The Organization of Heaven 20 February 2018 Has anybody ever seen or might like to see an organizational chart for Heaven? Is one issued and updated regularly, or is one even necessary? Was a bureaucratic function created in Heaven because it occurred to a divine administrator at one point, that such chart could be useful, but nobody uses it anymore, because it isn't necessary? Are these questions relevant, since we're not in Heaven? Even though we are, but don't immediately recognize it? Q: Esteemed Committee, is Heaven as, less or better organized than Earth? C: By human standards better, however Earth is as well organized as anything in the universe. Humans define organized as arranged according to preferences. This is only one part of organization and is not required. Q: For organization charts, we assign people to functions and set out authority. Which obviously y'all know well, so in Heaven how do organization charts work? C: Authorities are not held or imposed. The only method by which authority occurs is delegation. The subject grants authority in advance, and agrees to follow a decision within the scope of the grant. Q: How are the "charts" organized? C: As we channeled to you twenty five of human years ago, as you remember, like a reversed pyramid. The higher the authority, the greater the responsibility. The higher authority is at the bottom, at the point. The masters are across the flat top, all on equal footing. Humans see authority telling those "below" the leader what to do. In Heaven, the leader is told, requested, instructed. Q: How did things get reversed? C: Humans when created, learned of forces they could not control. It was easy to learn decisions to avoid things not able to be controlled and negative. There are many positive things humans and all animals cannot control, yet accept. The need to avoid the negative; a storm, a cliff, an attacking animal, a dangerous snake and so forth, quickly led to decision making. Survival of offspring requires parents to decide and the process evolves. Q: Why doesn't Heaven have any resemblance to this? C: The basic ingredients are not there. Not here. Q: We're all in Heaven, why are we "blessed" with these ingredients, or contaminants? C: They are not a blessing, they are a condition accepted voluntarily. Many souls do not like this aspect of incarnation, so they do not join you. All of you reading these words as humans,

have gladly accepted the conditions and the unknown events which can arise, for the enjoyment, pleasures, pitfall, struggles and LEARNING which come from them all. Q: Have extraterrestrial civilizations generally organized their societies different from Earth? C: Yes. We refer to the ones advanced enough technologically to visit your planet in the physical. Q: How is their societal organization different from mankind or from "Heaven"? C: You know your Earth preferences, and authority defers to a single person. On many worlds, there are committees, at both ends of the organizational spectrum. On Earth, a true decision committee can be tied up by a single or small group of protestors who introduce then clog the process with many initiatives designed imply to overload and slow the machinery to a crawl. Telepathic ability and speed make this far more difficult. Motives and true objectives cannot be enclosed and concealed inside a wash of words which say otherwise or differently. Before beginning a decision, there come together what on Earth you would call petitioners. This group will vote before introduction of an initiative. If insufficient votes are gathered, the initiative is amended before it proceeds or is abandoned. Q: That sounds as if it would undermine the democratic process; shouldn't representatives do that? C: To prevent inefficiencies and a clogging of the system, yes. This is Earth. Among the more developed alien extraterrestrial civilizations, there is little desire to clog the system as a means of opposition. Q: What about in Heaven? C: There is very little thus nearly perfect organization. Each soul or being does what it chooses and goes where it wants. As long as each participant is doing what it prefers, that is perfect organization. The human view is that organization is according to personal preferences, based on experiences, knowledge and habits. Human struggle with differences, in Heaven differences are preferred and always accepted. Q: On Earth, if we resist, we end up in jail or dead in some cases. C: Awareness removes this. If imprisonment were always done with transparent knowledge by anyone wishing to look, very little would occur. Q: There is no such thing as prison in Heaven? C: Heavens no, as you would say. All restriction of movement is voluntary, making prison a non-concept. Q: What about among advanced ET civilizations? C: Extremely rare and when employed, as a result of mental disturbances and risk to others or the infirm. You would think of these places as hospitals and resorts. Q: There is no murder among developed ET civilizations? C: It is extremely rare, one in several tens of millions of souls would be murdered across the extent of the lifetimes of all of them.

