conducting the Oneness Experience course, the Oneness Awakening course. They also have the Mukhti Deeksha which they might add to the Oneness Awakening Course or they might do it separately. They also have the 64 Deekshas which they could add to the course or do it separately. In other words, there will be the Oneness Experience course, the Oneness Awakening course, the Mukhti Deeksha and the 64 Deekshas. They could be 4 distinct courses or the Mukhti Deeksha could be added to the Awakening course and maybe, if possible, you could also add the 64 Deekshas, because 64 Deekshas is ideally done for a period of 2 days. However, you could also do it in a single day. 64 Deekshas are very powerful processes and it must be done only under the guidance of a trainer. And only blessing givers could participate in the 64 Deekshas. If you have any other questions you could inquire with Doug or with the University here, and we would clarify all your doubts. You could contact your respective guides and they will give you all the necessary clarifications. So now, we will go into the process itself and after you have uttered it 7 times please raise your hands so that I would know it's over. Since I don't have audio feedback I wouldn't know that. So if one of you could raise your hands, 8 January 2016

by which I would know it is over. So before you start you would invoke the Divine and then we start. Then I will be on the screen for next 5 minutes and I then would be continued to be focused on you. Both Amma and I would be focused on you for the next 49 minutes. After that we would come and we would give you a Nayana deeksha, a deeksha through the eyes. And then you would give your thanksgiving to the Divine whom you invoked. So though we would be moving into a new teaching, you could always continue with the old teaching whenever necessary. That is, "I am Existence, Consciousness, Bliss." And once you feel that you have made it, then you could add these new teachings. On the other hand, with the old teachings if you want to have a better realization like, "thoughts are not mine," that teaching could be put in the 49 minute process. Or you want to have a greater realization of: "all things are happening automatically," then that could be put into the 49 minute process. So any teaching where you feel you are not so satisfied with the experience that you got and that you need a greater realization of the truth of it that could be put in the 49 minute process. We'll take two minutes where you would invoke the Divine and after two minutes I shall begin the process. Invoke the Divine as your friend, your father, your mother, your brother, your sister or whatever form of relationship you would prefer. Try to build up a very good rapport, a very good connection with the Divine because in the forthcoming webcast we will be moving into the Divine in a big way. After the Awakening we will be moving into God Realization. We now begin the process. You've got to repeat it 7 times after I've said it. Then please raise your hands so I have an idea it's over. Thoughts are not mine. Mind is not mine. 9 January 2016

This body is not mine. All things are happening automatically. There is thinking, but no thinker. There is seeing, but no seer. There is listening, but no listener. There is no person there at all. Now we move to the positive teaching 7 times: I am Existence, Conscious, Bliss. Now we move to the teaching for the month of May: You must understand when we say, "I am love," it is not that you are experiencing love. What is there is only love. You are not there who is experiencing love. YOU ARE LOVE. What is there is only love, a love which is very different from the love you know of. So as we keep chanting, the brain is readied to open up the unconscious and then the teaching moves into the unconscious. The unconscious, you know, is 2 million times more powerful than the conscious mind, and then the deeksha takes over. So now I would chant it 3 times and after I have done it, you must start it immediately and for the next 49 minutes you must go nonstop. I will be with you on the screen for next 5 minutes and come back to join you and give you an eye deeksha at the 49th minute. I am love. I am love. I am love January 2016

Webcast 5/9/2010 We would be repeating what we did last week. There would be no changes this time. It would, in effect, be the same thing. One thing I would like to clarify is when we use the word I, like we say I am Existence, Consciousness, Bliss, or I am Love, we are not referring to the ego I, we are referring to the universal I. That is, there is only one I, the universe. Like when we refer to consciousness, there is only one consciousness. There is no plural for the word consciousness, like consciousnesses. It does not exist, there is only one consciousness. Similarly, there is only one I, one consciousness, one I and one soul. We do not speak of souls, we do not speak of consciousnesses, we do not speak of I s [plural of I ]. So, whenever the word I is used, it does not refer to the small ego I that we are aware of, but the universal I which is in you, which is in me, which is in him, which is in her. It s everywhere; it s the same I. Now, it does not matter if you do not realize this, it is enough if it is intellectually understood. The realization would come after the process, that there is only that singular I and you in fact are that I. Similarly, when we use the word love, we are referring to universal love, not individual or personal love. So, this time we will be using more power in the deeksha and as we go along we will be using more and more power, and we will be moving into deeper and deeper states, until finally, we will come to a point where we will be stopping the inner dialogue completely. You would notice that there is an inner dialogue which is going on all the time inside of you. That is a wasteful dialogue which is wasting your 11 January 2016

