1 Y JANUARY 2018 VOL. 87 Spiritual News You Can Use ou are in the process of leaving your solar year, 2017, behind and moving into the new energy of And you do not clearly know it yet, but you and your world enter this new time zone entirely transformed. The December Solstice has come and gone, and as it swept through, it changed your world entirely. SOLSTICE: MASSIVE SHIFT All of you were preparing yourselves for this Solstice for a number of weeks prior to its coming, so that you would be ready for the great opening it would bring. In that period, you have been experiencing more exhaustion than you may ever have felt, and perhaps all you wanted to do was sleep! Your bedtimes seemed to come earlier and earlier, and napping has been not only a delicious luxury, but a dire necessity. Some of you have been feeling pain through your pelvis and into your legs and feet. Many of you have found that your sense of balance is missing, and a number of you have had minor falls. Truly, not knowing what is up has turned every day into a new balancing act both physically and emotionally and confusion prevails. There has been precious little clarity available to you prior to the Solstice, and decision-making has been almost impossible. It has felt very murky for a long time now, as you have been unable to ~ perceive details that you need in order to chart your lives. It has felt as though you all have just been hanging on, knowing that something was on the verge of opening, and waiting for it all to land and open and happen so you can finally see where you might be headed! This waiting and waiting and waiting... in and of itself, has been hard for you, who are used to doing and initiating and directing your lives forward according to your own clear visioning. It has taken a toll on your self-confidence, on your relationships, and on your finances. Truth be told, you have felt quite unmotivated, and it is mainly because it has seemed as though any clear actions on your part would be a waste of time and energy if everything is really on the verge of massive shift. We are here to tell you today that indeed, everything is on the verge of massive shift and that began with the great opening that the Solstice brought to you. We would like to take the rest of this transmission and give you as many details about all of this as we are able at this time. FOCUS ON THE ESSENTIAL The journey of your planet to the deepest darkest point in your year (in your Northern Hemisphere) has brought you at the same time, COSMIC TIMES = JANUARY

2 to the deepest, most central place within your beings. The journey toward the Solstice brought you to your hearts. And when you move into the deepest place in your hearts and come to core, come to essentiality, you begin to be able to know and see what is essential. And when you begin to be aware of what is essential, everything else becomes secondary in many ways, unimportant, insignificant. And when you begin to focus on that which is essential, and your energies go in that direction, then everything that is non-essential begins to fall away. Many of you are finding that even now, a variety of friends, social connections, colleagues, pieces of work, family members, and activities may be beginning to fade into the background for you and even disappear. At this time of year, it can be hard to feel like you are losing friends and family and previously important activities but indeed, these are becoming more and more previously important, and perhaps when you observe all of this shifting from this higher perspective, it becomes clear that all of these are just not essential in your life. We shared with you that the Solstice brought a tremendous opening to your world. And yet, when we talk about letting go of that which is not essential in your life and directing your energies to your core, doesn t it sound as though your focus is narrowing? Here is the trick: When you focus your energies on what is essential and all sorts of extraneous layers fall away, all of a sudden there is a spaciousness around you that you may never have experienced before. You have space to breathe and room around you in which to expand your Being. And when you are centered in your heart, you are able to tune in to what is not only truly important to you, but how the Divine is calling you and where the Divine is calling you to be. The more spaciousness there is around you, the more you can hear what is truly essential, the more non-essentials fall away from your life, the more you can hear what is truly essential, the more... WHAT IS ESSENTIAL? And of course, the only important question is what is essential? Dear Ones, you already know the answer to that question. What is essential is Love and Light, Compassion and Truth. There is nothing else. You are finding that the people you want to share time-space with are those with whom you can share Love and Light, Compassion and Truth. Everyone else is falling away. The only activities you wish to engage with are those that hold and call forth from you Love and Light, Compassion and Truth. All else is falling away. And as the entirety of your world moves toward these essentials, and the growing spaciousness fills with more and more Love and Light, Compassion and Truth, you will find that there is tremendous tumult and turmoil and change in your communities and societies and governments. As more and more layers of your society make the mid-course corrections that allow for the sloughing off of distractions and that which is non-essential, and more and more Love and Light fills your air-waves, you will see Truth and Compassion emerge and your world will begin, small shift by small shift, to change direction between 2018 and 2020 and move, ever so carefully and tenderly, toward Oneness and Redemption. We warn you of that which you are already aware: that as Love and Light grow, that which is not Love and Light must rise to the surface for recognition and transformation. And so this progress (and all progress!) looks like a right step followed by (sometimes accompanied by) a left step. You will notice that there are no wrong steps all that unfolds is perfect. It has to be it is all an expression of the Divine. IMMENSE PRODUCTION As you enter 2018, know that you are embarking upon an immense sea-change. A sea-change is a vast production. It means that the direction of the entire ocean changes direction. You can imagine the enormity of the swells and currents and waves that accompany such a shift in move- COSMIC TIMES = JANUARY

