1 THOUGHTS TOWARD AN UNDERSTANDING OF ET AND INTERDIMENSIONAL INTERVENTION -OR- INPUT INTO THE PLANETARY AND NATIONAL POLITICAL ARENA Well, that is a mouthful. My object here is to demonstrate that others have had significant input into political decisions and direction right up to our most recent elections here in the USA. And one thought for consideration might be just what was the impact of our voting for one candidate or the other? And did my vote have further reaching effects other than just choosing who I wanted to be the President for the next four years? Was my vote counted and collected in the records in the universe? And if so, why would they care? Historically, we do have records from archeology of images of what we call today UFOs, and especially in medieval art we see a lot of that sort of imagery. Obviously then, we have been observed for centuries by someone other than the typical elements of mankind. And that isn t so bad as it appears that historically, aside from a few incidents, that these others did not seem to want to interact or to push their agenda onto earthlings. And this seems to be reflected by the founding fathers of the American movement whose philosophical/quasi-religious position was as deists. That they believed in a God or Supreme Being is without question. But the position of the deists was that once God had created and set things into motion, that He sat back to watch how his creations would handle things. And while this god was on a basic non-intervention methodology, from time to time he did allow for a bit of influence to happen for the benefit of mankind. For instance, we had the interdimensional presence of the Ascended Master, St. Germaine, at the signing of the Declaration of Independence. And we had the report from General Washington of angels who came to him with some suggestions of how to handle the war effort. And the position of President Lincoln reflected that: You cannot help someone by doing something for them that they can and ought to do for themselves. He just seemed to express the position of the previous leaders from their understanding of the deist concept which was basically non-intervention with perhaps a hint or two along the way. So, it seems that God who created this planet as a free will planet is content to let us just work things out as best we can. We have moved along on that course until Oops. THE ATOMIC BOMB Whether we stick strictly to the creationist point of view from the Bible, or whether we consider the reports that our planet has been seeded /colonized from other planets in the

2 galaxy and universe, the event of an atomic/nuclear explosion on the surface of the planet raised more than a few eyebrows. And I would imagine that the folks who live underground in the hollow earth were just a bit shaken up as well. If you have looked at the photos or movies of nuclear type explosions, aside from the mushroom shaped cloud, there is also apparent a huge column which is much different than the results of TNT or C-4. What is it? I don t know how to make a scientific explanation of that column [perhaps read The Sands of Time series of novels by Sean David Morton for an explanation], but it seems that it is not so much what we see but what we don t see. There are perhaps things going on there beyond the frequencies of our normal perception. And that must be the case, because we do not have any reports of UFOs showing up when we use dynamite to blow out a tree stump. But all of a sudden, after those detonations of nuclear materials, we have in our view, UFOs darting around. So, there must be something different about a nuclear explosion versus using black powder on Guy Fawkes Day. LOOKS LIKE WE TURNED A CORNER - POLITICS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME The haberdasher from St. Louis, Harry Truman, inherited a real problem. During the administration of his predecessor, FDR, a lot of effort and money had been invested in producing a bomb to end all bombs the A-bomb. And pressure was being put on Harry to test it out to see just what kind of devastation that bomb could produce. Test firing in the desert was one thing, but the military wanted to see if they could use it to kill people rather than the lizards and rattle snakes in the desert. So, Harry had a political decision to make. The view from one side was that it would save American lives to end the war with Japan. This position is lopsided in that the fire-bombing of the major Japanese cities was killing more people than the expected results of the A bomb anyway. And the napalm did not have the expected radiation effects which were sure to come if a nuclear bomb was detonated. So, it was a toss-up for saving American soldiers napalm or A bomb? The military won the political debate, and so nuclear war came into being. Most of the historians do not address the nuclear race of WWII, but it seems that Germany had a major nuclear program going on. And it also appears that Japan itself was moving along quickly in that direction. The USSR wasn t even started, and China was still plowing with oxen. The story goes Germany did have the bomb, but did not have a delivery system or rockets that could carry a nuclear device all the way from Germany to the east coast of the US and hit targets such as New York City and Washington, DC. So, they had commissioned 24 submarines with some sort of tow-along raft from which they could launch a missile carrying a nuclear device. And so they pulled this raft and parked those 24 submarines along the entire east coast