Q: How is it reduced to near zero? C: Violence follows anger, frustration begets the latter. The solution involves acceptance of frustration and acceptance of anger. It is the lowering of excess pressure. Pressure is largely selfgenerated and recognition of this in the young allows them to be taught about it and how to avoid it. Pride, shame, courage, embarrassment, success and failure are not taught the way humans impart these ideas upon their young. Small children will run unclothed without concern, yet avoid this at nearly any effort several years later, this condition continuing far into and throughout human life. There are many perceptions of success and failure humans employ as absolutely automatic, without deep thought given to them. These learned traits are not automatic and need not be. There is nothing amiss or improper with them, until they become ingredients in frustration. Then the ingredients can be addressed and corrected. What has happened in many an advanced ET civilization is, the ingredients are not added to the mix. Q: We're supposed to be talking about the organization charts of Heaven. C: This chart exists for each of you as needed in the moment and circumstance it becomes useful. Only. Q: Not on Earth! C: Yes, on Earth. In just your nation, what organization chart is followed? All leaders answer to the individuals. There are many known and also unknown, concealed & undisclosed operators, who seem to hold authority and the ability to enforce it, however they have this only because the some of you are willing to give it to them. In return for something they have that you want and believe can most easily obtain, from them. We refer to material goods and comforts. In Heaven, the same operates, with no concealment. Each individual being or essence can see into all participants of any process which affects that individual. If you will be reached by something, you can reach back into all information and motivations of all participants. Much of this can be done on Earth, but humans choose otherwise. The time illusion feeds this in a large way, and is one of the great attractions of a life on Earth, is to choose between opportunities because time is seen as finite, through the course of each day. Human seek to lower opportunity costs, always. Q: If we didn t need to read fifty pages of background information to understand something, that would help. C: Humans would happily read the fifty pages if the time taken were not seen to take time from something else and cause physical fatigue the passing of time through the day brings. The absence of the time illusion removes the notion of opportunity cost. Time is not a scarce resource. Lack of water, food and air also distort the human view. What great opportunity these fears supply. Q: I forgot, no sleep is necessary. C: Yes, the refreshed feeling of just waking up, after a long and deep night's sleep, is how you will feel at all times in Heaven. This is the natural sensation you always have. Q: When does a question get referred beyond the GAGs of one or a few people?

C: When the GAGs want more involvement from a being or entity not attached to or obligated to a soul's life plan. Q: A disinterested party, impartial? C: Yes. Q: Do souls themselves provide for this always? C: Yes, without exception and your evening through nighttime departures from your body, to visit and consult with your GAGs, can often involve yourself in these conferences. These can be daytime also, as you prefer. Q: Let's assume no souls incarnate ever; for the sake of an example. How is Heaven organized? C: The same; you are in Heaven now. The presence of souls temporarily living in a body travelling across Earth on a journey of re-discovery and experience? This is part of the organization, not a change to or effect from it exist. Q: So who organizes Heaven? C: Every being in it. Q: Who decides? C: Any essence involved. Q: How is the hierarchy established? C: By its participants. Q: How long does the command structure remain in office, in power? C: For as long as the participants wish. Any one may depart, join, ignore or remain as the entity sees fit. Q: What about disputes which do not get resolved? C: All disputes are resolved. What you mean is, who wins or prevails? Which side gets the other to capitulate, accept or render unto another? These human outcomes are resolutions as much as any. The human notions of force, submission, oppression and referral to a judge whose decision must be accepted, are solely human. Humans have learned to accept third party decisions, but this is likewise an option. In the Heaven where you need no physical body, there is no hiding, concealment, flight, pursuit, sanction or judgment but for that you choose to take on yourself. Thus Heaven's organization is perfection and acknowledged as such. The human physical section of Heaven is chosen to be seen as separate when it is most certainly not. Inside the illusion humans harbor the false notion of rejection and separation. Because you cannot be separated, you cannot be coerced. This aspect of mankind escapes perception, for the moment. Humans will prosper and reach a state of calm when it is accepted that mankind is already perfectly organized, needs not force anything upon anyone, and may choose acceptance of anything or nothing.

This entirely and completely voluntary aspect of your existence, once acknowledged, will bring about the peace and calm so stridently desired yet so seemingly out of reach to so many of you. Q: What about a person's fear of starvation, shelter, loss of freedom, loved ones and possessions? C: These exist as choices. If you believe you are in a position where these losses are such that you cannot reverse them, we assure you, you have chosen this perception and experience. Q: How does perfect organization, defined as complete acceptance by everyone, occur? C: Be free in everything you do and allow others to do the same. That everything be voluntary. Quickly and over a very short span of human Earth time, complete harmonious organization will reign. Q: I can see MANY objections to this, starting with myself. Allowing teenagers to do x, y and z is chilling to most parents. C: Because you have been taught to see and feel these things. No more harm or bad experience would come to any teenagers or any humans able to choose and act. Only small infants unable to care for their basic needs require outside decisions and have you noticed? The more absolute the need for decisions and assistance, the more accepted they are. Q: Teenagers would, many of them, go get alcohol, drugs and do things maybe not so beneficial to themselves? C: Do you as adults have so little faith in your own youth and adolescence and do you believe your youngsters have no life plans and no GAGs? We differ, they would not run free, wild and in danger in any way more than they do already. In short order, they would do it much less. Q: If we handed rifles and ammunition to year olds, what would happen? C: If they know what can happen with use of these tools, nothing that does not already happen and soon, almost no bad things. Humans will self regulate and self control in the absence of outside force, sanction rule and restriction. Q: That's a big pill to swallow for a lot of people to ingest. C: Earth is very exciting, is it not? Q: To conclude, Heaven is perfectly organized precisely and as a direct result of willful disorganization? C: Yes. Willful, voluntary decisions are what lead to the most efficient organization most quickly. Be well, until again we return. Fare well we wish, and the same shall we do.
