I am just honored and so full of thanks to have everybody here and to be able to look out at this incredible audience. I see you in my mind and in my heart and I see all the thousands of people and everybody that will be affected by what we talk about, by secrets that we share here today, by the energy that we allow to transform and bring into wholeness. It is going to be an incredible day and I just want to thank all of you for supporting us and supporting the work and the teachings of so many of the masters and guests that we have here. Today is no different. We actually started with a very cool energy process and Kathy just said, "Darius, your opening intention circle was fantastic and so full of heartfelt love. It is incredible." What we do here, if you're new, is we come on early and we do some energy work. We get you primed for the awakening you're going to receive. Wow, what a welcome. It's great to be here, Darius, really, really an honor and a pleasure. My heart's just full, man, just being here with you guys. It's a great energy and I know for you your life flows in a really incredible direction now on a daily basis and new opportunities and amazing things are happening because you discovered something. I guess that's the key word. You discovered something, but it wasn't always like that. Where did you start from for those that are new here? How did it begin for Derek Rydall? Well, for years and years I'd been searching and seeking and trying to heal my childhood and improve myself and fix myself and get rid of all the bad parts and add all the good parts and doing all the "right things." That ultimately led me to become addicted to drugs and alcohol rather than being healed. The attempts to improve myself and fix myself and all that struggle just sort of literally drove me to drink. I ended up ultimately almost having an overdose. The first time I almost died and ended up in the emergency room hanging on by a thread with an IV from an overdose. I remember lying in bed and looking up at the monitor beeping and thinking, Is this what all of my efforts have got me? Is this where these efforts to improve myself

4 PAGE 4 have brought me? Usually you would think that would be the moment, the 2x4 moment that would have woken me up from my struggles, but it really wasn't. I really needed to go a little bit further and that's where ultimately I ended up doing a movie and I was in Jamaica and I got caught in a coral reef underwater and was trapped in this tiny little alcove. I don't know how I got in there. I was caught in what looked like an underground tomb out of Indiana Jones, underwater with giant spiked coral inches from my eye, inches from my throat, inches from my stomach surrounded by fire coral, sand sharks circling beneath me like vultures ready to pounce as I drowned and I was stuck under there for a long, long time. My mind went through all the scenarios of how I would escape and then how I might die, but become posthumously famous in Hollywood. My ego was still searching for its 15 minutes of fame even in its last throws of life, but eventually at some point as I was there underwater I had to stay afloat just by using my fingers because if I sunk all the way down I would have been skewered and if I tried to look to go up out of the water to see where I was I would have been skewered by these giant spikes. I literally was stuck and at some point my mind reached the end of the tape. It was like one of those old reel-to-reels where the reel comes undone and there was nothing left. There was no more story. There were no more schemes. My ego couldn't come up with any more scenarios. In that moment, all that was left for me was complete unconditional surrender. It wasn't a surrender like, dear God, if you get me out of this, I promise to go to church on Sunday. I'd already gone through those surrenders. That wasn't working. This was unconditional I surrender. I knew that I was no longer afraid I was going to drown. I knew that I was going to. In that moment of complete surrender, the water literally I don't know if it lifted me or a wave came and pushed me, but I was literally lifted out of the water and placed onto the one spot outside that I couldn't see where there were no spikes or fire coral or anything. I was able to look back into this maze, this giant coral reef that I'd been trapped in and it was like a metaphor for my life. I had been swimming through this maze of self-improvement and all these things for most of my life and had finally gotten trapped in this tiny little constructed space where I couldn't breathe couldn't move and was dying. That was the metaphor for my life and in that moment of unconditional surrender, something snapped. My ego was broken free from its moorings. I like to say Humpty Dumpty fell off the wall and I couldn't put him back together again. I remember everything was shimmering. Everything was completely shimmering. I could see the life force vibrating behind everything. I don't usually share this part of the story, but I'll just share it for those that night in my hotel room I remember having another profound moment because I was still very much in shock, very shaken up. I remember just getting on my knees and saying, in effect, "God, more than I want to figure anything out anymore, more than I want to solve any problem anymore, I just want to wake up. I just want to be free. I just want to know the truth that makes me free." I remember falling forward and a level of grief began to be pulled out of me, a transformation like I'd never experienced before. I

