Everything that Christ lived Enables us to live it in Him and that He live it in us Catechism 521 Terrestrial Eden and Divine Eden Do you know what time it is in creation history? Souls at this time in salvation history are now being called back to the Original Order, Place and Purpose for which God created mankind as it was in the Garden of Eden in order to fulfill the Lord s Prayer to the Father, Thy Will be done on earth as in Heaven. Volume 12 - March 6, 1919 I was thinking about what my sweet Jesus says about the Divine Volition and said to myself: How is it possible that the soul can arrive so much as to live more in Heaven than on earth? And Jesus coming, said to me: My daughter, what is impossible for the creature, all is possible for Me. It is true that it is the prodigy most grand of My omnipotence and My love, but when I want all I am able and that which appears difficult, for Me it is easy, but I want the Yes of the creature and that she lends herself as soft wax to all that I want to make of her. What s more you should know that before calling her out of all to live in My Volition I call her from time to time, stripe her of everything and make her suffer a species of judgment, because in My Volition there is no judgment, thing remain all confirmed with Me. Judgment is outside of My will but...all that enter into My Volition, who is able to dare make a judgment on him? Furthermore, I never judge Myself. What s more, many times I make her also die even corporally and anew I return her to life and then the soul lives as though she did not live, her heart is in Heaven and to live on earth is her major martyrdom. How many times have I not done it with you? All these are graces to dispose the soul to live in My Volition. Moreover, the chains of My graces, of My repeated visits...how many have I not given you? All was to dispose you to live to the height of living in the immense sea of My Will. For this reason, do not want to investigate, but rather continue your flights in My Volition. 2

3 Question: Luisa was thinking to herself and God provided the answer. What was it? Volume 3-20th February, 1900 My benign Jesus continues to come. After I received Communion, He renewed in me the pains of the crucifixion and I was so benumbed that I felt need of a relief but I did not dare to ask it. A little later He returned, as a Child, and He hugged me time and again. And from His lips there flowed a milk, and I drank in great draughts that most sweet milk from His most pure lips. Now, as I did this, He said to me: I am the Flower of the Celestial Eden, and such is the perfume that I emit that all of Heaven is drawn by My fragrance. And since I am the light that sends light to all, so much so as to have them submerged in light, My Saints draw from Me their little lamps. Wherefore there is no light in Heaven which has not been drawn from this light. Ah, yes! There is not even the fragrance of virtue without Jesus. And without Jesus, there is no light, though one should go into the highest of Heavens. Question. How do we know that Jesus made Luisa a victim soul in this passage? Hours of the Passion of Jesus Christ The same happens in all creatures: in creating man, the first crafting, both in the soul and in the body, was done by my Divine Father. How much harmony, how much happiness did He not form with His own hands in the human nature? Everything is harmony and happiness in man. The mere external part - how many harmonies and happinesses does it not contain? The eyes can see, the mouth can express, the feet can walk, the hands can operate and take things where the feet have reached. But if the eyes could see, but man did not have the mouth to express himself; or if he had feet to walk but no hands to operate would there not be unhappiness and disharmony in the human nature? And then, the harmonies and happinesses of the human soul - the will, the intellect, the memory how many harmonies and happinesses do they not contain? It is enough to say that they are part of the happiness and harmony of the Eternal One. God created His true personal Eden in the soul and in the body of man an Eden all celestial; and then He gave him the terrestrial Eden as residence. Everything was harmony and happiness in the human nature, and even though sin upset this harmony and happiness, it did not completely destroy all the good which God had created in man. 3

4 So, just as God created with His own hands all the happiness and harmony in the creature, He created all possible pains in Me, to be repaid for the human ingratitude, and to make the lost happiness come out from the sea of my pains, as well as the accord for the upset harmony. And this happens to all creatures: when I must choose them for a distinct sanctity or for my special designs, it is my own hands that work in the soul, and I create in it now suffering, now love, now the knowledge of celestial truths. My jealousy is such that I want no one to touch her; and if I allow creatures to do something to her, it is always in the secondary order; but I Myself have primacy, and I keep forming her according to my design. Questions: Who created Adam? The Eternal one created His true Personal Eden and where was it located physically and celestially? Volume 12 - March 3, 1919 The Terrestrial Eden and the Divine Eden. Continuing in my usual state, I was all immersed in the Divine Volition; and my always lovable Jesus came and pressed me to His Heart, telling me: You are my firstborn daughter of my Will. How dear and precious you are in my eyes. I will keep you so guarded that, if in creating man I prepared a terrestrial Eden, for you I have prepared a divine Eden. If in the terrestrial Eden the union between the first ancestors was human, and I gave them the most beautiful delights of the earth for their enjoyment, while they enjoyed Me at intervals - in the divine Eden the union is divine. I will make you enjoy the most beautiful celestial delights, and you will enjoy Me as much as you want; even more, I will be your life, and we will share the contentments, the joys, the sweetnesses and, if needed, also the pains. The enemy had access to the terrestrial Eden, and the first sin was committed; in the divine Eden entrance is precluded to the devil, to passions and to weaknesses. Even more, he does not want to enter, knowing that my Will would burn him more than the very fire of hell; and upon merely feeling the sensation of my Will, the enemy flees. In my Will you will give a start to the first acts in the divine manner - acts which are immense, eternal, infinite, and embrace everything and everyone. And I, interrupting Jesus speaking, said: Jesus, my Love, the more You speak about this Divine Will, the more I become confused and fearful, and I feel such annihilation as to feel destroyed, and therefore unable to correspond to your designs. And He, all goodness, added: It is my Will that destroys the human in you; and instead of fearing, you should fling yourself into the immensity of my Will. My designs upon you are high, noble and divine. The very work of Creation oh! how It remains behind this work of calling you to live in the Divine Will, to live not human, but Divine Life. This is a greater outpouring of my love - it is my love constrained by creatures; and unable to contain it any longer, I pour it out in torrents upon one who loves Me. And in order to be sure that my love is not rejected and beaten up, I call you in my Will, so that neither you nor what is mine may remain without their full effect, and fully defended. My 4

5 daughter, do not sadden the work of your Jesus with your fears, and continue the flight there where I call you. One can see Adam in the Divine Terrestrial Kingdom and then out of it. Same for us. When you are in, you are in. My daughter, as long as he remained in the terrestrial Eden, living in the Kingdom of the Supreme Will, Adam possessed all knowledges, as much as it is possible for a creature, of that which belonged to the Kingdom he possessed. But as soon as he went out of It, his intellect was obscured; he lost the light of his kingdom, and could not find the appropriate words in order to manifest the knowledges he had acquired about the Supreme Will. In fact, the Divine Will Itself which would have given him the necessary terms to manifest to others what he had known, was missing in him. This, on his part; more so since every time he remembered his withdrawal from my Will, and the highest good he had lost, he felt such a grip of sorrow as to become taciturn engrossed in the pain for the loss of a Kingdom so great, and for the irreparable evils which, as much as Adam might do, it was not given to him to repair. That very God whom he had offended was needed in order to remedy them. On the part of his Creator, he received no order, and therefore he was not given enough capacity to manifest it. Why manifest a knowledge if it would not give him the good it contained? Only then do I make a good known, when I want to give it. However, even though Adam did not speak extensively about the Kingdom of my Will, he taught many important things which regarded It. In fact, during the first times of the history of the world up to Noah, the generations had no need of laws, and there were no idolatries, nor diversity of languages; rather, all recognized their one God and had one language, because they cared more about my Will. But as they kept moving away from It, idolatries arose and evils became worse. This is why God saw the necessity of giving His laws as preservers for the human generations. So, one who does my Will has no need of laws, because my Will is life, is law It is everything for man. The importance of the Kingdom of the Supreme Fiat is immense, and I love It so much, that I am doing more than a new Creation and Redemption. In fact, in Creation my omnipotent Fiat was pronounced only six times in order to dispose It to come out fully ordered. In Redemption I spoke, but since I did not speak about the Kingdom of my Will which contains infinite knowledges and immense goods, I did not have a very extensive subject with many words to say, because everything I taught was of limited nature, and a few words were enough to make it known. But in order to make my Will known, it takes much, my daughter. Its history is extremely long - it encloses an eternity with no beginning and no end; therefore, as much as I speak, I have always something to say. This is why I am saying oh, how much more! Being more important than anything, It contains more knowledges, more light, more greatness, more prodigies; therefore, more words are necessary. More so, since the more I make known, the more I expand the boundaries of my Kingdom to be given to the children who will possess It. Therefore, everything I manifest about my Will is a new creation which I make in my Kingdom, to be enjoyed and possessed by those who will have the good of knowing It. And so, great attention is required on your part in manifesting them. 5