3 ment. This is how your whole world will look over these next several years. Change does not come easily, or in a straight ascending line. Change involves billions and billions of tiny shifts, over a long period of time. We remind you of the nature of change not to warn you of danger, but to let you know that change of this magnitude requires that you have faith that no matter what the situation looks like in the moment, you can continue to hold that Oneness and Redemption remain not only the end result, but also the true ever-present reality. REWIRING YOUR BEING Dear Ones, you have been so very much in need of sleep because in order to cut through all the distractions and move into the center of your heart to hear the essential Love and Light requires the rewiring of your very beings. And indeed, that rewiring that transforms you from 3D beings to 5D beings has begun, and will take place over a very long time. This current round of work began December 1st and will continue until January 11th. So you can plan on needing more sleep and rest over the next several weeks. You will also find that your memory and sense of clarity are confused. Needless to say, this can certainly happen as your circuitry is rewired through your being. Perhaps you can be compassionate with yourselves and each other, knowing that you are attempting to integrate massive alterations. NO MORE 3D SOLUTIONS We understand that it is hard to not have clarity, and it is uncomfortable to feel as though your life and your world are at a standstill. There are several things that are behind this. When you begin the transformation from 3D to 5D, you are beginning the transition from Human DOings to Human BEings. Let us explain: In the Fifth Dimensional Consciousness of the Garden of Eden, you remember that everyone and everything is a manifestation of the Divine. That is, all is sacred, and all is perfect. If all is Divine and perfect, then there could be nothing that is a problem. In the Garden of Eden, in 5D, there are no problems there are only opportunities for greater and greater wholeness. When you seek solutions in 3D, you are seeking solutions to problems. At this point in your evolution, in your fabulous creativity, you have truly exhausted all possible 3D solutions. Your governing is stuck, your education, legal, economic, social, and health systems are stuck, because you have run out of 3D solutions. You can see, hear, know, feel what needs to happen but these do not happen because you cannot seem to find your way from here to there because the solutions you seek lie in 5D and once you go there holding problems in front of you, you are no longer in 5D, but have already reverted to 3D. Can you understand why all seems so stuck right now in your world? In the perfection of the Fifth Dimensional Oneness Consciousness of the Garden of Eden, you recognize unlimited, unending abundance. And in that unlimited abundance, you, and all beings and creatures of all realms (including Earth herself ), prosper. 3D=DO / 5D=BE In your 3D experience of Earth, if you are not constantly DOing, you do not stay alive. In this experience of limited abundance, you find that if you do not build a habitat, and gather wood for heating, and hunt animals and plant crops for food and clothing, and locate and maintain a clean water supply, and prepare meals, and maintain cleanliness, and defend your territory, and find appropriate mates, and educate and socialize your young, and... you will die and your species will become extinct. This is very different from your 5D experience in the Garden of Eden in which there is nothing to DO but BE in joy and gratitude, allowing all doing to be natural extensions of BEing in I-Thou Love Relationship with the Divine and celebrating the Oneness. When you lost Consciousness and the Garden of Eden, and began this journey through 3D, you transformed from Human Beings into COSMIC TIMES = JANUARY

4 Human Doings. Now you are completing your 3D journey, and getting rewired for 5D Oneness Consciousness and you are being asked to give up the very DOing that has kept you alive throughout these eons of time! And indeed, this time right now is like an interim period for you, in which you have little motivation to DO much of anything, because you wait... for the shifting and the rewiring which will enable a new way of BEing in the world. THE FALL FROM 5D TO 3D Dear Ones, as you get ready to approach the entrance to Fifth Dimensional Oneness Consciousness again, it is most natural that you would think back to the last time you were there. Many of you have been remembering your experience in the Garden of Eden, and especially what happened for the Man and the Woman as the Fall from Grace (the fall from 5D Consciousness to 3D Consciousness) occurred, and the Garden was lost. To reiterate, so we may all be on the same page, we offer you a quick summary: Earth agreed to allow her vibrational range to fall from Fifth Dimensional frequencies to Third Dimensional frequencies in order to fulfill her role in a much larger Cosmic evolutionary story. In so