5 PAGE 5 fell forward and something caught me. Now I rarely ever share that, but it was like literally I was being held and this presence was very, very palpable. From that moment forward I began to pull out of society, pull out of life and that's when I eventually, ultimately cloistered myself as a monk in my own apartment after I tried to become a monk. I went on this inner journey to reconnect to that glimpse of that self that I'd seen in that experience under water and then, again, that presence that I witnessed and experienced in my hotel room that night. What I began to see very clearly and articulate more fully was this self that had never been damaged by my childhood had never been diminished by all the rejection and the abandonment also, therefore, did not need to be improved. In fact, could not be improved upon. It was a self that was already whole, already complete, already perfect, just waiting for me to acknowledge it, waiting for me to come into alignment with it, waiting for me to let it unfold in me. I often use the analogy of just as the oak tree is already in the acorn and the acorn doesn't have to go out and improve itself into an oak tree. It doesn't have to achieve oakhood. It doesn't have to earn it. It doesn't have to become worthy of it. It already is an oak tree. When the conditions are right the oak naturally emerges and that's the Law of Emergence. It's not the law of attraction. It's not the law of this and the law of that, all these things that tell us that we're lacking something, missing something, something's broken, we need to add it or fix it. The Law of Emergence says that you're already it. You are already the masterpiece, a perfect pattern of infinite potential planted in the soil of your soul and when the conditions are right, which you have 100% control over, that divine destiny of greatness, that perfect self that has never been damaged begins to emerge like never before. Everything else, everything else, everything less than that perfect whole and magnificent self is a mirage, an illusion, a state of hypnosis that we've been born into and that we're often running around like if you've ever seen somebody on stage who's been hypnotized. They're chasing the snakes off the stage or chasing the white poodle off the stage and the person says, You've got all these snakes up there now. You've got to get rid of them. The person's doing all kinds of stuff to get rid of these snakes and they're freaking out and they're doing all these things. Ultimately, all the hypnotist has to do is snap their fingers and the person wakes up and the snakes are gone. There never were any snakes, but they were doing all kinds of things calling up snake charmers and using affirmations and prayers and everything to get rid of the snakes but there never were any snakes. That was my experience is that there never was a Derek that was broken. There never was a Derek that was lacking. There never was a Derek that was missing anything. That was the hypnotic spell, the trance that I had been under and in that moment of pure unconditional surrender I began to wake up from that trance. I began to wake up to the reality of who I am and who we all are. It's an incredible story and as you were sharing being in that coral reef pocket, I could feel sort of the weight on my chest and everything sort of started to close in and then the expansion as you were freed from that. I want everyone just to try this

6 PAGE 6 one because I think a lot of people will get some awakenings just from this one thing you said, Derek, which was what if each of you is not broken? What if that self that you're constantly trying to improve or make better is not the real you? Try on what would that mean if there was this dormant amazing self and seed inside of you willing to come forward and waiting, in fact, to do that. From that space, Derek, as we talk about this, is this the real essence in nature of this spiritual universe that we live in? Then I guess it begs the question how do we begin to move into that truth because so many people are in this mass hypnosis? Yes, this is the real nature. In essence, it's what all the great masters have been trying to tell us and it's why one master, Jesus, said that. He said, "The kingdom of heaven will not come by observation. It's not lo here or lo there. Behold the kingdom of heaven is within you." He was saying heaven is a not a place you're going to go to. It's not a place you're going to observe and eventually find and go see somewhere. It's not over there and it's not over there. It's within you. Then he said, "The kingdom of heaven is at hand now, but having eyes, you can't see it and having ears, you can't hear it." What he was basically saying is heaven, which is another name for harmony or the realm of every lasting good or perfection or nirvana, whatever name you want to call it, it's already here now, but when you try to perceive it with your eyes or your ears or your senses then you can't see it. You misperceive. That's also why