4 Introduction 105 Days of Heavenly Affirmations is a follow-up bonus ebook to 105 Days of Practical Wisdom (Chapter 8, Practical Wisdom Action Steps). Do you know Heaven has a different frequency? The words we speak or hear in this dark, gloomy world are often negative and damaging. But God has words that edify and build us up. It s like a completely different radio frequency. 6 1. God loves me today, tomorrow and all the days to come. 2. God does not need to be persuaded to love me. He already gave His beloved Son, Jesus, for me to demonstrate His unfailing love. 3. Today when I step out, God is going to abundantly shower me with His favor, His tender mercies and His loving-kindness everywhere I go. 4. God is always faithful to love me even when I m unsure. 5. I give to God right now my shame and my sense of unworthiness. He has given me Jesus as my worth. I am now in Christ, saturated in His glory. 6. I won t be bowed down when others bully me. He gives me double honor for my shame.

7 7. He laid down His life so I can stand tall in my life. 8. Everywhere I go and everyone I meet, His divine favor is there. 9. People can reject me. It hurts but I m going to be stubborn and fix my eyes and be freely loved by my God. 10.I m God s favorite child, the apple of His eye, the delight of His heart. 11.I m going to listen to God s new song in me every morning that I will start my day refreshed in His love. 12.The only thing I m going to make important in my life is to know His love.

8 13.I love God s embrace. Let Your warmth penetrate into all the cold corners of my soul. 14.I have a reliable constant who is faithful and true. His name is Jesus. 15.I have made up my mind. I m going to trust God loves me and will deliver me.

9 My Peace

10 1. I am beautiful. I am wise. I am accepted and loved. I am precious. I am a blessing everywhere I go. I am healthy. I am joyful. I am restful. Because as Jesus is, so am I in this world. 2. Jesus shalom peace reigns in me today. 3. He sacrificed His peace for me. I will actively receive it and use it today. 4. My heart, my soul, let s give this sadness, sorrow and grief to our God. Believe right now that He is turning all these from evil to good for us. Believe we will come out of this victorious in Christ. 5. I m not going to listen to the noisy demands surrounding me today. I m just going to focus on God s supply.

11 6. The peace of God is in me. God s relentless peace will permeate the atmosphere and the people around me. 7. I give permission to be guided in all my decisions by God s peace. Direct my steps, Lord. 8. Lord, I m taking this seed of bitterness, discord and strife and I m going to bury it in peace in the soil of God s love. 9. God is going to fix my problems and troubles today. I m going to stop fretting over them. 10.Lord, this heart and mind of mine, it s yours. Guard them with your peace.

12 11.Be still my heart. Be still my mind. Let s submit to God. 12.I m going to pursue peace in all that I do today. I m going to see good days in my future. 13.I rest because God is flowing in my life. 14.Don t be afraid. I m safe in God s arms.

13 My Wisdom

14 1. Guard my mouth and thoughts with Your wisdom today, Lord. 2. Lord, let my words be of only good and not evil. Let me edify and bless. Let me be filled to fill others up with Your beauty and Your goodness. 3. Speak through me today, Lord. Help me articulate words of wisdom through my s, speech, and presentations. 4. Lord, let me be the head and not the tail wherever I am for I walk in Your wisdom. 5. I am handpicked by God to be a champion. He gives me the winning ideas for success every day. 6. God s anointing is on me. God s grace is on me. I m not letting setbacks dictate my life. I m letting His wisdom lift me up.

15 7. When I speak, I m only going to speak faith. 8. I will receive God s wisdom and walk it out. 9. The profound and deep stuff, I ll leave it to God. I m going to stay calm and trust in Him. 10.I m going to live out my life in God s wisdom, giving all glory to Him 11.I will open my ears and be patient to listen to the good advice and wisdom God gives me. 12.I will not give up. When I overcome this in Christ, it shall never have any hold on me anymore.

16 13.When I win, I am righteous and loved. When I fail, I am still righteous and loved. 14.I m going to set my mind on God s love and not on my troubles. I ll let His wisdom guide me out. 15.I only seek one thing today. To sit at God s feet and listen to Him.

17 My Protection

18 1. Today God is going to defend me. I do not have to fight this battle on my own. I will hand over the reins to my God. He will fight for me. 2. God will help me right now. He is my every present help in my times of need. 3. God is for me, not against me. 4. You have my permission, God, to settle this issue for me. I believe You will resolve it on my behalf, to my benefit, for my good. 5. I place my confidence and trust in You, Daddy God. 6. Keep me hidden in You, God.