6 Question: Since all we are studying is from one single act. List what Jesus is indicating for those who will receive the knowledge of the Divine Will. Volume 20 - September 20, 1926 One who does not do the Will of God is like a celestial constellation which goes out of its place; he is like a dislocated limb. For one who does the Will of God, it is daylight; for one who does not, it is nighttime. Volume 8, 1927 For one who does the Divine Will all times and places are her own. How she takes eternity in her power. How God loses nothing, because He is perfect in loving. I was following the Divine Will in Its acts, in everything It had done in the order of the whole Creation, from the beginning of the world up to the present. But while I was doing this, I thought to myself: What is past is not in my power, therefore it seems a waste of time to me to go on tracing what has passed. At that moment, my sweet Jesus moved in my interior, telling me: My daughter, for one who does my Will and lives in It, all times and all places are hers. My Supreme Will loses nothing of what It does, and with Its own unique power, It does the act and It preserves it within Itself, intact and beautiful, just as It did it. So, one who lives in my Supreme Will finds in It the order of all Its acts, as if It were doing them at that very instant; and the soul, uniting herself with It, does what my Volition is doing. This is all the delight, the satisfaction, the glory of my Will that while Its acts are eternal, the littleness of the creature who lives in It takes eternity in her power, and finding the acts of her Creator as though in act, she repeats with Him, she loves, she glorifies the endlessness of the acts of the One who created her, and so a contest of works, a contest of love and of glory is formed between them. Therefore, the times of Creation are at her disposal, as well as the place of the terrestrial Eden; she has the times of my Incarnation, of my Passion, and Bethlehem, Nazareth and Calvary are not far from her. Past, distance, do not exist for her, but everything is present and near. Even more, you must know that my Will gives the unity of everything to the soul, and just as my Will, while being one, does everything, in the same way, the soul who possesses the divine unity encloses within herself the thoughts of all, the words, works, steps and heartbeats of all, as if they were one, in such a way that my Will finds in her all generations and the single acts of each one, just as It finds them within Itself. Oh! how the steps of this chosen creature can be recognized how sweet is her treading. She goes before her God, but she never goes alone she carries the treading of the steps of all within her steps. Her voice contains the notes of all human voices, and oh! what a beautiful harmony she forms in Our Will. Her heartbeat unleashes little flames for as many creatures as have come out to the existence of life. Oh! how she delights Us we amuse ourselves together, she is Our dear jewel, the reflection of Our works, the image of Our life. This is why I want my Will to reign in the creature to fill her with all of Its acts. In fact, when It does not reign, the void of Its acts is formed in her, and oh! how 6

7 terrible is the void of a Divine Will in the creature. It is like a dry land, full of rocks, without sun and without water, which is terrifying to look at. And how many there are of these voids in the creature; and when I find one who lives in my Will, I make feast, for I can fill her with all the acts of my Will. Then, I was thinking about what is written above, and my Jesus added: My daughter, Our love is perfect in all Our works, and since it is perfect, We lose nothing of what We do, and therefore Our works serve as triumph, glory and everlasting crown of Our Divine Being, and whatever is done in the perfection of Our perfect love is not subject either to being lost, or to losing its wholeness and beauty. How different is the work of the creature because she lacks the perfect love of Our works. She operates and puts her works out she has neither the virtue nor the space in order to preserve them within herself, and this is why she loses many of her works; and since they lack the life and the love of the one who has formed them, the human works do not have the virtue of remaining beautiful, intact and ever new, just as they were made. Therefore, with the soul who lives in Our Divine Will, We delight in showing her all Our acts, which appear as though being all present and in the act of being done. And We say to the soul: Repeat Our act, so that what We do, you may do as well, so as to place the act of the Creator in common with the creature. It happens as to someone who possesses many beautiful things, but keeps them under lock and key in separate rooms - no one knows that he has so many things of varied beauty. Now, a second person wins the favor of the first one, he proves to be faithful to him, nor is he capable of moving one coma of his will. He captures the heart of the first one, who feels his heart crack, because his love toward that person leads him with an irresistible force to show him the goods he possesses, and the variety and rarity of so many precious things. Therefore he opens the secret rooms and says to him: I feel divided in love if I do not make you aware of my secrets, if I do not let you see what I possess, so that we may enjoy and possess together. Those things seem all new to the second one, because he had never seen things of that kind, but for the first those were ancient things. The same happens for one who comes to live in Our Will: the doors are opened, Our secrets are revealed, she is made aware of all Our most beautiful works. To keep secrets with her, to hide Our acts, would be a weight upon Our Heart, it would be as though keeping her like a stranger. Oh, how this would afflict Us! In fact, true and perfect love admits neither secrets nor separation of works and of goods; on the contrary, what is mine is yours, what I know, you know as well. Even more, you must know that my Will forms the echo of Its works, of Its love, of Its word, in the soul in whom It reigns, in such a way that, on hearing Its echo, the soul repeats the work, the love and the word of the Divine Fiat. (IHS Course on Echo is available also) QUESTION: How can a soul who lives in the Divine will go to the Past or anywhere in the present or even in the future? What do we call this ability? What is the fruit that God receives from us doing this work of love? What secrets do you already know? 7

8 April 12, 1928 Analogy between Eden and Calvary. A kingdom cannot be formed with one act alone. I was doing my round in the Divine Fiat, and I accompanied my sweet Jesus in the pains of His Passion, following Him to Calvary. My poor mind paused to think about the harrowing pains of Jesus on the Cross; and He, moving in my interior, told me: My daughter, Calvary is the new Eden in which mankind was given back that which it lost by withdrawing from my Will. Analogy between Calvary and Eden: in Eden man lost grace, on Calvary he acquires it; in Eden, Heaven was closed to him, he lost his happiness and rendered himself the slave of the infernal enemy; here in the new Eden, Heaven was opened once again to him, he reacquires the lost peace and happiness, the devil is chained, while man is freed from his slavery. In Eden, the Sun of the Divine Fiat darkened and it became always nighttime for man symbol of the Sun which withdrew from the face of the earth during the three hours of my terrible agony on the Cross. Unable to sustain the torment of His Creator - caused by the human will which, with great perfidy, had reduced my Humanity to that state horrified, the Sun withdrew, and as I breathed my last, it reappeared once again and continued its course of light. In the same way, the Sun of my Fiat, my pains, my death, called back the Sun of my Will to reign in the midst of creatures. (A course on the sun as the Divine Will is available to you also) Therefore, Calvary formed the dawn which called the Sun of my eternal Will to shine once again in the midst of creatures. Dawn means certainty that the Sun will come out; in the same way, the dawn which I formed on Calvary assures, even though some two thousand years have passed, that it will call the Sun of my Will to reign once again in the midst of creatures. In Eden, my Love was defeated by them; here instead, It triumphs and conquers the creature. In the first Eden man receives the condemnation to death of soul and body; while in the second Eden he is released from his condemnation, and the resurrection of the body is reconfirmed through the resurrection of my Humanity. There are many relations between Eden and Calvary that which man lost there, he reacquires here. In the kingdom of my pains everything is given back, and the honor and the glory of the poor creature is reconfirmed by means of my pains and of my death. By withdrawing from my Will, man formed the kingdom of his evils, of his weaknesses, passions and miseries; and I wanted to come upon earth, I wanted to suffer greatly, I permitted that my Humanity be lacerated, Its flesh torn to pieces, all full of wounds. And I wanted even to die in order to form, by means of my many pains and of my death, the kingdom opposite to the many evils that the creature had formed for herself. 8

9 A kingdom cannot be formed with one act alone, but with many upon many acts; and the more the acts, the greater and more glorious the kingdom becomes. Therefore, my death was necessary to my Love; with my death I was to give the kiss of life to creatures, and from my many wounds I was to let all goods out, in order to form the kingdom of goods for creatures. So, my wounds are springs which gush with goods, and my death is spring from which life for all gushes forth. And just as my death was necessary, so was my Resurrection necessary to my Love, because by doing his will, man lost the life of my Will, and I wanted to rise again to form not only the resurrection of the body, but the resurrection of the life of my Will in it. Had I not risen again, the creature could not have risen once again in my Fiat; she would have lacked the virtue - the bond of her resurrection in Mine, and my Love would have felt incomplete. It would have felt It could do something more but It was not doing it, and so I would have remained with the harsh martyrdom of a love that is not complete. If then ungrateful man does not make use of all I have done, the evil is all his own, but my Love possesses and enjoys Its full triumph. QUESTION: How did we get free of the slavery to the devil? Describe in writing so you can tell someone else how Calvary brought to us a new Eden? Volume 25 After this, I continued my acts in the Divine Fiat, going back to Eden, into the first acts of the creation of man; and my sweet Jesus, moving in my interior, told me: My daughter, Adam was the first human sun, invested by Our Volition, and his acts were more than sun s rays which, extending and expanding, were to invest the whole human family, in which one would see many in one, as though palpitating in these rays, all centralized in the center of this first human sun. And all were to have the virtue of forming their own suns, without going out of the bond of the first sun. In fact, since the life of each one would have its origin from this sun, each one would be able to be sun of his own. How beautiful was the creation of man. Oh! how it surpassed the whole entire universe. The bond, the union of one in many, was the greatest prodigy of Our Omnipotence, as Our Will, one in Itself, was to maintain the inseparability of all, the communicative and unifying life of all - symbol and image of Our Divinity, as We are inseparable, and even though We are three Divine Persons, We are always one, because one is the Will, one is the sanctity, one is Our power. This is why man is always looked upon by Us as if there were one alone, even though he was to have his very long generation, but always centralized in the one. It was the uncreated love that was created by Us in man, and therefore he was to give of Us and be like Us; and Our Will, the only one acting in Us, was to act as the only one in man, in order to form the unity of all and the bond of inseparability of each one. 9