he said, "Do not judge by appearances, but judge righteous judgment." That's why Einstein said that what we see out there is an optical delusion or an optical illusion, that when you perceive with your senses, understand you're not seeing reality. You're seeing your perception about reality. As I like to say, it's a relative perception of the infinite perfection. Then you project that onto the screen of your experience and call it real and then you try to manipulate that projection. You try to fix it. You try to heal it. You try to improve it. You try to do whatever you've got to do with it, but it's like projecting a movie on a screen, calling that reality and then going on the screen and trying to change the images on the screen. That's what most of us are doing and that's what I was doing. You'll never ever fix it because you're trying to fix a self that doesn't exist. It s a projection. You're trying to fix the snakes on the stage that aren't really there, but the fact that they're not there doesn't mean you won't experience it because you don't experience life as it is. You experience life as you are. You experience it through your perception that's also why in the Bible it says, "I see through a glass darkly, but then I shall see face to face." We're seeing life through this filter of all of our concepts and the universal beliefs, the mass hypnosis of society. The beliefs about the body, the beliefs about money, the beliefs about the economy, the beliefs about relationship, we're seeing life not as it is, but through the filter of all of these trances all of these spells. We're judging by appearance rather than judging spiritually and that's why meditation and any process that allows us to go within and shoot the gap between our thoughts or embrace those things we've been fighting so that we come to a place of stillness and non-resistance so that we fall into that gap. That process and

7 PAGE 7 that practice allows us to have a direct contact with reality itself. In reality, there's no problem. In reality there's no mistake. No mistake has been made, this divine creative intelligence has created everything out of its own perfection named it all good and that's all that there really is going on right now. It makes complete sense and so many people have espoused this idea that many of us are longing to really tap into that, but what I love about your work is that through what you've uncovered and the way of shifting the matrix or getting out of the matrix people can actually uncover this and feel it. I guess it's a good time to maybe talk about the Law of Emergence work. I'm familiar with it, but for people that aren't, tell us about what it is and why it's a little different than maybe the traditional route of going in and trying to transform your life. Yeah, absolutely and I started to touch upon it before when I was talking about how the traditional approach of trying to fix ourselves whether it's through Law of Attraction or any other success principle, it's not that there is not a Law of Attraction. There is. There is just as there is cause and effect at a relative level. Just as on a one level it appears like the sun is rising and setting, but the sun never is rising and setting. There really is no cause and effect and quantum physics has now shown that. You can look even at nature when you water that acorn seed and you feed it and you nourish it, you don't cause an oak to happen. All you can do is create the conditions that are congruent and that that is already there emerges, that that is already happening in the invisible emerges. You didn't create the oak. You didn't make the oak. A farmer worth her salt no way would ever believe they can grow a plant. All they can do is cultivate the congruent conditions and then the Law of Emergence that's always in operation, it does the growing. What it really just does is reveals what was already and always there. You can't attract the oak tree out of the seed no matter how much you use meditations or chanting or vision boards it's not going to just come out of that seed it's something else that's going to happen. If that wasn't in there you couldn't get it to come out or attract it, it's got to be there in the first place. Exactly and then the emergence model helps you to see that life doesn't happen to you. Life happens through you and that's why whatever's missing is what you're not activating, what you're not giving because it's all within you. The kingdom of heaven is within you, nirvana is within you, the quantum field is within you. You are a divine power plant and a power plant doesn't receive the energy, it generates it. It's all within you, the whole thing, the whole masterpiece. Just like Michelangelo when he sculpted his masterpieces, he believed God had already put the masterpiece there in the block of marble and his job was just to chip away everything that wasn't the masterpiece and set it free. It's already here. The masterpiece of our life and the problem with most of our approaches is that when we are trying to improve our life by trying to fix or add or heal or attract, the underlying premise is that something's missing, something's broken, something's wrong, something's lacking because we don't experience life as it is we experience our perception about life.

