2 Saturday: Sacred Sex FREE introductory workshop with experiential learning. Location: Unity, Møllergt 23 (v/ Youngstorget), 0179 Oslo, Norway. Date: 25th August 2012: 15:45 to 18:00. Facilitators: Søren Ventegodt and members of his team. In the West we often have a hard time with sex. We have a tendency to perceive sexuality as something bestial, dirty and wrong. But other cultures at other times have been viewing sexuality as something beautiful, true, natural and even sacred. The "primitive" cultures have innocence about sexual matters, which comes from a lack of moral standards, which prevent them from judging and oppressing themselves and others. When we look into our own sexual morality, we can often see that we have a negative attitude towards sexuality - we are sex-negative. This has serious implications for our love life and relationships, which can become dull, and monotonous and lacking joy and playfulness. In this workshop we look at our own attitudes towards sex and we try to find a sex-positive attitude that allows us to explore the depth and inner source of our own sexuality. With an open mind we explore our own and other's bodily energy, and see how it can manifest when we do not condemn and suppress it. This way we can come to an experience of natural sexuality. If we are lucky we get a deep feeling of awe; an experience of being allowed to look into something very secret and sacred: The innermost core of our own and the other person s life, to be worshiped and appreciated. (Note: This workshop is recommended for those who want to attend the workshop "Love - unconditional and for all".) Sunday: Unconditional Love Loving and Serving All FREE introductory workshop with experiential learning. Location: Unity, Møllergt 23 (v/ Youngstorget), 0179 Oslo, Norway. Date: 26th August 2012: 15:45 18:00. Facilitators: Søren Ventegodt and members of his team. Our deepest nature is love. Only when we see ourselves as love, can we love unconditionally, without demands and without expectation of getting something back. When we understand ourselves as love, we can see that it is our nature to be a part of a whole, to be in relationship with the world and all living beings in it. This understanding makes it possible to go beyond the ego and experience not just a connection with the whole world, but a true oneness with the world. When we are one with the source, or call it life or love, we can be free and natural - pure and innocent - and we can live the life we were created to live. Harmony, happiness and love go together. Without love you cannot have the other. Use this workshop to recognize yourself as a loving being whose nature it is to be at peace with yourself and the universe - and be one with all. 3 1 Day Courses: Monday: Who Are You? Existential Healing and Self-actualization. 27th August 2012: 16:00 to 22:00. An intensive 6-hour course that invites you back into We will use this day to explore deeply into ourselves and we will help each other to do so - to answer the eternal question: Who I am? We will dig deep into our existence, go under the skin and embrace the most difficult and intense emotions relating to body, mind, spirit and sexuality. Only when we see who and what we are can we go beyond this relative world. On our way to freedom we encounter old wounds and unsolved existential problems, many coming from early childhood. This is the wounds of our inner child that have never healed; healing these wounds is the same as coming home in existence. Tuesday: Love and Sexuality - and How these Two Play Together. An Explorative Journey into the Life Force, Giving the Life Energy and Being the Source of Bodily Existence. 28th August 2012: 16:00 to 22:00. An intensive 6-hour course that invites you back into Alone and in pairs we will examine the life energy and see where it comes from - and what is blocking it, if we are not feeling fully alive. Be warned that the energy of life and the sexuality are two sides of same coin. Are you sad and depressed? Or unmotivated and feeling blue and hopeless? It is most likely that you also have big problems with body, gender, identity and sexuality. Courageously we will look into all the problems of life and existence, to solve them and move on to where life is good and happy to realize what we are truly meant to be. Wednesday: Love and Truth: How to Get Your One-to-one Relationship to Function. 29th August 2012: 16:00 to 22:00. An intensive 6-hour course that invites you back into All relationships are doomed to fail. Because we do not know ourselves, we cannot understand the other. Because we are conditioned and come from childhood neurotic learning, we cannot meet our partner openly, truly and genuinely. Our relationship will therefore inevitably be superficial; what should have been life's great love story becomes a nearly fatal disappointment. This means that we close our hearts and lose faith in life, and stop reaching for that which is precious and important. But we can do better than that. We can save your relationship if we recognize that we do not understand and know ourselves, and if we can declare our willingness to address this focused and dedicatedly. 3

4 This evening is designed to help you and your partner to make a new beginning, when your hearts are shut down and the disappointments have taken your love-life over. This is course is open and suitable to couples and singles. Thursday: Find Your Divine Self. 30th August 2012: 16:00 to 22:00. An intensive 6-hour course that invites you back into In Nepal people welcome you "Namaste" - and it means "I greet the God within you!" The understanding is that human beings are basically divine, that we are Gods and Goddesses in human disguise. When we examine ourselves deeply enough, the Nepalese people say, we realize, that we are really not just children of God, we are even more than that, as we never really separate from God. Some spiritual people say we're angels; others go all the way and state frankly that we in our core truly are Gods and Goddesses, just waiting to wake up and realize that. To me we are deepest down one with the world. The true human being - with the Native American saying A grey bird that sings quietly, yet who sings about the entire universe. This evening we will be grey birds and we will sing quietly. We will find the divine core in ourselves and see the true greatness in each other. Friday: Find Yourself, Come Home in Yourself, and Stay as Yourself. An intensive 6-hour course that invites you back into existence. Location: Unity, Møllergt 23 (v/ Youngstorget), 0179 Oslo, Norway. When we go beyond our conditioning - everything we've learned to believe in in our childhood, without ever investigating whether it was really true or not this takes us back to our pure, empty consciousness. This consciousness is what we were before we began to identify and believe in anything. In this sober, naked state we live immediately in the present, and without any worries or expectations. In this state we are present as consciousness we are a detached witness who just watches the miracle of life happening. You cannot even say that we participate in life, we ARE life. There is not anyone or anything that can participate in something, because there is no distance to life and reality. We are one with everything; our consciousness is the frame within which all phenomena move. All is good, everything is perfect, and there is nothing to learn and no place to move to. In this state there is happiness or deep satisfaction; and here we can live life in natural balance, without using any effort, without suffering, and without sorrows.