10 Therefore, by withdrawing from Our Divine Fiat, man became deformed and disordered, and no longer felt the strength of the unity and inseparability, either with his Creator or with all generations. He felt like a divided body, broken in his members, which no longer possesses all the strength of his body as whole. This is why my Divine Will wants to enter again as prime act into the creature to reunite the broken members and to give him the unity and the inseparability, as he came out of Our creative hands. We find Ourselves in the condition of an artisan who has made his beautiful statue, such as to astonish Heaven and earth. The artisan loves this statue so much that he has placed his very life in it; so, at each act or movement it does, the artisan feels within himself the life, the act, the movement of his beautiful statue. The artisan loves it with love of delirium, nor can he remove his gaze from it; but in so much love, the statue receives an encounter, it bumps, and it remains broken in its members and in its vital part which kept it bound and united to the artisan. What will his sorrow not be? And what will he not do in order to redo his beautiful statue? More so, since he still loves it, and to the raving love has added the grieving love. Such is the state the Divinity is in with regard to man. He is Our delirium of love and of sorrow, for We want to redo the beautiful statue of man; and since the bump took place in the vital part of Our Will which he possessed, once Our Will is reestablished in him, the beautiful statue will be redone for Us, and Our love will be satisfied. Therefore, I want nothing else from you but my Divine Will to have Its life. Then He added with a more tender tone: My daughter, in the created things the Divinity did not create love, but the flowerings of His light, of His power, of His beauty, etc. So, it can be said that in creating the heavens, the stars, the sun, the wind, the sea, the earth, it was Our works that We issued, and the flowerings of Our beautiful qualities. Only for man was this greatest prodigy of creating the life and the life of Our love itself; and this is why it is said that he was created in Our image and likeness. And this is why We love him so much - because it is life and work that has come out of Us, and life costs more than anything. It can be said that this is the sign to know whether one lives of Divine Will: immutability in good; and changing at every little blow, if one lives of human will. After this, I followed the acts of the Divine Fiat, going around in the works of Creation, in Eden, in the most notable points and people of the history of the world, to ask, in the name of all, for the Kingdom of the Divine Will upon earth. And my sweet Jesus, moving in my interior, told me: My daughter, by withdrawing from my Divine Will, man gave death to the goods which my Divine Volition would have made rise in him, had It not been rejected. As he went out, so died the continuous act of the Divine Life in man; the sanctity that always grows died, the light that always arises, the beauty that never stops, always to embellish; the untiring love that never says enough, which always always wants to give. More so since, by his rejecting my Divine Will, died the order, the air, the food that was to nourish him continuously. See, then, how many divine goods man caused to die within himself by withdrawing from my Divine Will. Now, wherever there has been the death of good, the sacrifice of life is required in order to make the destroyed good rise again. 10

11 This is why, justly and wisely, whenever I wanted to renew the world and give a good to creatures, I have requested the sacrifice of life, as I asked of Abraham the sacrifice of sacrificing to Me his only son, which indeed he carried out, and, prevented by Me, he stopped. And in that sacrifice, which cost Abraham more than his own life, the new generation rose again in which the Divine Liberator and Redeemer was to descend, who was to make the good which had died in the creature rise again. With the passing of time, I allowed the sacrifice and the great sorrow of Jacob for the death of his beloved son, Joseph; and even though he did not die, it was for him as if he had died in reality. This was the new call that made the Celestial Liberator rise again in that sacrifice, whom it called to make the lost good rise again. Furthermore, I Myself, by coming upon earth, wanted to die; but with the sacrifice of my death I called for the rising again of many lives, and of the good which the creature had caused to die. And I wanted to rise again in order to confirm the life for that good and the resurrection for the human family. What great crime it is to make good die so much so, that the sacrifice of other lives is required in order to make it rise again. Now, with all my Redemption and the sacrifice of my death, since my Divine Will does not reign, not all good has risen again in the creature. My Will is repressed and cannot carry out the sanctity It wants; good suffers from intermittency now it rises, now it dies; and my Fiat remains with the continuous sorrow of not being able to make rise all the good It wants in the creature. And this is why I remained in the little Host as Sacrament; I departed for Heaven, but I remained on earth in the midst of creatures, to be born, live and die, though mystically, in order to make rise in them all the good which man rejected by withdrawing from my Divine Will. And, united to my sacrifice, I asked for the sacrifice of your life, to make Its Kingdom rise again in the midst of the human generations. And from each Tabernacle I am as though on the lookout to accomplish the complete work Redemption and Fiat Voluntas Tua on earth as It is in Heaven content with sacrificing Myself and dying in each Host in order to make the Sun of my Divine Fiat, the new era, and Its full triumph, rise again. Upon departing from the earth, I said: I go to Heaven, and I remain on earth in the Sacrament. I will content Myself with waiting for centuries. I know it will cost Me much - unheardof outrages will not be lacking, maybe more than in my very Passion; but I will arm Myself with divine patience, and from the little Host I will accomplish the complete work: I will make my Will reign in the hearts, and will continue to remain in their midst to enjoy the fruits of so many sacrifices I have been through. Therefore, together with Me, be united to the sacrifice for a cause so holy, and for the just triumph that my Will may reign and dominate. 12 Volume 12 - March 6, 1919 Conditions and Steps that are Necessary in order to be Able to Live in the Divine Will. I was all worried about what my sweet Jesus was saying to me about his Divine Volition, and I said to myself: "How is it possible that the soul can arrive so as to live more in Heaven than on earth?" Then Jesus, coming, said to me: My daughter, what is impossible for the creature is all possible for Me. It is true that it is the greatest prodigy of my Omnipotence and of my Love, but when I want I can do all. Moreover, that which seems difficult to you, is easy for Me. Nevertheless, I want the yes' of the creature and for her to lend herself as soft wax to all that I want to make of her. "Rather, you must know that before calling her away from everything to live in my Volition, I call her from time to time; I strip her of everything and make her suffer a type of judgment. This is because in my Volition there are no judgments; things remain completely confirmed with Me. Judgment is outside of my Will, but of all that which enters into my Volition-who is ever able to pass judgment? Furthermore, I never judge Myself. "And not only this, but many times I make her die even corporally; and then I return her to life again, and the soul lives as if she did not live. Her heart is in Heaven, and living on earth is her greatest martyrdom. How many times have I not done this with you? All was to dispose you to the loftiness of living in the immense sea of my Will. Therefore, do not want to investigate but continue your flight in my Volition." As in the creation of man, the first work in the soul, as well as in the body, is done by my Divine Father. How much harmony and happiness He created with his own hands in human nature! Everything in man is harmony and happiness. Consider man s external nature alone; how much harmony and happiness does it not contain? His eyes see, his mouth speaks, his feet walk, and his hands grasp and manipulate the things that his feet have enabled him to reach. But if his eyes could see and he had no mouth with which to express himself, or if he had feet with which to walk and no hands with which to grasp, wouldn t human nature be lacking in harmony and in happiness? Then, consider the human soul: will, intellect, memory - how much harmony and happiness does it not contain? It s sufficient to say they are part of eternal harmony and happiness. God created the true personal Eden in man s soul and body, a completely heavenly Eden. Then, He gave man the earthly Eden for his dwelling. Everything in human nature was harmony and happiness. Although sin upset this harmony and happiness, it did not completely destroy the good that God had created in man. 12

13 Just as God created with his own hands all of the harmony and happiness that is in the creature, so He created in Me all possible sufferings to make up for human ingratitude and to release from the sea of my sufferings the happiness that had been lost and the harmony that had been disrupted. This happens to all creatures. When I elect one of them to a special holiness or to a special mission, it is my own hands that work in that creature s soul, one moment giving it suffering and the next, love, or knowledge of heavenly truths. So great is my jealousy that I allow no one else to touch it. If I do allow creatures to do something to that chosen soul, it is always secondary; I retain precedence and I form it according to my plan. STUDENT ACTION: No more questions for you. Now it requires action on what you learn Inner Cloister Research notes: You have an opportunity to learn from a few masters that our Lord taught the importance of the silence or inner cloister that all souls have and can experience if they will die to self and begin the journey of the Divine Desire. Many do not make this journey for the Kingdom of Self reigns in the human will, but some do not because they are afraid to be alone. Learn now that you are never alone. God is with you and listens to each thought and desire. God provides for you and is even aware of the lost of one hair of your head. Now is the time to trust in God s mercy and love and begin by the consecration to the Divine Will. It costs you everything and you gain everything. God desires to give you the gift of the Divine Will more than you want to receive it. It is the purpose of creation and your obedience to Him allows you to be intimately part of creation, redemption and sanctification, the 3 Fiats of God. At the end of this course, you may begin to even sense the proof of the change that will take place in you. God will give you grace and light to understand spiritual things, particularly writings on the Divine Will. You will be prompted by the Holy Spirit to pray more and be content with silence. God takes care of everything providing you are surrendering your will and strive to live for His Glory. It is the work of God and Jesus himself wants to work within you. One moment he gives love, next suffering, next healing, next knowledge and on and on. Our lady is very busy forming her Children of the Divine Will into corresponding nine choirs. The knowledge of the Divine will is the key how she can play your voice in all things forever. THE SACRAMENTS DO NOT DISAPPEAR. CONFESSION IS KEY TO KEEP YOU MOVING IN THE CORRECT PATH. 14 In Volume 17 of the Book of Heaven (8/9/24) Jesus tells us of the souls that live in the celestial sea of the Supreme Volition, These souls are the hidden inhabitants of the celestial waves which live for the honor and for the enrichment of the infinite sea of my Will. And as fish are hidden imperceptibly in the sea to nourish man, so also do these souls remain hidden in the divine sea, silent, yet still forming my greater glory in creation. For the souls that lives and works in my Will, I, more than a tender mother, hide it in my Will. This is the beauty of the interior life of the soul: without speaking and without instruction, she ensures that nothing external either attracts her or disturbs her; that all her attraction and all her goods are enclosed within. (Vol. 5, 6/30/1903) Volume 14 May 19, 1922 You are nothing more than an atom in my Will. But in this atom I put all the weight of my Will, so that as you move, the immense sea of my Will receives its motion. Then its waters are rippled: and as if shaken, they release their freshness, their perfumes and they overflow for the good of heaven and earth. The atom is small, extremely light, and is incapable of stirring all of the immense sea of my Will, but the weight of my Will inside it, it will be capable of everything; and you will give me the opportunity to do other divine acts Luisa once was inside a garden where there were various rose bushes. Some were beautifully in bloom, shaped just right, about half open. Some of the other roses, however, were losing their petals; as soon as the gentlest breeze came along, they began shedding their petals until nothing but the stem was left. She was told, The first roses are those souls that act interiorly. These roses display a beauty, a freshness, and a steadfastness that prevents any petal from falling to the earth. Their half-closed petals are a symbol of the opening that the interior life of the soul makes to the external world. Having life within them, their works are perfumed with Holy Charity; like lights, they shine forth to God and to their neighbor. The second roses are external souls: the little good that they do is done on the outside for all to see. Their petals are fully opened; that is, they do not have God and His Love as their sole aim. And where this does not exist, the petals (that is, the virtues) are weakly attached. As soon as even a gentle breeze of pride comes along, the petals fall to the ground-likewise for pleasure, self-love and human respect. (vol. 5, 10/2/1903)...to be able to rest in God, inner silence is necessary... But what is this inner silence? It is to silence our own passions by holding them in check; to impose silence on desires, inclinations and sentiments; in summary, on everything which does not call God. (vol. 3, 5/20/1900)...in the interior souls there should not be disturbance. And if it enters there, it is because they come out of themselves, and doing so, they act as executioners of themselves. By going out of herself, the soul holds on to so many things that do not 14