19 7. God has gone before me. I ll follow Him His steps. 8. I will not be shaken by all the bad news. My foundation is in the immovable Rock and my Salvation Jesus. 9. I will walk out safe and blessed. I will come back safe and blessed. 10.Save now, Lord. 11.When my enemies are hunting me down, I run to God who is my Refuge and my Shelter. 12.The army of God is defending me.

20 13.God will vindicate me because I belong to Him. 14.I may have failed this battle. But I know God has won the war. So I will rest easy. 15.Shine Your light into my darkness, Lord. Light up the room for me to see I m no longer in the dungeon but in the throne room with You, Lord.

21 My Provision

22 1. Today is going to be a good day for me. He has gone before me and prepared the day for me. He has placed His more than enough blessings and provisions for me today. 2. I m standing in God s pasture of abundance. 3. When I look back, I m only going to see His goodness and mercy following me. 4. You lead me into Your blessings. 5. I will lift up my head to see Heaven s supply pouring down on me today. 6. I ll draw what I need today from the Lord. 7. I am not inferior. I am complete in Christ. 8. I will delight myself in the Lord and be satisfied fully today.

23 9. I m gratified right now I think I m weak or useless. For when I am weak, He is strong. When I am useless, He s going to use me for the big stuff! 10.I have in my life a God who fulfills the exceedingly, abundantly, beyond! 11.The resurrected living God is in my barren land. Nothing will stay dry and withered as long as He is there. I will have my fresh and flourishing. 12.All that I touch and do today will have the Jesus touch it shall multiply and not come back to me void. 13.As I tithe, the Lord will prosper me and my household. 14.Fruitfulness and supply flood my storehouses because I am a blessing to others through God. 15.I have all the skills I need for the day. God is my trainer.

24 My Health

25 1. Your mercy outlasts my pain. Your mercy endures forever. 2. Fill me with Your joy when I m empty. It gives me strength. 3. When my soul is hungry, I ll eat the Bread of Life. 4. He is my Healer. He heals not only my body but also the hurts, the rejections and the negative emotions flooding me. 5. When I take the Holy Communion, I am acknowledging His DNA now runs in me. His body has taken my bad genes and diseases and pain. His blood is in my body cleansing me. 6. I m not old. God renews my youth every single day!

26 7. I have something better than a hazmat suit. It s called the shield of God. All evil dies the moment they touch the shield. And I m going to wear it everywhere I go. 8. I have a good memory because I have the mind of Christ. 9. Whenever I want to give up, give me a reason to continue, Lord. Give me strength to fight on. 10.This pain and ache I deserve. But I thank God that Jesus took these pains for me at the Cross. I don t have to suffer it another second of it anymore.

27 11.My God doesn t punish me with sickness and disease. He is my Healer and Health. He has cursed the root of this sickness at the Cross and blessed me with life and health. 12.The years that poor health has robbed me, God will definitely restore seven fold more to me: quality health, quality years, and quality time. 13.Save now, Lord. 14.No one understands. But I know God, that You do. Ease my pain. Give me relief and rest in You. Keep me in Your strength. 15.Reveal to me in secret the plans of good and not evil for me, God, that I may have Your blessed hope to keep me going. 16.God is going to take my scars and turn them into trophies for me. 17.By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed. I am restored. I am blessed.

29 1. I give control of my day over to God. He is more than able and more than willing to care for and manage every issue that crops up during my day. 2. I cast every single drop of my cares, anxieties, and worries to God today. He will most assuredly and gladly take them all and deal with them for me. 3. I am never alone. I am never without help. I am the apple of God s eye. He is always right beside me. 4. I m in Heaven s spotlight today. His glory is shining right on me now. 5. I ll depend on You, Lord. You never fail. 6. I am never alone. Loneliness flees when I acknowledge His presence.

30 7. I have a family and loved one who s eternal. He s my Father God. He s my Heavenly Groom. He s my Spirit Helper. 8. I have a precious treasure beyond all worth. His name is Jesus. 9. I call on God and I know He will not ignore me. He will answer me. 10.I lift my eyes up to the Lord. I see His tangible goodness in my life. My heart swells with joy and my His countenance glitters on my person. 11.God, I m throwing all my fears and challenges to you. Your able and willing hands can hold them much better than me. 12.Wow, flying high on God s wings really make all these problems look tiny! I m going to keep this God perspective instead.
