1 Abundance Issues? Some of us may feel that we are conducting our own personal in-depth study on the subject of poverty consciousness. We ve lost our retirements, 401K s, mortgages, clients, contracts and jobs. We ve had our wages, hours, and medical benefits slashed. We may feel stapled to the wall, unable to stop the hemorrhaging of our money, and unable to enhance the inflow of money. We may live in fear of losing everything we have, and some of us are mad as hell Now, it is of utmost importance that we really trust that our Higher Self is there for us. I know this is a difficult issue right now, but right now is THE time we absolutely need to trust in our grand plan for this lifetime. Everything is being stripped away till we reach the point of panic, surrender, humbleness, and finally the place of Trust and At- Oneness with Source. It is in these dark hours that we search our Consciousness for the remaining negative imprinting that is blocking our abundance. A simple belief such as, I don t deserve a good job, or a great clientele, will block our ability to have a good job or ample clients. (There are a couple of past Teachings on this subject on the Ascension Teachings page.) We can thrive even in a bad economy, if our negative imprinting has been cleared! Beyond the hype of the naysayers and doomsday preachers, is the Truth. We are Divine Beings capable of an infinite number of what we call miracles. We are in the process of waking up finally! We have been intentionally duped for countless millenniums into believing that we are powerless humans who need Divine intercession for all of our needs. We were forced to forget our Divinity. The ruling classes and major religions of this planet have deceived and manipulated us throughout time, and it is now becoming crystal clear to us exactly how they did it. We have had generation after countless generation of our ancestors imprinted with negative beliefs that were specifically designed to imprison us in what is called poverty consciousness. Greed for wealth and power is responsible for all of the wars, and all the impoverished conditions on this planet. Doesn t something seem very wrong when 1% of the people have 80% of the wealth? This did not just come into existence because of good business planning; there is a much deeper and more sinister reason behind the wealth structure on this planet than we have been led to believe. But there is nothing to fear, for we have the ability to clear all of our negative imprinting. Freedom awaits us if we just do the clearing work. It is as simple as that.

2 What we believe consciously or unconsciously, is what we will manifest, and once this realization really sinks in, we will stop blaming the outside for our problems. The inside is the outside. When we clean up the inside, our outer world will reflect the positive changes immediately. If we have the negative imprinting of poverty consciousness, that is exactly what we will manifest until we clear the negative pattern. It cannot be otherwise. In this teaching, we will first clear our negative beliefs, and then we will install positive beliefs into our Consciousness to help stabilize and amplify our ability to manifest our Heart s desires. Now, lets clear our belief in poverty consciousness, with the following ClearSelf Emotional Healing Technique TM. If you have read some of the recent Ascension Teachings, you will have become familiar with this technique. This method is by far, one of the fastest and simplest methods of emotional clearing known at this time. (You can also use EFT, The Emotion Code, or any other modality you choose in addition to what is in this Teaching.) Clearing Exercise: First, you will want to be in a meditative state of consciousness when you are doing the ClearSelf Technique. If one is in the Theta (brain wave) state, which is associated with expanded states of consciousness and psychic awareness, one will be able to more easily amplify the results of any kind of healing or clearing work they may be doing. There are many Theta Metronome CD s available on the Internet that could potentially help you reach the Theta state faster. If you are already familiar with meditation, you may not choose to use any assistance, so just breathe deep, relax and find that sweet spot in your Consciousness. Use your pendulum: We will now pendulum each of the following statements to see which ones we need to clear in ourselves. For instance, you will ask your pendulum, I believe in poverty consciousness. Yes, No? Checkmark each of the statements you wish to clear, and then move on to clearing them. (For information on how to use a pendulum, please refer to the earlier Ascension Teaching, The Pendulum. ) Note: Before doing this, or any emotional clearing exercise, ask your pendulum to see if it is all right for you to do them at this time. Remember to drink some pure spring water during this exercise. If you have had serious emotional or physical trauma in this lifetime, it is highly recommended that you do the following exercises in the presence of a licensed medical