15 benefit her and that are not God, and sometimes, even things which do not look after the true well-being of the soul. Wherefore, by returning to herself and carrying things which are extraneous, the soul tears herself from herself, and with that she comes to weaken herself and weaken Grace. For this reason always stay in yourself, and you will always be calm. (vol. 3, 8/31/1900)...why are you looking for Me outside of yourself? As you could more easily find Me in yourself. When you want to find Me, enter into yourself, reach into your nothingness... (vol. 3, 8/3/1900) THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN To Conchita (Servant of God, Maria Concepcion Cabrera de Armida), Jesus speaks of the inner cloister : I want to make you a saint known to Me alone. That is why I take care of you, advise you, direct you, watch over you...i want you to be a mirror of hidden virtues...nothing external. You are to live cloistered in the very inner sanctuary of your souls, for there is where the Holy Spirit dwells. It is in this sanctuary you must live and die. There are your delights, your consolations, and your repose. Do not look elsewhere for it. You will never find it. From today on, enter into the innermost regions of your soul, into those areas so unknown to so many others, but where is found that happiness which I am. Enter into it never to leave it. And here is the path which will lead you there: the inner... Here is your cloister, your religious perfection. It is not enough to immure your body, to be a nun...the inner cloister is essential for the sanctification of the soul within to be all Mine. You must never leave this inner sanctuary, even in the midst of your outside obligations. There, in this sanctuary, which no one sees, is found true virtue and consequently the contemplation of God and the dwelling of the Holy Spirit. (Conchita, A Mother s Spiritual Diary, 8/15/

16 The Things Necessary for Souls to be Mirrors for Jesus. Continuing in my usual state, my always amiable Jesus came, and putting his holy hand under my chin, He said, My daughter, you are the reverberation of my glory. It is necessary to have some mirrors in the world where I can go to gaze at Myself. When a font is pure, it can then serve as a mirror for persons to view themselves; but it is of no use if the font is pure but the waters are turbulent. It would then be useless for a font to boast of the preciousness of the stone of which it is formed; nor can the sun plummet its rays to make those waters silvery, communicating to them the variety of its colors, nor can persons mirror themselves in it. My daughter, virgin souls are similitudes of the purity of the font; the pure crystalline waters are upright actions. I am the Sun which plummets its rays; the variety of colors is love. Therefore, if I do not find purity, upright actions and love in a soul, she cannot be my mirror. Those souls who possess those things are my mirrors in whom my glory reverberates. Not only can I not see Myself in all the others, even though they be virgins, I cannot even recognize Myself should I wish. The sign of all this is peace. By this you will recognize how few mirrors I have in the world, because peaceful souls are very rare. Volume 14 - November 6, 1922 The Divine Will Crystallizes the Soul. The Gradual Discovery of the Palace of the Divine Will. As I found myself in my usual state, my ever lovable Jesus manifest Himself holding many small sheep in his arms. Some rested on his breast, others on his shoulders, others wrapped around his neck, others in his arms to his right and left; and yet others thrust their little heads out of his Heart. But the feet of all the sheep rested upon the Heart of Jesus and He nourished them with his breath. They all had their mouths open towards the mouth of my sweet Jesus to receive their food. How beautiful to see Jesus delighting and enjoying Himself in them, totally attentive to their nourishment. They seemed like so many children newly born from his Most Sacred Heart. Then Jesus spoke to me and said: "My daughter, these sheep that you see in my arms are the children of my Will, the legitimate offspring of my Supreme Will. They may emerge from my Heart, but their feet will remain standing in the center of my Heart to keep them from taking anything from the earth, nor being concerned with anything other than Me. Look how beautiful they are! How clean they are as they grow, how well fed, nourished only with my food. They will be the glory and crown of Creation." Afterward He added: "My Will crystallizes the soul, and just as crystal reflects a duplicate image of anything that is placed before it, so also my Will reflects all it does off of these souls that have been crystallized by my power. They thus repeat and do what my Supreme Will does. My Will can be found everywhere, in Heaven, on earth, in every place. Those souls in whom my Will resides and who possess It as if It were Life of their own making, absorb It within themselves and repeat my acts wherever my Will is in action. When I act, I delight in placing Myself before them to watch as they repeat in 16

17 themselves my same action. They are my mirrors, and my Will replicates them everywhere in every act that they do, to the extent that there is no created thing or place in which these souls cannot be found: In creatures, in the sea, in the sun, in the stars and even in the Celestial Heaven. My Will then receives reciprocity for my actions from creatures in a divine manner. That is why I desire so much that living in my Will become known. I want to multiply these crystals, made into mirrors by my Will, so that I can repeat in them my acts. Then I will no longer be alone, but rather will have creatures to accompany Me. These creatures will be in intimate union with Me in the depths of my Will. They will almost be inseparable from Me, just as they were when emerging from my Bosom at the time of creation, before they took the path contrary to my Will. How happy I will be!" When I heard this I said to Him: "My Love and my Life, I still cannot convince myself. How is it possible that there has been no saint who always did your Will and who lived 'in your Will' in the manner which you describe?" Jesus replied: Ah, my daughter you still don't want to accept that one can only receive as much light, grace, truth and worth as one is able to know and understand? It is true that there have been saints who always did my Will, but they have taken of my Will only to the extent that they understood it. They knew that to do my Will was the greatest of acts, the one which gave Me the greatest honor and which brought them their sanctification. They acted with this intention and so this is all that they received. It is true that there is no holiness without my Will; and no good, no sanctity, either great or small, can exist without It. Know also that my Will, as It was, is and shall be, has not changed at all. But It can reveal the variety of the colors, effects, and worth which It contains differently, according to the way in which It manifests Itself. Further-more, my Will doesn't merely manifest Itself. It also gives to the soul the variety of Its colors, of Its effects and of Its worth. If this were not so, then why make these things known? My Will has behaved like a great Lord who exhibits one of his most extensive and sumptuous Palaces. To a first group of people he points out the way to reach the Palace. To a second group he points out the portal by which to enter the Palace. To a third group he points out the staircase by which to reach the rooms, to a fourth group a few rooms, and to the last group he opens all the rooms and makes them owners of the Palace itself, and of all that is within it. The first group of people took possession of whatever could be found on the way to the Palace. The second group took what was on the portals, which was superior to that which was found along the way. The third group possessed what was found on the staircase; and the fourth group took what they found in the first few rooms, where there are more furnishings and more security. But the last group possessed all that was encompassed within the entire Palace. My Will has behaved in like manner. First It pointed out the way, then the portals, then the staircase, and then a few rooms, all for the purpose of enabling creatures to enter into the immensity of my Will. There It reveals to them the magnificent things that my Will contains and shows them that by acting within these things they can possess the full 17

18 variety of the colors of my Will, of its Immensity, of its Holiness, of its Power and of all my acts. As I reveal things to a soul, I also give! I impress on the soul that divine quality which I am revealing! If only you knew the enormity of the waves of grace that inundate you as I introduce you to new effects of my Will, you would be crushed under them. In this way, as would an expert painter on canvas, I paint on your soul the most vivid colors, the effects and the immense worth that I am revealing to you at that moment. But since I have compassion for your weakness I sustain you, and as I sustain you, I impress what I am saying even more upon you, because if I speak, it is accompanied by action. Therefore, be attentive and faithful!" Mother Louise Margaret Claret de la Touche ( ) spoke about the interior life in her book containing messages from Our Lord, The Love and Service of God Infinite Love. She says, The interior life does not consist, as some people wrongfully think, in the suppression of all activity; if that were so, it would be incompatible with good works, which are the fruit of charity. The interior life can be established and maintained in the midst of the most exacting employments, and many Saints who have added luster to the Church have prove this by their lives which were filled with holy works and, which were at the same time, altogether interior. She goes on to say, Let us unite ourselves with the Virgin Mary and, like her, completely recollected in our interior, let us seek Jesus, Who reposes there in silence and in peace. Let us think of the sentiments of Mary, and like her, detaching our souls more and more from the exterior, passing things of time, let us live with the Divine Master that interior life which will be for us a prelude of the life of happiness in Heaven. 19 Very dearest Student of Divine Desire:... Because, the more you know, the better you are able to possess it and in this way become like Our Lord. One can say that an act of Divine Will is everything, we can do good to all. Let us be the sacred missionaries in the world's midst. The Divine Will is found in all places and our action runs with and gives to all: to the Saints, to bear the latest joys that the Divine Will holds sway in the creature, to the souls in Purgatory, to relieve them and free them from their sufferings, to the living, to convert and save them. Therefore, we remain attentive, we let nothing escape unless it be animated by the strength of the Divine Fiat: the Sweet Jesus wishes it. He draws near to count the minutes, the breaths we take, because He wants to have us in the arms of His Divine Desire; He does not want to be alone, but rather He wants to be in our company; and what for? To tell us the long history of His Will and His Love. He wants to give Himself to be made known, to be at the disposition of His creature; to give us His holiness, His love, His beauty; and this He can do when we are found in the immense sea of His will. If he does not find us there, He cannot find the place to put all His divine qualities. And Jesus, surprising me, said to me: Calm yourself, calm yourself, I have not changed: I am immutable. Moreover I say to you that when I have communicated Myself to the soul, I have had her close to me, I have spoken to her, I have vented My love, this will never be broken between the soul and I; at the most I change ways: now in one way, now in another, always inventing how to speak and how to vent My love with her. Do you not see if I have told you nothing in the morning I am waiting for the night to tell you a word? And when the others read the Hours of My Passion, being in you I overflow Myself even to the brim of your soul, and I speak to you of those things most intimate which up to now I have not manifested and how the soul should follow Me in this work of Mine: these hours will be the mirror of My will form, only the priest will have understanding, later few souls and after it will be divulged and it will make the same way that of Creation and Redemption. The more you feel annihilated so much more will it grow in you and the spike of the Third FIAT will fecundate, for this reason, be attentive and faithful. Volume 12 - February 2, 1921 From the writings of St. Louis Marie de Montfort: Because Mary remained hidden during her life, she is called by the Holy Spirit and the Church, Alma Mater, Mother hidden and unknown. So great was her humility that she desired nothing more upon earth than to remain unknown to herself and to others, and to be known only to God. Blessed Elizabeth of the Trinity speaks of interior silence saying, It seems to me, that to keep one s strength for the Lord is to unify one s whole being by means of interior silence, to collect all one s powers in order to employ them in the one work of love, to 19