doing, she and all her creatures lost Consciousness and forgot that all is a manifestation of the Divine, that all is sacred. If Oneness is the hallmark of 5D and the Garden of Eden, Separation is the hallmark of 3D. That is, when Earth moved into 3D and the notion of sacredness was lost, a belief that each being is separate from every other being became a viable option. So long as AnochiFullSource (the unified Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine) was on this Earthplane, Humans would not have the free-will to choose Separation if they wished. And so, AnochiFullSource removed Him/HerSelf from the Earth. THE DEMONIZATION OF THE FEMININE But the Shechinah, the Divine Feminine, could not bear the thought that Humans would be completely cut off from the Divine, and She made the painful decision to separate HerSelf from the Divine Masculine and join Humans on Earth, so that they would at least have access to Her. And because She came as the only available Divine at the time of the Fall from Grace, as Humans moved from Oneness to Separation and life became excruciatingly painful for them, they naturally blamed Her for the Fall itself. Because the Shechinah was the Divine Presence on Earth, She became associated with the flesh and blood, grime and grit, sweat and tears that is the 3D world of beings in form the world of matter. And your Earth became known as the material world, the world of matter, the world of mater, the MotherWorld. And because it was such a hard existence, so very different from the Garden of Eden experience, the Divine Feminine was blamed for the pain and suffering of life in Separation, and She was vilified and castigated and the Feminine came to be seen as evil and misogyny was born. On top of that, by her nature, the Feminine is nurturing and caring and compassionate, fierce in her love for her young, but smaller and softer than her male partners. In this new dangerous world in which death is an ever-present player and the DOing which requires muscle and toughness seems crucial in keeping death at bay, the Feminine was clearly not an asset. She was the weaker one, needing to be protected, hidden away, sent underground. She, in her pregnancies and nursing, was a deficit, a danger to survival. EVE AND LILITH And yet, it was she who seemingly kept the species going! And without her, there was no more forthcoming life. So what did Humans do with this clear Evil in its midst who also, somehow, was Good? The only possible thing: You divided her into two constructs one Evil, one Good. You called the Good construct, Eve the soft subservient, passive, nurturing, asexual, self-sacrificing Mother of Life, the Madonna. And you called the COSMIC TIMES = JANUARY

5 Evil construct, Lilith the strong, empowered, self-centered, sexually-demanding stealer of children, wrecker of marriages, the Whore. Your mythology holds that Lilith was Adam s first wife, who was kicked out of the Garden (out of the Oneness??) because she refused to be subservient and lie under Adam. The word, Adam, also means Earth. Can you hear that your story tells you what happens to the feminine who refuses to go underground? And can you hear how it is that sex which leads to pregnancy and nursing (and all that is weak and requires protection and is a deficit to survival, and therefore is Evil) is seen as Evil? The proof that all of this is obviously Evil is that childbirth is unbelievably painful and very often, deadly a clear punishment for being in the MotherWorld of flesh and blood in which you have to engage in sex in order to procreate! The other damning notion of the Evil Lilith is that she is a holdover from the time of the Garden of Eden, in which you did not have to DO in order to stay alive, you could simply BE and prosper. Lilith has the time and energy and desire to have sex as much sex as she wants without it leading to pregnancy and all the pain and suffering of childbirth, and all the DOing and hard work and responsibility of caring for children and family. She is a wanton woman a woman who wants something from a man, without seemingly giving anything (like progeny) back. Can you hear what a danger she is in a world in which DOing is the only means of survival? NONE OF IT IS TRUE Dear Ones, this is what you have believed and practiced and enacted over these many eons of your journey through the 3D experience. The construct of the Evil Lilith is no more real than the construct of the Good Eve. Neither is real. It is only in the 3D experience of Separation that you have the capacity to separate enough from an other to judge it, and place it somewhere on your 3D continuum that ranges from Good at one end to Evil at the other. Can you hear that in the Oneness Consciousness of 5D, you do not have the option of Separation? You do not judge, nor do you perceive a Good-Evil Continuum because in 5D, there are no problems, there is only the awareness of the perfection of the Divine that is manifest in everyone and everything. You have been challenging these false constructs of the Evil Lilith and the Good Eve for many decades now, as you have begun to ready yourselves for this vast Ascension Process that will take you forward to the Fifth Dimensional Oneness Consciousness of the Garden of Eden once again. It is no wonder that as women come forward once again to remind the male that the female matters, many of you are feeling pain in your legs and feet and hips and lower back much as you do toward the end of pregnancy. But we tell you what you are already seeing in your world: that no matter how many women stand forward to claim that they matter true progress will not be made until the Divine Masculine can return to your Earthplane and have the wounding from his exile experience attended to, so that he is no longer de-materialized and