3 therapist. If you do not remember having serious trauma in this lifetime, but you become highly agitated doing these exercises, please discontinue them and seek immediate licensed medical assistance. Exercise: Emotional Clearing of Negative Beliefs Call in your Guides, Guardians, Masters, Your Higher Self, The Goddess, The Holy Spirit, Yourself, etc., and ask for their assistance, then place a bubble of protective white light around you. Pendulum the following statements and check mark the ones you want to clear. Remember that a lot of negative emotional imprints have been genetically passed down from our ancestors, so we shouldn t be hard on ourselves for having any of them. We will simply name them, claim them and clear them. And, with the imprints that originated in an ancestor, we will actually clear the negative pattern in ourselves, and in everyone in our lineage all the way back to the ancestor of origin, and all the way forward through our descendants. This is another way to pay it forward. We will actually clear something negative in ourselves that our descendants may never have to deal with, even if they are already in a body. How wonderful is that? Statements/Negative Beliefs: I am disconnected from Source. (Yes, No?) I am not one with Source. (God, Goddess, Source, Buddha, etc.) My Higher Self is not helping me. My Higher Self is not one with Source. My Higher Self is not Me. I have placed (God, Goddess) outside of me to be worshipped. I have to believe what I was taught about money. I believe in poverty consciousness. I am powerless. There s never enough. There s never enough. Money is bad. Money is filthy. A rich person can t get into heaven. (Who perpetrated this belief? Yepper, the church!) There s never enough money. I am always broke. I just spend all the money I get. I can t hold on to my money. I have poverty consciousness. I have one or more negative patterns blocking my abundance. (How many? 1,2,3,4)

4 I don t deserve to have abundance. I don t deserve to have wealth. (Always call in wealth and abundance, not money.) I don t deserve to have a good clientele. I don t deserve to have a good job. I don t deserve to have a good job with good pay. I don t deserve to have a good job with good benefits. I don t deserve to have a good job with good hours. ( enough hours.) I don t deserve,,,,,. I cannot have the things I want. I don t want to be wealthy. I don t want to have nice things. I want to suffer. I like being a victim. I am poor. My financial situation is hopeless. I don t know what to do about getting more money. I cannot get out of this financial hole I am in. There are no jobs out there. There are no jobs in (your town). All the good jobs are taken. I am scared. I am destitute. I will always be poor. I am afraid to be wealthy. I don t know how to get more money. I don t know how to get wealthy. It is easier to be poor. I have been conditioned to want less out of life. I feel undeserving. I don t deserve to have good things. I don t deserve to be happy. I don t deserve to have good health. I am afraid I ll get greedy if I have a lot of abundance. I don t deserve to be successful. I don t deserve to have more than enough money. I don t deserve to be rich. I can t do anything right. I would feel guilty if I had a large amount of wealth. I am afraid people would constantly bug me if I had a lot of money. I am afraid I would get killed for my money. I am afraid I would just spend it if I had it. (Or gamble it away, etc.) I would just squander what wealth I did get. I don t have any financial savvy. I don t know the first thing about growing my finances. I hate having to deal with money. I don t know how to manage money. I am stupid.

5 I can t have nice things. I am supposed to be poor. I am afraid to be wealthy. I am afraid to be in the flow. I might get killed if I am in the flow. You have to have money to make money. Wealthy people are greedy. (We know this isn t true, but we may still have this belief.) Wealthy people are power-hungry. It is impossible to make a living in this economy. I cannot have abundance and wealth in this economy. I am full of fear. Of course you can add your own statements to the above list and pendulum them to see if you have them also. You may want to meditate with a pad and pen and ask to be shown the negative beliefs you have around money and abundance. Write down all of your answers and then pendulum them to see which of those negative beliefs you can clear. Now, you will take your list and clear each one of the statements that was a yes. Chakra-Hold Clearing Method: You simply place one hand (either) on your root chakra (perineum for men, clitoris for women), and one hand on your heart chakra. Now allow your self to get into a meditative state. You will hold both chakras, take the first statement you wish to clear, and hold the intention of clearing it in your mind, while you repeat your statement out loud. For instance, you will say, Clear my belief that I will always be poor, or simply repeat, the word poor till it clears. Repeat your statement over and over, while holding both of your chakras. Then pendulum every so often to see if the negative statement has cleared. Note: It is not unusual to have a belief so embedded in your subconscious, that it might take several days of doing this exercise in small or large amounts of repetitions for it to clear. Be assured this clearing work is really effective, and you will soon discover this for yourself. There will be times that you will run across a very poignant negative belief as you are holding your chakras and repeating your statement. You may experience very deep feelings of sadness, and you might begin to cry. This is normal for some of the deeper negative emotional beliefs such as, I am not loved, and I am not wanted. If it is not too uncomfortable, just cry and breathe deeply while you continue to repeat your statement. Most of the time you will feel relief after only a few repetitions, as the negative belief frequently melts away quite easily. If it is too uncomfortable to