20 have this single eye which allows the light of God to enlighten us. A soul that debates with its self, that is taken up with its feelings, and pursues useless thoughts sand desires, scatters it forces, for it is not wholly directed toward God. Its lyre does not vibrate in unison and when the Master plays it, He cannot draw from it divine harmonies, for it is still too human and discordant How indispensable this beautiful inner unity is for the soul that wants to live here below the life of the blessed. Luke 17:20: The coming of the Kingdom of God cannot be observed, and no one will announce, Look, here it is or there it is. And Mary kept in mind all these things and pondered them in her heart. Luke 2:19 Recognizing the abyss or space within you for God to work and create for Himself. There, in the void of the soul, I do not need to speak my Fiat for merely six days, as when I created the universe, but for every day of man s life for as often as he sets aside his will to do my Will. So since my Fiat has to create more things in the soul than It did in the creation of the universe, there is a need for more space. Do you know who it is that gives Me free reign to fill up this great void of the soul? It is the person who lives in my Will. My Fiats are repeatedly spoken; every thought is accompanied by the power of my Fiat. Oh, how many stars adorn the sky of the soul s intelligence! Its actions are followed by my Fiat, and, Oh, how many suns rise in it! Its words, clothed with my Fiat, are sweeter than the murmur of the waters of the sea, where the sea of my graces flows to fill up this great void. My Fiat delights in forming waves that reach all the way to heaven and descend again larger, so as to enlarge the sea of the soul. My Fiat blows upon its heart making flames of love out of its heartbeats. My Fiat overlooks nothing, it clothes every affection, inclination, and desire, allow them to blossom beautifully. How many things my Fiat works in this great void of the soul that lives in my Will! Oh, how the entire machine of the universe remains behind! The heavens are filled with wonder; and trembling, they watch the omnipotent Fiat at work in the will of the creature. They feel doubly happy each time this Fiat acts and renews Its creative power. So all of them are attentive to Me to see when I will speak my Fiat, so they can receive their greater glory and happiness. Oh, if everyone knew the power of my Fiat and the great good that It contains. They would all abandon themselves to my omnipotent Will! Yet 20

21 it s enough to make you cry! How many souls, with this great void within them, are worse than the great emptiness of the universe before my Fiat was spoken! My Fiat not stirring within them, all is disorder; the darkness is so heavy as to arouse horror and fear; there is an agglomeration of things, but nothing is in its place; the work of Creation is topsy-turvy in them because only my Fiat is order. The human will is disorder. Volume 17: August 25, 1921 "Each time you plunge into my Will and while it is true that the acts done in my Will fill everything just as the light of the sun fills the earth, still the repetition of the acts of my will enlarge the circumstances of the same sun and the soul acquires intensity of light. Each time it repeats its acts in my will, its will is bound to mine once more." What a grace for you to know about It and to be the first, like a solar ray, to shine for the from the center of my Holiness never detaching yourself from It! I could not bestow you with a GREATER GRACE, NOR COULD I ACCOMPLISH WITHIN YOU A MORE PRODIGIOUS MIRACLE. BE CAREFUL, MY DAUGHTER, MY RAY, FOR EACH TIME THAT YOU ENTER INTO MY VOLITION AND ACT, THE RESULT IS LIKE WHEN THE SUN STRIKES GLASS, MANY SUNS ARE FORMED IN IT. SO AS MANY TIMES AS YOU REPEAT MY LIFE, YOU MULTIPLY IT AND GIVE NEW LIFE TO MY LOVE. Simplicity in the Divine Will Volume 10 - May 19, 1911 Confidence in Jesus forms simplicity, ease and trust. As I continued in my usual state, my always amiable Jesus showed Himself in great distress and I began to pity Him, to love, embrace and console Him with full confidence; and my sweet Jesus said: My daughter, you are my pleasure. This I like that the soul forgets herself, her miseries, and is occupied only with Me, with my afflictions, my bitterness, my Love, and stands by Me with complete trust. This confidence enraptures my Heart and inundates Me with so much joy that, just like the soul forgets herself for Me, I forget everything for her, making her my sole concern to the point that I not only give to her, I also let her take whatever she wants. On the contrary, the soul who does not forget all for Me, not even her poverty, and wishes to remain near Me with full respect, with fear but without the trust which enraptures my Heart, as if she would like fearful restraint and cautions to remain between us, to this one I give nothing. And she can take nothing because 21

22 she lacks the key of trust, of ease, of simplicity; all that is necessary for Me to give and she to take. Therefore, she comes destitute and remains the same. Volume 7 - July 31, 1906 Continuing in my usual state, my Blessed Jesus came for a little while and, embracing me, He said: My daughter, simplicity is to virtue like spice the ingredient is to food. For the soul who is plain uncomplicated and simple, there are no keys or doors to enter into Me, or Me into her. This is because she can enter everywhere into Me, and I into her. Or, to say it better, she finds herself in Me without need of entering, since her simplicity resembles Mine. I am the most simple Spirit, and for this reason I am everywhere; nothing and no one escapes from my Hand. The plain uncomplicated and simple soul is like the sun s light which in spite of the clouds, or that its rays rest on all the any filth always remains light, gives light to all, and never changes. Thus, the simple soul can receive any mortification and displeasure, but she does not cease to be light to herself and for whomever mortifies her. whom she is mortified. If she sees evil things, she is not stained; she always remains light, and never changes. This is because simplicity is the virtue that is most light the Divine Being, and by it the simple soul she will become part of the other Divine qualities. In the simple soul there are no impediments or obstacles to Divine Grace entering and working in her, because she the soul being light and Light being in the Other the light easily unites to Light, and is transformed into the Other. Secret Volume 19 - Feb 23, 1926 How God forms in Divine Will in the soul and its effects. And Jesus, returning, continued: "My daughter, for who is born in my Will it is just that he should know the secrets that It contains. And, then, the thing in itself is most easy and as connatural. Suppose that it happens that you come to live in a house, whether for a little while or always, in which there is beautiful music, a perfumed air, by which one feels oneself infused with a new life. You are certain that you did not put that music there, nor that balsamic air; but, since you find yourself in that habitation which is not yours, you come to enjoy the music so much, as well as the perfumed air, your strength is regenerated to a new life. In addition, that dwelling contains enchanting pictures, beautiful objects which enrapture, gardens never before seen by you of so many varieties of plants and flowers that it becomes impossible to number them all, exquisite meals never before tasted by you. Oh, how you would recreate, delight and enjoy yourself in looking at so much beauty, in tasting food so 22

23 flavorful; but, in all that, there is nothing made or put there by you; yet you take part in all this because you find yourself in this house. Now if this happens in the natural order, much easier can it happen in the supernatural order of my Will. The soul can enter into It, form a single act with the Divine Will and, as connatural, take part in what It does and contains. Much more does this happen, since the soul, by living in my Will, first becomes despoiled of the clothes of the old, guilty Adam and becomes redressed with the clothes of the new and holy Adam, the garment and the light of the Supreme Will Itself, in which It begins communicating all Its divine, noble and communicative ways to everyone. This light makes her lose her human features and restitutes to her the physiognomy of her Creator. Why marvel, therefore, that she takes part in all that the Divine Will possesses, being one the life and one the will? Therefore, I recommend that you be attentive and faithful to Me; and your Jesus will be dutiful in making you live always in my Will. I will be on guard so that you never go out of It." Living Hosts The living host is a person who fully actualizes the divine-human acts of Jesus by performing all of his or her acts together with Jesus in eternity with the same intention that Jesus has that is, for the glory of the Father, and the good of all souls, past, present, and future. Such a person fully actualizes the presence of Jesus that he or she received at baptism. Thus, we can speak of a real presence of Jesus in the body and soul of the living host. Continuing in my usual state and being very afflicted because of the privations of Jesus, after much suffering He came, making Himself seen in all my poor being. It seemed to me as if I were the garment of Jesus. Then, breaking the silence, He told me: My daughter, you too can form the hosts and consecrate them mystically. Do you see the garments that cover Me in the Sacrament? They are the accidents of the bread from which the Host is made. The Life which exists in this Host is my Body, my Blood and my Divinity. My supreme Will is the act which contains this Life. This Will develops the Love, the reparation, the immolation and all the rest that I do in the Sacrament. The Sacrament never moves one point from my Volition. There is nothing that comes from Me which is not led by my Volition. Here is how you too can form the Host. The host is material and totally human; you too have a material body and a human will. This body and will of yours - as long as you keep them pure, upright and far away from any shadow of sin - are the accidents, the veil in order to consecrate Me and make Me live hidden in you. But this is not enough; it would be like the host without consecration - my Life is needed. My Life is composed of Sanctity, Love, Wisdom, Power, etc., but the engine of all is my Will. So, after you prepared the host, you have to make your will die in it; you must cook it well, so that it may not rise again. Then you have to let my Will permeate all your being; and my Will, which contains all my Life, will form the true and perfect consecration. Therefore, there 23