knows that he matters. (Please refer to the past several months of Cosmic Times for more information about this.) And the good news is that indeed, Heaven is landing on Earth, and the Masculine is returning home, where his wounds can be experienced and attended to. And when the Divine Masculine can move forward into a new paradigm, the painful dichotomy of the Divine Feminine will also be able to resolve and you will find a new paradigm for Her as well. TRANSFORMATION THROUGH COMPASSION Dear Ones, how do the wounds of the Divine Masculine transform? How does the split in the Divine Feminine resolve into Oneness? How do the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine within each one of you come together in Sacred Union? How do you transform from a vertical orientation to a horizontal orientation? How does your form transition from bi-lateral design to radial design? How do you bring Head and COSMIC TIMES = JANUARY

6 Heart together? Male and Female together? Up and Down together? Left and Right together? Spirit and Matter together? How do you and your world become into your Fifth Dimensional Paradigms? There is only one quality which has the capacity to do all of this. And of course, it is a quality that belongs to Fifth Dimensional Oneness Consciousness. That quality is Compassion. It is only Compassion that has the capacity to span disparity, to open possibility, to enable transformation. When you choose to BE in equal step with... whatever you are walking with, you are walking with in the NOW moment and in the NOW moment, all becomes available. When there is nothing wrong, there is nothing to DO except BE in equal step with to show up for the ever-present flowing of perfection in which transformation has to occur. Dear Ones, this Solstice has brought you to your hearts, to the essentiality of Love and Light, Compassion and Truth. There is no mantra this month. There is nothing to DO except BE. The entirety of All That Is is walking in equal step with you... and your transformation begins... Blessings! 7 SUMMARY POINTS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR MAKING LIFE EASIER 1. The December Solstice is changing your world entirely, taking all of you to your hearts and to what is essential. The effects of this on you have been that you are exhausted, unbalanced, and confused, just hanging on, waiting for something to happen. You have little clarity and little motivation. 2. As you begin to be aware of what is essential, everything else becomes secondary and insignificant, and begins to fall away from you. You find that some friends, family members, and activities are all falling away from you, fading out because they are non-essential. 3. As your focus seems to narrow, there is a spaciousness around you that allows you to tune into and listen to your heart and to the Divine, and hear even more clearly what is essential in your life and what is not. 4. What is essential? Love and Light, Compassion and Truth. You may find that the only people and activities you want to engage with are those in which Love and Light, Compassion and Truth are central. Because this is happening universally, you will see great tumult and change throughout your world between 2018 and 2020, as societies and governments shift, ever so carefully, toward Oneness and Redemption. 5. A warning: As Love and Light grow, that which is not Love and Light must also rise to the surface for recognition and transformation. And this evolution is per fect: There are right steps followed by left steps. There are no wrong steps. 6. This is a sea-change in your world, an immense production. Change does not come easily. You must have Faith and hold that Oneness and Redemption are always the ever-present reality. 7. You are being rewired to begin the transformation from 3D beings to 5D beings. This part of the work on you runs from December 1st through January 11th. Plan on continuing to need a lot of sleep and rest, and if your memory is confused, be compassionate with yourselves. 8. There are no more 3D solutions to problems. The answers you seek are of a 5D nature. So everything seems stuck right now. And, there are no problems in 5D so there is nothing to DO in 5D. In 5D, you are asked to become Human BEings to BE in joy and gratitude, allowing all doing to be natural extensions of BEing. 9. When you fell into 3D, you transformed from Human BEings to Human DOings. Now you are being asked to give up the DOing that ensured your survival, to allow the shifting and rewiring which will enable a new way of BEing in the world. 10. Many of you remember your Fall from 5D to 3D, into Separation. At the time of the Fall, the Shechinah, the Divine Feminine, made the painful decision to also separate HerSelf from the Divine Masculine and join Humans on Earth, so they would have access to the Divine. Humans then blamed the Shechinah for the Fall itself and for the pain and suffering of life in Separation. Because being flesh and blood in 3D life was so painful, She was perceived as evil. But the Feminine is also the bringer of life. So the Feminine was both Good and Evil, Madonna and Whore, Eve and Lilith. 11. But neither construct of Eve or Lilith is real. And you have been challenging these false constructs for decades. And it is only as the Divine Masculine returns to Earth and finds His wounds of exile attended to, that the false split of the Divine Feminine can transform as well and a new paradigm for both the masculine and feminine can begin to emerge. 12. So how does transformation happen? Through Compassion, which has the capacity to span disparity and to open possibility. When you choose to BE in equal step with... in the NOW moment... all becomes available and transformation has to occur. So there is nothing to DO but BE! COSMIC TIMES = JANUARY