energies. So, we would be trying to stop that inner dialogue. Maybe today, itself, we might try to stop for some people, that inner dialogue. So, now we start the process. As usual, I would repeat the teachings, the 10 teachings, and after me, you would repeat it 7 times and then we move into meditation. It will be the same as last time except that we will be using more power in this deeksha. We would be gradually building it up. The first teaching: Thoughts are not mine. Mind is not mine. This body is not mine. All things are happening automatically. There is thinking, but no thinker. There is seeing, but no seer. There is listening, but no listener. There is doing, but no doer. There is no person there at all. I am Existence, Consciousness, Bliss. Now we move on to the Mukhti mantra for the month of May. I would repeat it 3 times and then you will start and continue for the next 49 minutes. I am love, I am love, I am love..." 12 January 2016

Webcast 5/16/2010 Namaste to all of you. Namaste. Love you all. We would in effect be repeating the same process we did last week. Now, we have got to reduce the time - the charge of the hurt or the pain which is there- to about 5 minutes. Any hurt, any pain, any suffering, any charge in response to a given situation, or incident or event, should not be there for more than 5 minutes, and it should progressively move on to 4, 3, 2, 1 and 0 [minutes]. If that does not happen, you must put any one of those teachings-those 10 teachings-again into the 49 minute process in the privacy of your home. For example, suppose you are not very clear about the teaching, "thoughts are not mine." Then, after you have intellectually understood that, you must put it through the 49 minute process; or the teaching "the body is not mine" or "all things are happening automatically." If any one of them is not clear then you must put it once again through the 49 minute process after correctly understanding it.* [See note below to include the teaching within a Mukthi process, not as a standalone chant.] Once that happens, you would find that the charge drops down to 5 minutes and moves towards 0. I'm going to give you more and more clarity about the process as we go along. So, Oneness would reduce the time we suffer or are hurt. That's one thing. The other is the liberation of the senses. The two, though similar, and are dependent on each other, are actually two different things. Suffering or charge has to do with the capacity of the brain to hold that suffering. Liberation of the senses has to do with the reaction time of the brain. Now, we are talking about the liberation of the senses. Once that 13 January 2016

happens we would experience reality as it is. Now, whenever we get sensory inputs to our senses it takes about 1/100 [one-hundredth] of a second for the input to reach the processing centers of our brain. I repeat: any sensory input takes about 1/100 of a second to reach the processing areas of the brain, and the brain needs only about 1/10[one-tenth]of a second to process it. But we take 1/2 [one-half] a second to respond. Why do we take that much time? Because that is the time when the mind interferes and prevents us from responding. So while we should only take 1/10 of a second to respond, we are taking 1/2 a second to respond. That is the time we have lost. Why? Because the mind has interfered and it is distorting the experience. If we cut down the response time to 1/10 of a second, then the mind cannot interfere with the senses. The senses become free and we experience reality as it is-the teaching that is given in Level One. So when the response time is brought down to 1/10 of a second, we experience reality as it is. When you experience reality as it is, you are in Heaven. That is, Paradise regained. Ever since we began nibbling at the fruit of knowledge, this 1/10 of a second became 1/2 a second and we lost Paradise. If we could reduce the response time to 1/10 of a second, we would regain Paradise. It would be Heaven on Earth. That is our natural state. So, along with reducing the time we can hold the charge, we also have to reduce our response time. And for that to happen you must check out if you 14 January 2016

have realized each and every one of these teachings. While we put through the process any one of the teachings here, back home you must complete the others in case you've not yet realized them. Because we not only want the end of suffering but we also want to discover Heaven. When you've reduced the response time to 1/10 of a second, you've not only discover Heaven, you'll also discover God, whom you lost. More of this in the subsequent webcast. So now I will repeat the 10 teachings and afterwards you'll repeat each 7 times and then we'll go on to the main mantra. Now we'll start: Thoughts are not mine. Mind is not mine. This body is not mine. All things are automatically happening. There is thinking, but no thinker. There is seeing, but no seer. There is listening, but no listener. There is doing, but no doer. There is no person there at all. I am Existence, Consciousness, Bliss. 15 January 2016