24 will be no more life for human thought, but only for the thought of my Volition, which will consecrate my Wisdom inside your mind; no more life for what is human - weakness, inconstancy - because my Will will form the consecration of the Divine Life, of fortitude, of firmness, and of all that I am. So, each time you let your will flow into Mine, I will renew the consecration of your desires, and of all that you are and that you can do. I will continue my Life in you as if in a living Host - not a dead one, like the hosts without Me. Volume 11 - July 9,1915 Now, my Humanity is no longer capable of suffering. Therefore, I live in one who does my Will - she serves as my Humanity. So, on one hand the soul feels love, peace, firmness in good, fortitude and so on; on the other hand, coldness, bother, tiredness, etc. If the soul remains completely in my Will and takes these things, not as her own things, but as the things that I suffer, she will not lose heart. She will sympathize with Me and will have the honor of sharing in my pains, since she is nothing other than a veil which covers Me. She will feel nothing but the annoyance of pricks and coldness, while they will come thickly into Me - into my Heart. Volume 12 - May 24, 1919 I was feeling very oppressed and afflicted because of the privation of my sweet Jesus, and I was telling Him with all my heart: Come, my Life; without You I feel I am dying - but not to die once, rather, die continuously! Come, I cannot take any more, I cannot take any more! My sweet Jesus moved in my interior, and I felt Him kissing my heart intensely. Then, unveiling Himself, He told me: My daughter, I felt an irresistible need to pour Myself out with you in love. And I, immediately: Jesus, how much You make me suffer! The privation of You kills me. All other pains would be nothing, or rather, smiles and kisses of Yours; but your privation is death without pity. Ah, Jesus! Jesus, how You have changed! And He, interrupting me, told me: Daughter of my Love, you do not want to convince yourself that I look at the world through you; and since I dwell in you, you are forced to feel what the world sends Me - hardness, darkness, sins, fury of my Justice, etc. Therefore, instead of thinking of my privation, you must think of defending Me from the evils that creatures send Me, and of breaking the fury of my Justice. Saint Faustina: November 1 Feast of All Saints Dear Apostles of the Cross Triumphant and all who wish to be united in God s Most Holy Will in prayer and sacrifice with us imploring God s Divine Mercy, Let us be united in God s Divine Will imploring God s Divine Mercy for our country and the world, and most especially for the wisdom of God to saturate us that we will realize the horror of all evil and sin, the horror of genocide and infanticide through abortion and euthanasia, the horror of separation from God s infinite Love and Will; and with the littleness of a child and the heart of the Prodigal Son rush to the open arms of Our Father and say Abba, I am sorry for my sins and those of all souls - those of the whole world. In your Will, in the name of all souls, past, present, and future (especially the unborn ): Thank You for the gift of Life. Thank You for Your Eternal Love. Thank You for Your Divine Mercy. I desire to be united to You forever in Your Will as a Living Sacrifice of Love A Living Host pleasing to You. I Love You!!! Fiat! SILENCE When we speak of silence in this course, we are referring to the command of Psalm 46:10. Be still and know that I am God. We have an obligation to praise God for He inhabits the praise of his people, obligation: to pray, obligation to speak for the 25

26 voiceless, to speak out against injustice, to speak the truth, defeat evil at all sides and most of all speak the truth of love whenever possible. One can have the interior silence we are trying to get you to possess while speaking external. In summary, I yearn to play with them and cover them with kisses and lofty caresses of love. But alas, know that in exchange for my Love, I receive nothing but continuous pain and suffering. In fact, there are those who listen unwillingly to the words of eternal Life; who scorn my company and unfetter themselves from my Love; and who try to escape from me or play deaf so as to reduce Me to silence. And worse, there are those that despise and abuse. The first do not care for my goods or my Kingdom, and return my kisses and embraces with total disregard forgetting about Me. The enjoyment I should have with them is reduced to silence and abandonment. The others, who are greater in number, reduce my Love for them to bitter tears, which serve as a natural outlet for my Heart that is not appeased but is actually abused, despised, and outraged. So it can be said that while I am among them, I am always alone. How heavy is the solitude forced on Me by their abandoning Me and making themselves deaf to even one of my words! They hinder and prevent an outlet for my Love. I am always alone, sad, and silent; because, if I speak, I am not heard. Oh my child, requite for Me my defrauded Love by not ever leaving Me in this solitude! Allow Me to speak to you and listen attentively to my teachings. Know that I am the Teacher of teachers. If you will listen to Me, you will learn many things and, at the same time, you will make Me stop crying and you will enjoy Me. Tell me, would you like to play with Me? I abandoned myself to Him by manifesting my desire to be always faithful and by loving Him with the most tender compassion. But despite his magnanimity in wanting to delight with me as one of his creatures, He has remained alone, without any relief from the most sorrowful solitude. While I thus passed my Fifth Hour of meditation, the internal voice of my Jesus made itself manifest to my heart by saying: "Enough, enough of this. Now meditate on the Sixth Excess of my Love." SILENCE SILENCE SILENCE HOLY HOLY HOLY Volume 3-20 May 1900 Finding myself outside myself, it appeared to me that it was night, and I saw the whole universe, the whole order of nature, the starlit sky, the nightly silence. In summary, it seemed to me that everything had a meaning. While I was seeing this, I seemed to see our Lord, who, speaking about what I was seeing, said: "All nature invites to rest, but 26

27 what is true rest? It is interior rest, the silence of everything that is not God. You see the twinkling stars of moderate light, not dazzling like the sun, sleep; the silence of all nature, of mankind, and finally, of animals. For all are looking for a place, a cave where to be in silence and in rest from the fatigue of life. If that is necessary for the body, so much more for the soul. It is necessary to rest in one's own center where God is*. But to be able to rest in God, inner silence is necessary, just as for the body, external silence is necessary in order to be able to peacefully lull to sleep. *The Kingdom of God is within But what is inner silence? It is to silence our own passions by holding them in check; to impose silence on desires, inclinations, and sentiments. In summary, on everything which does not call to God. Now what is the means to unite man to this? THE ONLY AND ABSOLUTE NECESSARY MEANS IS TO UNDO ONE'S OWN BEING ACCORDING TO NATURE, REDUCE IT TO NOTHING, AS IT WAS NOTHING BEFORE IT WAS CREATED, AND WHEN YOU HAVE REDUCED YOUR BEING TO NOTHING, TAKE IT UP AGAIN IN GOD. My daughter, all things have a beginning in nothing; even this very machine of the universe that you are looking at, which has so much order....my daughter, what I want from you is to recognize yourself no longer in yourself, but to recognize yourself in Me. Therefore, you will no longer remember yourself nor will you recognize yourself; but you will remember Me; and ignoring yourself, YOU WILL OBTAIN ONLY MY RECOGNITION. And to the extent that you will forget and destroy yourself, thus will You advance in my knowledge, and you will recognize yourself only in Me. WHEN YOU HAVE DONE ALL OF THIS, YOU WILL NO LONGER THINK WITH YOUR BRAIN, BUT WITH MINE. Volume 19 - March 2, 1926 Silence above all that which is truth forms the tomb of the truth, while the word forms the resurrection of the truth; it makes rise light, grace and good. More than that, the word about the truth parts from the Supreme FIAT. The word had its divine field when, in the creation, with the word FIAT, it made all creation go forth. I could have created it even in silence, but I wanted to make use of the word FIAT to make even the spoken word have divine origin, and, containing the creative power, whoever would make use of it to manifest what pertains to Me, would have the power of communicating the truth to whoever would have the fortune to hear them. 27

28 Volume 19 - July My dearest daughter, you must know that my Word is work, my silence is repose. And not only is my word work for Me, but also for you. It is my usual way that after having worked. I want to repose in the midst of my SAME WORKS. These are my softest bed in my repose. Please remember also that God hears your thoughts and desires before you even begin. Do not hide from God, tell Him everything, be truthful and He who is truth can do all. If you are just starting and have the desire. These are some practical tips to begin the path of love in, with and through God. How we get along the way! I. Interior: 1. Knowledge of God and Self. One can not love someone you do not know. What to learn: God s nature, attributes, works, inner life, relationship to us. All are contained in the Book of Heaven and Scripture. 2. Conformity to God s Will. We need to surrender our will to God. His Will is the only real test of our sanctification and obedience. This effect is the means of uniting ourselves to the source of all. How? Consecration to the Divine Will and moment by moment doing actual acts. Starting the day with the prevenient act moves the eyes to God and not yourself. 3. Prayer: Prayer is the breath of the Spirit and Soul. We grow in prayer and acts of faith and love. Prayer, silence and reflection lead to true worship, adoration and praise. We recommend you to the Hours of the Passion each day. Always do something! Praying the transtemporal rosary is another powerful way. Our Lady said the rosary is like an atom bomb in the spiritual world. Call races to all of creation by actual acts which are also your prayers of love, adoration and reparation. 4. True desire and intention. Desire is moving towards that which is absent. Act of the will creates sensible feeling under grace. God loves us first. Echo this love back with gratitude and thanksgiving. Tell God how you feel and think. God fills the cup you give him. Luke. 1:53: He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent empty away. Matt. 7:8: For everyone that seeks finds. WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO GROW FROM WHEN TIME SEEMS TO STOP 1. Re-focus on the interior activity of your soul. Are you consecrating all your acts in the Divine will for the glory of your Father? Actual acts are the eternal now. 2. Keep your focus on Jesus through Mary, Most Holy. 28