8 PAGE 8 Even though it's not true that you re broken, if you try to fix yourself, therefore, affirming and activating the belief that you're broken, then you will experience yourself as broken or if you try to add something to yourself even though you're not lacking anything you will experience lack or even if you manage to through sheer will manifest a better paycheck, you'll just experience being broke at a higher income bracket. The belief of lack, the false premise about yourself and about your life, you'll continue to experience that false premise even though it's not true at all. People go, Well, I'll believe it when I see it. No. You'll see it when you believe it. It's like an experiment they did where they went around to people and they took a match and they lit the match in front of the person, blew the match out and then touched the person's hand with the match stick. Except, unbeknownst to the person they touched their hand with a cold match stick and the person would go, Ow, and then within a matter of minutes, there would form a heat blister. Now a hot match never touched their hand. There was no hot match there. It was completely a hypnotic trance that they were put in by seeing the hot match, by seeing the whole process and they believe it, so they generated that experience. Now that's what we've done in our life. We've come under these trances, these beliefs that we're broken, that we're lacking, that something's gone, someone has done us wrong, there's a bad economy, our body is material, whatever the illusion of the trance is. There are specific and detailed ones for each area of our life. Then we try to fix that trance, so you're in this hypnotic state living under a false premise about yourself or some area of your life and then you're now trying to attract stuff to you and heal stuff and improve stuff. All that you can ever do from that state is improve your trance. All you can ever do at best is improve the dream. You must realize this is a trance. I'm asleep in an illusion. There's no problem her wake up, wake up. When I count backwards from three to one and snap my fingers, you're going to wake up and that's why I titled this thing snap out of it because we're living in a trace. That's the big error of the self-improvement movement and that's why my new book is going to be called Emergence: The End of Self- Improvement. That's the big error is that so many of us have gotten into selfimprovement. We used to try to fix and heal our lives just through other forms and then we got into self-improvement and it's the same impulse, just with maybe a purer intention, but it's still the same problem. It's still the same error. That's why so many people go through one thing after another after another getting some improvements and then they slide back. They get a bigger paycheck and then they're just broke again. They get a new relationship and then they're in the same fights. They get a new job and they end up having the same problems. They move to a new place and they end up having the same neighbors. How did that happen? It's like wherever you go, there you are and you bring your trances with you. The work really ultimately is to stop trying to fix yourself, stop trying to improve the illusion. Be still as it says in Bible, "Be still and know that I, in the midst of you, am God. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord," which means the unfoldment of the law of the divine principle of life, the perfect pattern. Be still, stand still, these are all trying to tell us give us an indication to stop all of this frenetic activity to try to fix and improve our lives and ourselves,

9 PAGE 9 there's nothing wrong with you. Now again, like I said, I want to be very clear. I'm not saying that you should not have incredible compassion for others and for yourself when you're suffering. Suffering is a real experience, it's just not reality. It doesn't have any power over you when you begin to wake up from that. I want to hear your questions for Derek. I know now a lot of people are wanting steps and I so much want to give them some suggestions and steps and things they can begin to do. Derek, I got the image of it s kind of funny actually of a dog chasing its tail, but the tail doesn't even exist. The tail is an imagination of the dog and he's still chasing it. So it's actually worse because he's trying to fix something that, first, could never be fixed because it's always going to have some reversion back to something not being right, being the ego. Then it's even a false self that won't even ever be real and it's the first thing that we lose when we leave this plane anyway, so why spend time worrying about it now? It's not going to last. Questions, for those people that are saying, Okay, this Go ahead, Derek, please. Yeah, really quick here. It also reminds me of the story of the Himalayan musk deer. The Himalayan musk deer, the scent of musk, that alluring very powerful perfume, it's so strong that the Himalayan musk deer when it first gets the first scent in the bloom of spring it just travels through the forest day and night, day and night exhausting itself in search of the priceless perfume only to finally just fall exhausted never realizing the bitter irony that the scent of musk is coming from its own hide. This is the truth. Our search, our struggle, our striving after the priceless gems of life the wealth, the health, the love, the companionship, the peace, the joy, all of these things, which are beautiful, all of that is literally wafting up from our own being and we're misinterpreting it as something out there. That's why I teach that desire comes from a root wood that means of the sire, of the sire or of the father or of the creative principle. Those burning desires that we have, for whatever it may be, is not an indication of something out there that we need to go get, but a clue of what is in here trying to get out. We're pregnant with it. We're pregnant with that next stage of our life. The work is to begin to embrace it like a pregnant woman and begin to realize I have that thing, that's why I desire it. Begin to honor that and nurture that and come more into alignment, in congruence with that and begin to ask more empowering questions like instead of how do I get that thing or why am I missing that thing or what's wrong with me and why is this not working, we start to ask questions like how can I activate more of this that is already in me? How can I get more in alignment with this that is already within me? What is it that's trying to emerge in me? What is it that's trying to emerge by means of this particular crisis in my life? A crisis is really just a catalyst to reveal more of what's in you. We start to ask those kinds of questions. The minute that we realize that we're living in an illusion of separation, that we've already got it all, that we're already living in heaven, that we're already whole, that we're already carrying everything that we've been searching for, now we're starting to wake up from that hypnosis. Now we start to ask those empowering questions and that's the next step to begin to really bring us out of that