Now I'll go on to the main mantra and I'll be back on the screen after 49 minutes to give eye Deeksha. I am love, I am love, I am love... *[Note: when Sri Bhagavan mentions putting a teaching through the process, he is indicating that you can chant any one of the teachings above for 49 minutes, in case you have not yet realized that particular teaching. When you perform the 49-minute chant, you would do these as part of a complete Mukthi Deeksha Process, rather than just doing the chanting on its own.] Webcast 5/23/2010 Namaste to all of you. Namaste. Love you all. It gives great joy to connect with all of you. So, the process will be the same as the previous week. There will be no changes this week and the following week. However, there will be changes in the month of June. The number of people joining the awakening process on Sundays is growing every week. This is a source of great joy because it looks like by February 2011 we might reach the figure of 70,000 people across the planet, all undergoing the awakening process. If that should happen in February 2011, we could start expecting fireworks after that! The world s population being close to 7 billion, we should expect the number to be around 70,000 to make the most important shift in consciousness. What you must be intensively aware of is that the awakening process is not just for you, but you re doing it for sake of the whole of humanity. 16 January 2016

You must be intensely aware of that as you go through the process. It is also important that those who become awakened share their experiences with others. So, we now start the process. As usual I shall repeat the 9 basic teachings, and of course, now it s 10. The first teaching: thoughts are not mine. Mind is not mine. This body is not mine. All things are happening automatically. There is thinking, but no thinker. There is seeing, but no seer. There is listening, but no listener. There is doing, but no doer. There is nobody there at all. I am Existence, Consciousness, Bliss. Now, we move on to the 49 minute mantra and I will be meditating along with you off the screen for the next 7 minutes. Then, I will be joining again towards the end for the eye deeksha. I am love, I am love, I am love..." 17 January 2016

Weekly Webcast Teachings INSTRUCTION Your role is to feel helpless and my role is to raise your kundalini. Once the kundalini is raised, all things will naturally happen. You have been sufficiently programmed. For example, if you have sufficiently contemplated on the teaching given to you and then feel helpless, then when I raise your kundalini, that teaching will become your realization. If you have not done your homework, you may not get much. The kundalini will still rise, but would not give any great result. That's why we give you one week's time to contemplate on the teachings. You must almost commit it to memory. Then as you feel helpless, the moment you feel helpless I'll be able to raise your kundalini and the teaching will become your insight, your realization." Sri Bhagavan W# Not to look at the negative side of those who have not been just to you, but on the other hand to help them -- lead to the greatest spiritual reward. 19 W# The Awakened One acts without doing anything. This cannot be practiced. W# The Awakened One is empty and therefore capable. One should not try to empty oneself. W# The Awakened One is detached from all things and hence is one with everything. Detachment when practiced leads to indifference which is not detachment. W# The Awakened One sees the world as himself or herself, loves and cares for the world as oneself. To the Awakened One all things are perfect as they are. W# The Awakened One remains unmoving and action arises by its self. The Awakened One allows things to come and go like clouds in the sky. The Awakened Ones sustains all beings without trying to. W# The Awakened One is open to everything and everything falls into place. W# The Awakened One is one with that which was there before the universe was born. It is the One which is eternally present, the unborn and the undying One without a beginning. W# The Awakened One remains unmoving till perfect action arises by itself. As the Awakened One accepts the world as it is, the Awakened One is established in the primal self. W# The Awakened One has no will and no illusions. The Awakened One merely dwells in reality. W# The Awakened One does not try to change the world. It is perfect and sacred to the Awakened One. W# The Awakened One sees things as they are and doesn't try to control or shape them. The Awakened One doesn't try to convince others. The Awakened One knows that what is to happen will happen and what is not to happen will not happen and that the universe is forever out of control. W# The Awakened One has no fixed plans and no destination. The Awakened One accepts oneself and the world accepts the Awakened One. The Awakened One knows oneself and hence has wisdom. The Awakened One has no conflict with oneself and hence has true power. The Awakened One embraces death for there is no death for the Awakened One. W# The Awakened One knows that there is nothing to learn. What is needed is only to unlearn. W# The Awakened One achieves nothing for there is nothing to be achieved. The 20 January 2016