29 3. Ask our Lady to teach you how to live in the new and divine holiness. 4. Check with the help of the Holy Spirit to see if your exterior life is in conformity to the Gospel and teachings of the Church. How? Ask! 5. Learn the lessons God is currently teaching you. God will give you opportunities of grace and virtue in your life. Tests will always teach you humility and simplicity. We learn to pray from the heart through trial. Warning: If you are having the same opportunity to learn over and over, you are in control of that area. Let God be God. 6. You are not exempt from penance and mortification. Jesus said: When you pray, When you fast, When you give alms. He did not believe he would have to say do it! 7. When you are studying the teachings of the Spiritual life. Unite yourself to the joys and the sorrows of Jesus and Our Lady. God s Spirit is Joy. Not gloom and doom. 8. We are learning natural and celestial knowledge. Learn to enter into and be like Jesus in his outlook, mode of action, affections, example, love of his mother, Mary. This knowledge turns into true devotion. 9. Realize that the same need for knowledge that caused original sin is at work in our fallen nature. In the fallen nature we are always seeking the new, mysterious, unknown, the secret, useless dreams and reveries in our imagination. The need to have, accumulate, hold on to spills over to the spiritual life. Read, Read, Read, conference, seminars, etc. Feed the intellect and starve the heart. The question is: Will you let your heart be changed by what is good from this intellectual activity? What a man is in his heart, he is! Some are even spiritual gluttons and not willing to do what they know. 10. We also need to take custody of our good desires. We are not to follow every good desire. They are to be discerned by the light of faith and obedience to the Will of God. We all want to do for God. His call is to be. Be-attitudes! These produce faith actions, miracles and growth. 11. Silence and modesty of eyes is also key to grow. Silence at the appropriate time helps keep us in control of the exterior. Interior silence will allow us to check the flow of useless thoughts. 12. Modesty of eyes. God places us in the dark night of the senses and soul so we learn how to use our spiritual senses and trust in Him for all. Rely on Faith, Hope and Love to open our spiritual eyes and ears. This sensitivity works. 13. Humility, the key virtue. We know we are nothing by what we have studied and experienced. Humility is the foundation of the spiritual life. God is strong in weakness. St Leo stated: the whole science of Christian Wisdom consists in true and voluntary humility. Most never reach the summit of God s plan for them because of Pride. The Kingdom of Self rules in most everything. Me, Myself and I. We are called to be a we. Aim High! Make up your mind to love God like no other creature. He will take you at your word. Make your word a true bond and THEN TRUST IN HIS LOVE AND MERCY WHICH ENDURES FOREVER 14. Be Attentive in your thoughts and actions. God exhorts in the Book of heaven to be faithful and attentive. KEY. Focus your thoughts on Him, Do everything for Him, One can have an external life and still have the interior recollection required. 29

30 SILENCE OF JESUS IN HIS PASSION Jesus teaches us a new form of silence in his Passion 1. Silence at times before Pilate. Jesus would not answer any of their charges, so that the governor was full of astonishment. (Matt. 27:13-14) 2. Jesus came as a lamb to the slaughter. (Isaiah 53:7) This form of silence is silence in pain. You will learn this one from the Hours of the Passion. He will take you to console Him, console Our lady, make up for the terrible pains inflicted. TEST: Meditate on the 3 hours of the Passion in the Garden. It is really there in time and He was meditating on you his consecrated sons and daughters. THE HIDDEN PRESENCE OF JESUS IN THE EUCHARIST - FIND HIM IN THE SILENCE. St. Alphonsus Liguori stated that Jesus deliberately deprived himself of the use of senses, etc. in order to have only his heart in the Eucharist. This deprivation would allow Jesus to have only one free activity - love. You can go to the web site of the Secular Order of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, click on the Holy Eucharist and have an image of God before you and within you. Eucharistic Adoration allows God to visit with you in a special way. He also will visit with you as you become a living Host. The summit of love is silence. Love that still be expressed with words is limited by the words. How can you really describe the intensity of love within other than silence? St. Therese of the Child Jesus said that our Lord is a master who teaches without words. In fact, His silence penetrates to the core of our souls and can take up residence there with our permission. It is there, we can learn great truths. Learn to Listen to that Silence. SILENTIUM LOQUETUR Four types of silence 1. Silence of Contemplation 2. Silence of prudence 3. Silence of pain 4. Silence of love. 30

31 Silence of Contemplation Silence is the garden of our soul. It allows us to enter and receive the inspirations and infusion of Gods life in us. Listen, Listen and Listen. God was the first to speak in creation. If you can not just listen, tell Him everything within you. He will listen. Silence is the safeguard of recollection. Recollection is the remedy against distractions and vain thoughts, confused thoughts. Silence of Prudence Prudence and Charity go hand in hand. Dealing with our neighbor we will have many opportunities to be silent. How is it that two lovers can just look and not speak of their love? Can you do that with God? Our Lord sits silently in our hearts, in the Holy Eucharist and in all of creation, listening, looking hoping for you to become the voice of all Creation. Can Jesus count on you? If so, learn, listen, learn, listen, and love as much as He gives you to love. God wants you to learn that His Holy Will is light. The act in the Divine Will is an act of love and light. We acquire rest and peace as we grow in the spiritual life because the light becomes our protection and rest. This light allows the soul to experience in the senses, wisdom of all creation and discern what is dark and not of God. John 17:3 Eternal life is knowing Thee, who art the only true God and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. Light of God allows the soul to learn the earthly desires and view everything (time, creation, things) from the Divine perspective. Light within the soul allows the soul to receive secrets of God s inner life. It is access to eternity. One sees all and relates all to Jesus. How? Acts, Acts, Acts! The soul basks in the light which produces silence and simplicity that sets the soul free from anxiety and undue concern. 31

32 Light is the habitat of souls, the food with which they are nourished, the air they breathe Archbishop L. M. Martinez Once you were in darkness, now in the Lord, you are all day light (Eph. 5:8) Whoever follows Me does not walk in darkness, but he will have the light of life (John. 8:12) Volume 2 - May 2, 1899 How all Heaven is veiled in the Church. This morning, Jesus aroused much compassion; He was so afflicted and in suffering that I would not dare to ask Him any question. We would look at each other in silence; every now and then He would give me a kiss, and I would kiss Him; and He continued to make Himself seen in this way several times. On the last time He made me see the Church, telling me these exact words: All Heaven is veiled in my Church. Just as in Heaven one is the head, which is God, and many are the saints, of different conditions, orders and merits, so in my Church, in which all Heaven is veiled, one is the head, which is the Pope, and the Sacrosanct Trinity is veiled even in the triple tiara that covers his head; and many are the members that depend on this head that is, different dignities, various orders, superior and inferior, from the littlest to the greatest, they all serve to embellish my Church. Each one, according to its degree, has the office entrusted to it, and by the exact fulfillment of the virtues it comes to give from itself a splendor so very fragrant to my Church, that the earth and Heaven are perfumed and illuminated, and the people are so drawn by this light and by this fragrance, that it is almost impossible for them not to surrender to the truth. I leave it to you, then, to consider those infected members which, instead of shedding light, cast darkness. How much torment they cause in my Church. Volume 11 - December 21, 1914 To have company in His pains is the greatest relief for Jesus. I was in my usual state, and blessed Jesus, coming all afflicted, told me: My daughter, I can take the world no more. You, relieve Me for all - let Me palpitate in your heart, so that in feeling the heartbeats of all through your heart, sins may not reach Me directly, but indirectly - through your heart. Otherwise my Justice will put out all the chastisements that have never occurred before. And in the act of saying this, He identified His Heart with mine, and made me feel His heartbeat. But who can say what I could feel? Sins, like arrows, wounded that Heart; and as I shared in it, Jesus would find relief. Then, feeling all identified with Him, I seemed to be enclosing His intelligence, His hands, His feet, and all the rest; and I shared in all the offenses of each of the senses of creatures. But who can say how this was happening? Then Jesus added: To have company in my pains is the greatest relief for Me. This is why my Divine Father was not so inexorable 32