10 PAGE 10 illusion and to embody that next stage of our own emergence. One of the things as I'm seeing questions come in, I think it's really a powerful test to see what side of the matrix we're on. A lot of people are writing in talking about transform or correct or change and, really, it's almost like, again, we're trying to transform, change the illusion. I want to read some of these questions because I think they'll be helpful for people to get some idea of where to begin. Daphne said, "How do I correct the manifestations from the illusions? What do you do to correct the manifestations from the illusions? Another person said, "How do you transform core beliefs that were created in childhood and are limiting your expression of who you truly are?" Tell us what you think about those questions and then, of course, what would be some of the suggestions for Daphne and Reno? Well, first of all, understand that the outer is all and we've heard this, that the outer is nothing more or less than a reflection of the inner reality. What you're experiencing out there is just an old thought. It's an artifact of an old belief and you think you're looking at the present moment. You're really just looking at an old belief. It is one of the levels of spiritual growth and unfoldment is changing our thoughts and changing our beliefs and working at that level and that's a beautiful thing. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that, but when we do that in the context and with the understanding that as you're changing your beliefs and swapping a good belief for a lesser good belief, what you're doing at that level is just improving the trance state. You're just improving the dream. Now, that's not a bad thing if you know that's what you're doing. If you've ever become lucid when you wake up in your dream and you suddenly know you're dreaming and you start to change the dream around and do fun things, that's fine. That's the first stage. That moves you out of a place of victimhood, which is the first stage where we think life is happening to us. Then we realize that we have control over life and we are happening to life. That's stage two. Then we start to realize something larger is trying to happen through us. That's stage three and that's where we let go of control. We let go of victimhood to move into stage two where we start using the Law of Attraction, all these techniques to improve our thinking and to change our experience. Then we realize that only gets us so far and then we start to let go of control and open up to the vision, that's where vision lives. There's a larger idea that's trying to emerge through us that's bigger than our ego identity. That's where we start to surrender and open up and say, What's trying to emerge through me? That's where we say, Not my will, but thy will. That's where we start to let go of our attempt to manipulate and say that prayer, "God, life, more than I want to change, fix or control this, I want to wake up to the truth that makes me free. I want to see life the way it really is in reality." Then it starts to emerge through us. We become a candidate for revelation, for real insight, real breakthrough, real innovation, real vision. That third stage is where visionaries live. That third stage is where real inventors and creators live because they've begun to surrender control and become open and a candidate for an idea that is unprecedented, that's beyond their imagination, that is

11 PAGE 11 outside of the illusion and that's where new life gets to come into play. That can take us quite far and then at some point along our journey, we eventually have to let go of even the illusion that we have a separate life apart from life and then we move into stage four where life is happening as me and there's no more duality, but most people living in stage three, which is good enough. When it comes to fixing and correcting that outer picture, as long as you start with the context of knowing what I'm talking about here, that there's nothing wrong with you, that you're not missing anything, you do the work to activate something within you to radiate, to generate more of you outward, then it's like going back into that film projector and knowing that the picture up on the screen is just a picture. You don't try to change the picture. You go into the film projector room and you change the film. You know now. Now you can, so that's when you go within and do this inner work and have a deeper realization of who you are from the context of knowing you are at cause, that you are the creator of this illusion. Then you begin to create and correct the illusion. Does that make sense? Yes, yes, absolutely What was the second part, the transformation of old thoughts? Yeah, well, one person was asking, How do we transform core beliefs that were created in childhood? That was Reno in Scottsdale. This is a powerful one that you and I have talked about before, Darius, as we go down a little bit further down the rabbit hole. Understanding that because there's nothing wrong with you this, one of the ways that the nothing wrong with you gets misunderstood in the self-help area is then we kind of do what's called the spiritual bypass. We see the problem. We see that part of us that's angry or sad and we go, Nope, there's nothing wrong with me. There's nothing wrong with me. I'm perfect, whole and complete. We ignore it, deny it or repress it. We do a spiritual bypass around it. That's not what I mean when I say there's nothing wrong with you. When I say there's nothing wrong with you, I mean that even right there where you have the appearance of something's wrong or something's bad is actually something really wonderful and good, but the only way you can get to it is by embracing what is. It's like the analogy of the snake in the there's an old story about in India where a student was in the bathhouse and was taking a bath and he stepped on a snake, this slithery, wet snake and he freaked out, Oh my God, it's a poisonous snake, and he ran out of there screaming, terrified. They all began to gather around the room. What are we going to do about this snake? How are we going to get rid of this snake? Another person was like, There is no snake. It's all an illusion. There's nothing there, and they went through this whole thing until finally the teacher came long and just turned on the light and revealed that there wasn't a snake. There was rope that got wet. There was something there, but it wasn't dangerous, but you had to first embrace it instead of running away from it to discover that it was a rope that had perfectly good utility or like the other analogy of a diamond that is misperceived as a cubic zirconia and it seems to have no value. Whatever your problem is that you