W# The Awakened One does not perceive anything as good or bad or as right or wrong and hence has no preferences and therefore does not try to change the way things are. W# The Awakened One neither suppresses nor ignores, neither resists nor justifies what is there inside or outside but merely is aware of the what is. W# The Awakened One does nothing but leaves nothing undone, for all things are happening all the time around and through the Awakened One. W# Thoughts are subtle, divisive and elusive and an expression of the self. They wander as they like. They create judgement and a troubled and disturbed mind. They prevent awareness from happening. The unawakened must learn to direct, to control and to quieten thoughts by ruling over them. The Awakened One has moved beyond judgement for he has gone beyond thought, as he is always aware. W# When one is not Awakened, one must not behave like one. When one is Awakened, one practices nothing. One is just Awake. To be Awake is not a means to an end. To be Awake is an end in itself. When one is not Awake, one must practice goodness. Where there is no goodness, one must practice virtue. Where there is no virtue, one must practice ritual conditioning. W# The Awakened One has no sense of being and doing. The Awakened One has no vision or goal in mind. There is just doing. The Awakened one is humble and does not practice humility. The unawakened has a sense of being and doing and therefore must have a vision or goal in mind. The unawakened 21 January 2016

must practice humility. W# The Awakened One sees the imperfect as perfect in itself and hence rejoices in the way things are. The unawakened one sees imperfection everywhere and hence he is unhappy and dissatisfied with the way things are. The unawakened one must therefore work to change things. This too is perfect for the Awakened One. W# The Awakened One has nothing to defend and therefore does nothing to feel secure. The unawakened one has a lot to defend and therefore must do things to feel secure. W# The Awakened One does not know or understand but sees. The unawakened one knows and understands but does not see. W# The Awakened One is constantly unlearning and therefore continously unburdened, lives in freedom. The unawakened one is constantly learning and therefore continuously burdened and does not know what freedom is and hence what living is. W# The Awakened One allows things to happen their own way. The unawakened one tries to make things happen one's own way. W# The Awakened One has no mind. The unawakened one has a mind. The Awakened One having no mind works with the mind of others. The unawakened one having a mind struggles with the mind of others. W# The Awakened One whether does or does not do, does not try. The unawakened one whether does or does not do, does try. 22 January 2016

W# The Awakened One lives in the mystery that life is. The unawakened one tries to understand what life is. W# The Awakened One sees the many as the one. W# The Awakened One experiences freedom because of the absence of choice and hope. The unawakened one experiences freedom in the presence of choice and hope. W# The Awakened One owns things, but does not end up being owned by them. The unawakened one owns things and end up being owned by them. W# The Awakened One is ready to die. The unawakened one is not ready to die. 23 January 2016

Daily Teachings 2011 July 2011 D# Awareness is not a means to an end. Awareness is an end in itself. D# Self is the greatest Disease and Pestilence on man. D# A spiritual seeker is one who seeks owing to his spiritual discontent or an experience and not due to an ideal. D# Don't behave as Awakened when you are not. (When you are not Awakened do not behave like One.) D# All spiritual growth lies on the bedrock of awareness. D# Knowledge can never create spirituality, it can only stabilise spirituality. D# Science has given many things to live with, but nothing to live for. D# All so called suffering of man is only running away from suffering. D# The core of the human mind is fear; all other emotions are its by-products. D# It is an age-old problem of the mind to feel useless. 40 January 2016

D# Every obstacle is an opportunity. D# The greatest folly of man is trying to understand himself and the world around. D# There is no viewpoints, only points to view. D# Life contains the seed of death, so does the death contains the seed of life. D# Intellect is based on knowledge that is accumulated; intelligence is based on learning that is moment to moment. D# The problem with man is, he sees everything as a problem. D# There is no person only personalities; Life is an interplay of personalities. D# Happiness is the index of growth. D# Physical Suffering + Psycological Suffering + Spiritual Suffering is always a Constant. D# If the whole world discovers love in relationships then natural calamities will decrease automatically. D# Challenges will bring more and more opportunities in life. 41 January 2016

D# Resistance is suffering. Unless you give up resistance, life will keep on pushing you towards duality, which is the main cause of all suffering. D# Relationships born out of thought is the main cause for all sorts of problems. Let your heart be the cause for relationships. D# When the level of consciousness rises, then the problems in this planet will disappear automatically. D# D# D# To be spiritual is to be happy. Spirituality is the science of happiness. August 2011 D# To see everything in the form of principles is the highest intelligence. D# A nation or an individual without a proper vision will perish. D# D# Two kinds of people live on the planet. Those who rise and sink with the tides of fortune and those who sail on the ocean of Grace. D# Every incident, event or happening has a divine timing and a divine order and is divinely planned. 42 January 2016