33 after my Incarnation, but milder because He no longer received offenses directly, but indirectly - that is, through my Humanity, which acted as a continuous shield for Him. In the same way, I keep searching for souls who would place themselves between the world and me otherwise I will make of the world a heap of ruins. Saint Padre Pio Lovingly humble yourself before God and man, because God speaks to the humble. Love silence, because much talk is never without sin. Withdraw into yourself as much as you can, because, in this way, the Lord speaks freely to the soul, and the soul is more able to listen to His voice. Cut down on your visits to people, and bear those visits made to you in a Christian manner. Times of danger should be praying times, and so should times of great expectation; both our fears and our hopes should put us upon prayer, and, where the interest of the church of God is deeply concerned, the hearts of the people of God in prayer should be greatly enlarged. These prayers produced great changes upon earth: The 7 Trumpets of Revelations, which should be considered as God's voice to call for repentance... as 7 warns to the world that God is Holy and will judge man for his sin... as 7 warns to you and me... you and I will have these 7 calls to repentance, thanks to the Altar and the Prayers of the saints. This is the wonder of the spiritual that has a direct effect on the natural and physical realm... and vice versa. The 7 Trumpets (Book of Revelations) that follow are God's response to the prayers of the saints... all of them are calls to repentance, to warn the world that God is Holy and will judge man for his sin... tokens of his anger against the world and that he would do great things to avenge himself and his people of their enemies... (Maybe you should add your prayers of mercy for this time of Eternity.) Simplicity is to virtue, like spice is to food. For the soul who is plain and simple, there are no keys or doors to enter into me, or me into her. This is because she can enter everywhere into me, and I into her. Or to say it better, she finds herself in me without need of entering, since her simplicity resembles mine. I am the most simple spirit, and for this reason, I am everywhere, nothing and no one escapes my hand. Vol. 13. be aware, however, that in all the truths, simplicity enters in as the first element; if the truths were no simple, they would not be light and would not be able to 33

34 penetrate human minds in order to illuminate them. Where there is no light, objects cannot be discerned. Simplicity is not only light, but it is like the air that one breathes, which even though one does not see it - provides everything with respiration; were it not for the air, the earth and everyone in it would be without life. In like manner, if the virtues and the truths do not bear the mark of simplicity, they will be without light and without air. Volume 11 - August 20, 1913 Trust, simplicity and disinterest for herself are necessary for the soul who lives in the Divine Will. While I was praying, I saw my always lovable Jesus within me, and many souls around me, who were saying: Lord, You have placed everything in this soul! And stretching out their hands toward me, they said to me: Since Jesus is in you and, with Him, all goods - take and give to us. I remained confused, and blessed Jesus told me: My daughter, in my Will there are all possible goods, and it is necessary for the soul who lives in It to be in It with trust, operating as the owner together with Me. Creatures expect everything from this soul, and if they do not receive, they feel defrauded. But how can she give if she does not operate together with Me with full trust? Therefore, trust in order to give, simplicity in order to communicate herself to all, disinterest for herself, to be able to live completely for Me and for her neighbor, are necessary for the soul who lives in my Will. So I am. Then He added: My daughter, it happens to one who truly does my Will as to a grafted tree: the power of the graft has the virtue of destroying the life of the tree which receives the graft. So, one can no longer see the fruits and the leaves of the first tree, but those of the graft. And if the first tree said to the graft: I want to keep at least a little branch for myself, so that I too may be able to give some fruits, and make everybody know that I still exist, the graft would say: You have no more reason to exist after you have submitted yourself to receiving my graft. Life will be all mine. In the same way, the soul who does my Will can say: My life is ended. It is no longer my works, my thoughts, my words that will come out of me, but the works, the thoughts and the words of the One whose Will is my life. So, to the one who does my Will I say: You are my life, my blood, my bones. The true and real sacramental transformation takes place - not by virtue of the words of the priest, but by virtue of my Will. As soon as the soul decides to live of my Volition, my Will creates Myself in the soul; and as my Will flows in the will, in the works, in the steps of the soul, she undergoes as many of my creations. It happens just as to a pyx full of consecrated particles: there are as many Jesuses for as many particles - one for each particle. In the same way, by virtue of my Will, the soul contains Myself in her whole being, as well as in each part of it. One who does my Will fulfills the true eternal communion and a communion with complete fruit. (Insure you understand the doctrine of living host) 34

35 Volume 2 After that He added, Truth is the daughter of justice. Just as I am eternal Truth that does not betray, so the soul who possesses justice shines truth upon all its actions. Therefore, knowing by experience the genuine light of truth, if anyone wants to deceive [the soul], it immediately recognizes the fraud by virtue of the light it possesses; so it happens that with this light of truth it neither deceives itself nor the others, nor can [the soul] admit deceit. The fruit which produces this justice and this truth is simplicity, which is another quality of My Being that penetrates everywhere. There is nothing that can oppose My penetration into Heaven, into the abysses, into good and in evil; but My utterly simple Being doesn t become dirty even when penetrating evil -- on the contrary, it doesn t even become tarnished. Thus the soul, by means of truth and justice, continues to gather within itself this beautiful fruit of simplicity. It enters into Heaven, gains entry within hearts in order to lead them to Me; it enters into all that is good and, finding itself with sinners, seeing the evil they practice, it does not become dirtied because, being simple, it quickly moves on without receiving any harm whatsoever. Simplicity is so beautiful, that My Heart is affected by only one glance [at it]. A simple soul is cause for admiration by the Angels and by men. Volume 7 -July 31, 1906 Jesus Speaks of Simplicity. How, Like Light, the Simple Soul Pervades, and is Untouched by Filth; Illuminated as Light, She Easily Unites with the Light of God. Continuing in my usual state, my blessed Jesus came for a little while and, embracing me, He said: My daughter, simplicity is to virtue like spice is to food. For the soul who is plain and simple, there are no keys or doors to enter into Me, or Me into her. This is because she can enter everywhere into Me, and I into her. And even better said, she finds herself in Me without need of entering, since her simplicity resembles mine. I am the most simple Spirit, and for this reason I am everywhere; nothing and no one escapes from my hand. The plain and simple soul is like the sun s light which, in spite of the clouds or that its rays rest on some filth, always remains light, gives light to all, and never changes. Thus, the simple soul can receive any mortification and displeasure, but she does not cease to be light to herself and for whomever mortifies her. If she sees evil things, she is not stained; she always remains light, and never changes. This is because simplicity is the virtue that most resembles the Divine Being, and only by this virtue does the soul come to participate in the other Divine Qualities. In the simple soul there are no impediments or obstacles to Divine Grace entering and working in her, because the simple soul being light and Light being in the Other the light easily unites to Light, and is transformed into the Other. But, who could say all that I understood about simplicity? I feel in my mind like the sea. I am only writing a few drops of this sea, and I do so in an incomplete manner. 36 Volume 7 - October 3, 1906 Simplicity diffuses grace into other by the Holy Spirit My daughter, simplicity completely fills the soul with grace, making grace diffuse outside of the soul. Moreover, if one wants to restrict this grace in himself, one cannot. This is because just as the Spirit of God, being most simple, diffuses Itself naturally everywhere without effort or any kind of weariness, so the soul who possesses the virtue of simplicity diffuses grace into others, without even being aware of it. Simple the gaze, the word, the manners, the steps; the mark of the divine simplicity can be seen in her as though in a mirror. Therefore, when my Divine Will reigns on earth, pretence, lie, which can be called origin of every evil, will not longer exist; while simplicity, as origin of every true good, will be the true characteristic that will point out that here reigns the Divine Will. Now, you must know that Our love for one who lets herself be dominated by Our Divine Fiat is so great, that everything We want the creature to do is first formed in God Himself, and then it passes into her. And since her will and Ours are one, she keeps it as her own act, and she repeats it to Us as many times as We want. So, one who lives in Our Divine Volition is the bearer of Our works, the continuous copier and repeater. With the eye of light that she possesses, given to her by It, she fixes upon her Creator to see what He is doing, in order to absorb it into herself, to say to Him: I want to do nothing else but what your adorable Majesty does. And We feel twice as happy, not because We are not happy without the creature, since, in Us, happiness is Our nature, but because We see the creature happy, who, by virtue of Our Will, comes closer to Our likeness, loves with Our love and glorifies Us with Our own works. We feel that the creative power of Our Fiat reproduces Us and forms Our Life and Our works in the creature. Volume 4 - My daughter, when the soul does the will of someone else in everything, it is said that she has trust in that person, therefore she lives from someone else s volition, and not from her own. In the same way, when the soul does my Will in everything, I say that she has faith. So, Divine Will and faith are branches produced by the same trunk; and since faith is simple, faith and Divine Will produce a third branch, that of simplicity. And here is how the soul comes to reacquire the characteristics of a dove in everything. Don t you want, then, to be my dove? On another occasion, another day He told me: My daughter, pearls, gold, gems, the most precious things, are kept in good custody inside some safe, and with double locks. What do you fear, then, if I keep you in good custody inside the safe of holy obedience - most safe custody, in which, not one, but two keys keep the door well closed so as to preclude the entrance of any thief, and even of a shadow of any defect? FECUNDITY ACTS OF THE DIVINE WILL ARE THE FECUNDITY OF GOD Fecundity means the power to be fruitful and productive. "Oh, if everyone would understand this great truth; how attentive they would be to let themselves be ruled, fed, to grow by my Will, which, being the principle of Life, would form in them their great fortune in the life down here and their great glory in the life up there." Here prostrate, I invoke the help of the Most Holy Trinity, that They permit me to live in the Cloister of the Divine Will and thus return in me the first order of creation, just as the creature was created. Heavenly Mother, Sovereign and Queen of the Divine Fiat, take my hand and introduce me into the light of the Divine Will. You will be my guide, my most tender mother, and will teach me to live in and to maintain myself in the order and the bounds of the Divine Will. Heavenly Mother, I consecrate my whole being to your Immaculate Heart. You will teach me the doctrine of the Divine Will, and I will listen most attentively to your lessons. You will cover me with Your mantle, so that the infernal serpent dare not penetrate into this sacred Eden to entice me and make me fall into the maze of the human will. Heart of my greatest good Jesus, You will give me Your flames to burn me, consume me and feed me to form in me the life of the Divine Will. St. Joseph, you will be my protector the guardian of my heart, and will keep the keys of my will in your hands. You will keep my heart jealously and will never give it to me again, so I can be sure of never leaving the Will of God. Guardian Angel, guard me, defend me, and help me in everything, so that my Eden may flourish and be the instrument that draws all men into the Kingdom of the Divine Will. 39