12 PAGE 12 have from childhood that you may be suffering from whether its anger or sadness or a feeling of inadequacy, as you stop trying to fix it or deny it or get rid of it or run away from it, but instead embrace it, ask that part of you what is the gift in you? What is the blessing, the lesson that you're here to teach me? Not trying to change it, not trying to turn sadness into happiness, not trying to turn unworthiness to worthiness, not trying to turn the stupid part of you into a smart part of you, but as you embrace it, you discover that the angry part of you is actually where your power has been hiding. You discover that controlling part of you that you have such judgment over is actually where your deep discipline and structure has been hiding. You discover that the part of you that's selfish that you've been denying, when you embrace the selfish part of you actually is where your deep selfcare has been hiding. If you deny those in order to try to pray it away, you'll never learn and come into how to really take care of yourself or to have the discipline or the strength or the power that these shadows are calling for you to activate. It's like I used the analogy before that there are certain seeds in the forest that require a forest fire in order to crack them open and to germinate that seed and also to clear away the older trees and to create more light through the canopy and to create more ground space for the roots to grow. That fire is doing all of those wonderful things, but if through self-help or self-improvement or whatever means we try to get rid of the fire, we try to pray it away or deny it or run away from it, we will be actually getting rid of the very catalyst for the transformation that we most want and need in our life. Those things need to be embraced and then you understand the real meaning of transformation as you embrace, as you transform that form changes from the inside out. It's a higher form, a higher expression that emerges out of that experience. It's not like you re swapping one for another or you're adding anything to yourself or getting rid of anything. You are literally emerging like that caterpillar that transforms into a butterfly. The butterfly emerged out of the caterpillar. It wasn't something other than that, but that caterpillar had to be willing and able to die and to liquefy in that chrysalis in order for the butterfly to emerge. Incredible truth and very powerful energetically because as we begin to integrate and get a higher understanding or order around things that have happened, we actually transform the energy of that or at least we begin to have a different understanding of the energy around that. Sort of like allowing that acorn that has one energy frequency to transform into an oak tree, it's a whole different frequency and a whole different range of possibilities. I love that. I want to do this, Derek. One of the things that I m feeling right now from the audience is maybe we can do an exercise. A lot of people having questions, Well, what about this? Well, how would it work with this, maybe what we could do, guys, is we do the exercise and we take you through something and then afterwards if you have questions, maybe we have a little time to answer some questions. Is everybody ready to experience something really powerful? Let me know on the and, Derek, would that be okay? Absolutely and as we move into this, one of the other analogies I wanted to use that

13 PAGE 13 I've used before because you were talking about frequency is understanding that just right where we are our favorite music is already broadcasting, but we have to tune into the station with our radio in order to hear it, in order to experience it, in order to enjoy it. Now when you tune the dial to that station, you didn't transform anything. You didn't make that music happen. You made that music welcome. You made that frequency welcome by coming into congruence with it. The music was already playing and it wasn't in your future, it wasn't in the distance. Behold heaven is at hand now. The music was playing right here and now and is playing right here and now, but the distance was one of frequency. The same is true with the music of your soul, with the song of your heart. That frequency of abundance, that frequency of health, that frequency of wealth and success and companionship and love and joy and adventure, that symphony of success, it's playing right where you are, I promise you. I guarantee it. It's playing right where you are right now. You're living and moving and having your being in heaven, in wholeness, in abundance, in a broadcast of such magnificence that you can't even begin to imagine it right now. The whole work of real growth and transformation, if you get nothing else, remember this is nothing more or less than tuning into K-GOD, K-RICH, the broadcast of good of God, the God the gospel, which means the God-spell, which means the good news, which means this infinite abundance. It's just tuning into that which is already given to you, already broadcasting now. All the affirmations you do, all the prayers you do from this day forward, if you remember nothing else, set the intention before you do anything. I'm not doing this prayer or affirmation to get anything. I'm doing this to come more into frequency alignment with what already is. That's why Jesus said when you pray, pray believing that you already have it, that you may receive it. It's already here, folks. It's already here, you're already it. Just let this be kind of like the loving hands of the divine pulling up the curtains by your bedside and saying, Wake up, honey. Wake up, it was just a dream. It s right here and you're resting in the loving embrace of the divine, of the loving embrace of wholeness and it's just waiting for you to wake up and receive all the bounty. If you do this process just know that we're doing it from the intention of waking up or of tuning our frequency, using all this technique to align our frequency with that station, with that broadcast where our good is already playing. Sound good? Wow and what a way to get us ready and primed for where we're going to go. Alright, Derek, I think we're ready. Let's do it. This really is the fundamental process of Emergence and some of these may be familiar if you all have been on a call with me before, but I want to start with look at an area of your life where you may be struggling, where you feel stuck or where you want to make a breakthrough or have progress. Just become aware of how you feel around that. Just feel the energy, feel the energy of maybe constriction, the energy of stagnation, the energy of trying to solve it, of wrestling with it. Just become aware of that. Don't react to it. Don't judge it. Just become aware of what it feels like, that frequency of struggle, of resistance, of stuckness, of wrestling, fighting, fearing. Just be aware of that frequency.