3 of the US waiting for the launch command. This is near the end of the war with the Russians bearing down on Germany. So, a deal was struck (more political decisions here) between the Nazis and the US government the Nazis: We will scuttle our submarines and nuclear missiles if the US will protect us from Russia. Agreed. After that, the US gov t. commissioned Howard Hughes to build a submarine to retrieve those nukes that were scuttled. Apparently, the name of that submarine was the Gossamer. I once asked a man who was intimately involved with Hughes if they had in fact retrieved all of those nukes. He sort of hemmed and hawed around never saying yes or no, but it was apparent to me from his conversation that he knew all about it. But don t bother looking underwater up and down the coast for the nukes they are not there. Whether Hughes got them or the Navy is unclear but they aren t there anymore. There have been theories advanced by some that FDR and Truman were visited by ETs which encouraged them and made suggestions as to how the US ought to proceed in the war and in relation to nuclear weapons. Obviously, the ET suggestions were not accepted. Eventually, the administration of the US was turned over to Gen. Eisenhower who had previously waded up to his waist in blood in WWII. He was a military man turned popular politician by an admiring and thankful public. And his number two guy was Richard Nixon famous for his participation in the McCarthy debacle a real political hack. At that time, the military industrial complex that Ike later referred to and supposedly regretted was in full bloom and had free roam due to the National Security Act of 1947 signed into law by Give em hell Harry. So, the question was who controlled whom? Did POTUS control the CIA or did the CIA/MIC control POTUS (President of the US)? It looked like a trade off. With this sort of political arena, it seems that the ETs who were invested on this planet decided that there needed to be some sort of arrangement, at the very least to protect their investments and assets here. Unlike the theories about ET visits to FDR and Truman, the visits to DDE are widely known and accepted. And there were offers made by these particular ETs of delivery of technology for the benefit of mankind, but only on the condition of shutting down the nuclear program. This was, of course, a bribe. But what did the ETs have to gain from the deal? Was it only for the benefit of their investments/assets on earth, or were there more far reaching considerations? And if there were effects of nuclear blasts on Earth which reached into space and perhaps even to other inhabited planets in the galaxy and beyond, would the ETs overstep the free will of people on this planet and simply put an end to it? MY POINT: The ETs got involved in politics, here in the US and other major nuclear testing countries to try and point us to a better solution than nuclear war impact. In our last election some were trying to accuse Russia of hacking which was proven did not happen. But I have not heard any accusations of hacking by the ETs. Hmm. Seems more likely if there was actually any hacking done at all not saying there was or wasn t.

4 After the first visits to DDE which ended up in no agreement, he was warned that if he didn t take the first deal that he might not like what would follow. And shortly, the little grey guys showed up with their deal which DDE did accept, and which has taken a monumental effort ever since to correct. [Follow the threads on the Dulce Wars or read The Sands of Time]. After the deals were made with the greys, an effort was made once again by the good guys in the form of a man named Valiant Thor. He was not a native of Venus, but had come here on his space ship directly from Venus to make political proposals to DDE. Again, we have the bribe technology in exchange for shutting down the nuclear program. I have come to the conclusion that DDE must have had rocks in his head, because once again he turned down the deal offered by Thor. So, on his way out of office, DDE makes his famous hypocritical remarks about being leery of the MIC, when he could have shut it down many years prior before it became so well dug in. If Gen. Eisenhower could defeat the mighty German army, why couldn t he march on a small number of plotters working out in the Nevada desert? Was JFK aware of the ETs and did he have some interface with them? Some reports indicate that to be the case. Did they give him a ride on one of their craft, and were they able to influence him to take political steps. Well, we don t have any transcripts of any such conversations, but was JFK only threatening the CIA over the Bay of Pigs incident, or were there other more significant reasons? I guess we will never know as the CIA led assassins killed him before he had a chance to write his memoirs. That is unfortunate. Was that good ol boy Johnson influenced by ETs? I doubt it. If he was it had to be by the greys. I can t imagine any respectable ET even wanting to go near him. But that is just my opinion. So, I will leave off on any theories about that. But we could go on and on, from POTUS to POTUS. Perhaps the ET/UFO issue was more apparent with Reagan and his SDI (Star Wars Defense Initiative) stuff. And Jimmy Carter was hot on the issue of ET/UFO until he swore in as POTUS and received an appropriate briefing. And Bill send Webb Hubble down to Area 51 to get the scoop but Webb returned empty handed. The only thing he got was a bunch of threats to mind his own business and to tell Bill the same. Now we re are down to The Donald. Interesting situation craziest election of all time. Like him or hate him he is the new POTUS and he has the greatest comb-over in history. Have the ETs had any influence in this situation, and if they have would we expect more to come?

5 Well, FOX NEWS posted a video of UFOs sighted accompanying (?) Trump s flight to Washington, DC, on the day before the swearing in ceremony. Obviously, they didn t shoot the plane down although I imagine they are capable of doing it. So it is possible to deduce that they were flying a protection detail? Were there any credible threats that they were trying to protect against? Yes, there were. The internet was alive with many threats and recommendations to kill Trump before he could take the oath of office. We don t know the cause of the protection detail, only that it happened. [You can go to Fox 10 unless they have taken the video down. Otherwise, it has gotten wide circulation on the internet look it up.] CONCLUSION I have tried to give details which support my opinion that we have had intervention in one form or the other from our first president, Washington, right down to our latest effort, Trump. That was my main point. But I thought it important in writing this to bring in the extra interest that the others had following our moving into the nuclear age. It sure seemed to heighten the interest from different parts of the universe in just what those crazy kids on Earth were doing. A human father will try to instruct little Johnny on how to whittle always cut away from you. Or any adult passing some children playing with matches will take a close look, and intervene if there is danger there. It is only natural. So, if a political leader has influence over major populations if an adult from outer space happens along and sees kids playing with nukes, it would only be natural that they would have something to say about what goes on there, as it might have impact right back to their home planet. It makes sense then for them to have an interest in the political systems where decisions are made. If I were an ET (and I am not I think) I think I would get involved. MY POINT: How about we factor in intervention by concerned universal entities? If we want to use the word God, or Ascended Masters, or ETs, or whatever, it is at least evident that something out of the ordinary is going on. It is only common sense, reason, and logic. Winston