6 continue, do stop this work and continue only when you feel confident to do so, or do it in the presence of a licensed medical professional. *Keep in mind, if there is a pronounced emotional charge on something, it is especially important to clear it in whatever manner that you choose. Once you have done this method of emotional clearing for a while, you will begin to notice subtle changes in your body as you repeat your statements. You will eventually realize the exact moment that the statement has cleared in you. You might give a big sigh or you might feel tingling, or muscles rippling in your body, which will indicate for you that the negative belief has cleared. Use your pendulum to see if it has cleared, and then continue on to the next statement you wish to clear. The next step in this exercise is to drop in positive statements about love and selfacceptance into our subconscious. We will use the same chakra hold as above to do this. Don t worry, our Consciousness knows our intentions and will clear what we intend to clear, and install what we wish to install. Say each of the following positive statements out loud 10 times each while holding your chakras for them to become a permanent part of your Consciousness. Positive Statements: I am totally connected to Source. I am one with Source. (God, Goddess, Source, Buddha, etc.) My Higher Self is helping me. My Higher Self is one with Source. My Higher Self is Me. God, Goddess is not outside of Me. God, Goddess is Me. I don t have to believe what I was taught. I don t have to believe what I was taught about money. I don t have to believe what I was taught about abundance. I reclaim my power. I am powerful. There is always enough. There is always enough. Abundance is great. Money is great. Money enables me to do good things for others and myself. Rich people get into heaven. There s always enough money. I always have money. I can save some of my money. I can hold on to my money if I choose. I have wealth and abundance consciousness. I deserve to have abundance.

7 I have abundance. I deserve to have wealth. (Always call in wealth and abundance, not money.) I have wealth. I am wealthy. It s ok for me to be wealthy and abundant. I deserve to have a good clientele. I deserve to have a good job. I deserve to have a good job with good pay. I deserve to have a good job with good benefits. I deserve to have a good job with good hours. ( enough hours.) I deserve,,,,,. I can have the things I want. It s ok for me to be wealthy. I want to have nice things. I want to be in the flow of abundance. I choose to be in the flow of abundance. It is ok for me to be wealthy. I can help this planet and its inhabitants with my wealth if I choose. My financial situation is rapidly improving. I know exactly what to do to get more money. My finances are improving now. There are many good jobs out there. There are many good jobs in (your town). I trust I am being guided at all times. I am fortunate. I appreciate all the good things in my life. I appreciate,,,,. I will always be wealthy. I am not afraid to be wealthy. I know exactly how to get more money. I know how to get wealthy. I choose wealth and abundance. It s ok for me to have a good life. I am deserving. I deserve to have good things. I deserve to be happy. I deserve to have good health. I am confident that my Higher Self will help me with all of my abundance issues. I deserve to be successful. I deserve to have more than enough money. I deserve to be rich. I am wealthy. I am rich. I always do the right thing. I am grateful for all of my wealth. I instinctively know how to handle people who press me for money. I am living in a safe environment.

8 I am safe. I am able to handle my wealth with grace and integrity. I spend my wealth on worthy endeavors if I choose. It s ok to spend my money however I want. I have all the financial savvy I need. I know how to grow my finances. I love dealing with my money. I know exactly how to manage my money. I am smart. It s ok for me to have nice things. I am supposed to be abundant. I am fearless about being wealthy. It s ok for me to be in the flow. I am safe when I am in the flow. I am in the flow. I magnetize wealth to me. I attract wealth to me. I magnetize to me. I don t have to have money to make money. Wealthy people can be generous. All wealthy people aren t power hungry. It is easy to make a living in this economy. I am wealthy. I am healthy. I am abundant. I am successful. I trust in my benevolent Higher Self. All is well in my world. I don t have to worry if I don t want to. I can take care of my loved ones and myself. There is enough abundance for everyone. I am happy, healthy, wealthy and wise. This is an abundant Universe; there is enough for eveyone. I am fearless. I am wealthy even if the economy is bad. I Am that I Am. Add your own positive statements to this list if you wish. Say each 10 times each while holding your Root chakra and your Heart chakra. Clearing our negative beliefs about abundance, and imprinting positive beliefs into our subconscious mind, is a sure-fire way to rapidly improve our financial situations.