14 PAGE 14 As you're aware of that, be aware of the kinds of questions that you might be asking yourself when you're in that space. Just notice why is this happening to me, what's wrong with me, why isn't this working, what's the problem, how can I fix this, what's missing just notice. Notice how those questions feel in your body. Again, you just notice the frequency. When I ask this question, What's wrong with me, you feel a little constriction. The energy kind of constricts or lowers or narrows. There's a narrowing of that band of energy. You're literally tuning yourself into K-LACK. Just feel that and in having the awareness of what it feels like when you're asking questions or struggling around something and you can feel that this feels the frequency of this is lower, it's constricting, it's a form of resistance. As you begin to become of aware of that, you create a gap where you start to choose to not do that, you have the ability to respond, a responsibility to notice, ooh, that question or that action is actually tuning me away from what I want. It's making me incongruent or out of alignment with the vision that I really want, which is playing on K-GOD or K-RICH the frequency of love and peace and joy and abundance and wealth. You can't experience that if you re not congruent with it. You just begin to become aware, ooh, this is what it feels like to tune myself out of alignment with what I've been praying for a desiring. This is the beginning of waking up from the hypnotic spell that has been telling you if you just struggle more and try this and do that and all these questions, which keep tuning you and tuning you and tuning you into the very thing you don't want. As you being to have this awareness of that, now you have space around it. You recognize, ooh, I'm tuning myself out of frequency with what I want. Okay, great. Now go back to the situation and become aware again of the situation where you're feeling stuck and ask, What quality would I have to embrace or embody and activate in my life in order to feel at peace in this particular situation even if the conditions didn't change? What quality would I have to activate more of or embody in my life? Maybe what arises in you is peace or joy or security. What quality? Just notice the slight shift in frequency there. Now ask, If I was on the other side of this, if I got the thing I'm waiting for or the thing I thought I was missing allow yourself now to ask that question, Then what would my life look like? If I solve this or I got this what would my life look like then? You can even allow yourself to close your eyes and begin to imagine that. Just notice now the shift in the frequency again just by asking a different question, by focusing on the vision instead of the problem. Again, ask if this situation was transformed and I had the thing that I wanted or needed what would that look like? If I had that, what would I do with my life now? Who would I be, how would I express what is this larger vision trying to emerge in me by means of this experience? Take a deep breath, feeling that frequency shifting even a little bit more. What is the larger vision of my life that's trying to emerge? What are the qualities that are trying to emerge in me now? I'm beginning to become aware of them by asking these questions, more peace, more joy, more inspiration or security, more confidence, more abundance. What would my life look like if I let those qualities express even more fully in my life? Who would I be, what would I do, how would I

15 PAGE 15 hold myself, how would I feel? Take a deep breath and yield even more to that frequency, even more to that feeling tone, even more to that vision that's seeking to emerge. As you're beginning to come into the realization that this challenge you're going through is not happening to stop or hurt you, but it is your unique forest fire that is happening to activate the next stage of your evolution, of your power, of your good. Open up to that vision now. See it, feel it and if you notice the thoughts of how would this happen, how is that possible, it's too late, I can't do it, just notice those which are tempting you to tune back into the old frequency. Just place them aside and say, But what if I really could live the life of my dreams? What if I really could be all that I was meant to be, what would that look like, what would that feel like? Now you're tuning yourself back up. Take another deep breath and allow that feeling to expand in your heart as you exhale and give it a color. As you give it color, you magnify the frequency. Take another deep breath and as you exhale, let that feeling now magnify and radiate to fill your whole body to whatever degree you're feeling that feeling, that energy, feeling that frequency of your divine destiny. Now take one more deep breath and as you exhale let it expand beyond your body now so that you re enveloped in this energy and this color and see it radiating and saturating everyone and everything in your life. Now I want you to hold your hands out in front of you and imagine the earth like a small ball in front of your hands, your palms forward towards the earth. As you take another deep breath, I want you to feel the energy in you from your heart radiating and expanding down your arms out of your hands and saturating the planet with this energy now, with this frequency, this vibration that you've been activating in you. Understand that you cannot give what you don't have. You've been activating now this feeling of this frequency of having, but you cannot keep what you don't give away. Now you're radiating this frequency, you're giving it away, you're expanding it and by giving it away and radiating it you are saying, in essence, I have, I am, which is the beginning of waking up from the illusion by activating this frequency. As you re radiating to the planet just imagine any places on the planet that you perceive are lacking, hotspots on the planet or anyone that you want to give a blessing to and just saturate everyone and everything on the planet as you say a sacred blessing, "May everyone and everything be blessed exceedingly and unconditionally." Whatever quality that you are activating in your life more joy, more abundance, more health, more wealth you want to radiate those now and consciously desire those for everyone. May all beings, all creatures and all of creation be blessed exceedingly and without exception with love, with abundance. May all being liberated. May all being free, may all being successful and healthy and wealthy. If there's anyone that you're holding any bitterness towards or unforgiveness, you can just imagine a special blessing to them. Anyplace in your life where you're experiencing stagnation or debt, there is usually some story of unforgiveness. Now you're activating the circulation in your life. You're reactivating it by blessing that

16 PAGE 16 person and blessing that part of you that may have been holding a grudge. May all being be blessed exceedingly. Just feel the energy coursing through you out of your arms, out of your hands, radiating from your heart expanding intensifying. As it does, now know with me that any old beliefs, old ideas, old perceptions, old hypnotic trances that you've been under are beginning to be dissolved, disintegrated, uprooted by this energy of love and grace that is now coursing through you, that we are now as a collective vibration raising the frequency so high that these old frequencies, these old hypnotic trances cannot exist. Just as ice cannot exist above 32 degrees, as long as you're living in 32 degrees doesn't matter what you do, you're going to have ice, but the minute you live above the frequency no matter what, that ice cannot exist anymore at that higher temperature. These old illusions of lack, limitation, those places you've been frozen and stuck and stagnant, they cannot exist at this higher frequency that we're now activating. Feel that with me, come into agreement with me, which means to come into alignment to congruence. You can do it right now. Right now you are living in it, right now the frequency is available to you. Agree with it, accept it. Right now old traumas, old beliefs that you've been deprived or rejected or abandoned that you're lacking, that you're broken, these hypnotic trances of society are being dissolved, disintegrated. As I snap my fingers you are waking up from these trance states now. You are waking up to who and what you really are and why you are alive. You are waking up to the vibration of power and strength and love and abundance. Don't be worried if it's also stirring up other feelings of fear and anxiety. That's just the ego freaking out because it knows that real change is happening. Breathe and let those feelings rise up and flow out on this stream of love, on this energy of grace that you're radiating. We are waking up in this collective agreement. The mass trance cannot survive. Take a deep breath and receive that blessing. As I accept this quantum prayer, this quantum healing and knowing that right where each and every one of you is all the power and the presence and the love, all the wisdom, all the genius of the infinite mind, which is uniquely individualized itself and called itself each and every one of you. That right where you are is all of the power, all of the wonder, all of the wisdom, all of the health, the companionship, everything you've been desiring and wanting, it's right where you are. It's right what you are. Right now it's being activated. This divinity is being stirred into activity. We are striking this mystic cord of memory and waking up to who and what we really are like never before. It's bursting forth now and emerging as new insight, as dynamic creativity, as breakthrough healing, as new relationship and opportunity and what the world will call magnificent things showing up in your life opportunities, healings but it's the emergence of the greater self of you. It s happening now. Feel it with me and take your hands now and put them on your heart. As you now complete the circuit, the cycle, the circulation and you bring it back to your heart now and give it to yourself, all that you've been radiating, all that you've been giving now receive it and affirm yourself. Speak to yourself in an affirmatory way like never before, telling yourself everything you've ever wanted to hear, everything you've ever wanted to be. I am, you are, speak it to yourself now.
