19 Maitreya Mountain Guided Hike* For more information, inquire at Hospitality Tent. HIKING The backcountry of the Inner Retreat, because of its elevation and location in the Rocky Mountains, presents unique challenges to those who are not familiar with the terrain and locale. For this reason, only hikes authorized by The Summit Lighthouse will be allowed in the backcountry of the Inner Retreat from June 16 through July 18. You can learn more about hiking at the Hospitality Tent, where you can also register for the July 5 hike. MAITREYA MOUNTAIN GUIDED HIKE, Thursday, July 5 On July 5, the day after the conference, Maitreya Mountain is reserved for special guided hikes. If you plan to join the hike, please register at the Hospitality Tent by July 3 and pay the $5 fee to cover expenses. Because of the rigors of the backcountry, high altitude, weather and wildlife (such as bears and mountain lions), The Summit Lighthouse and its authorized hiking guides may determine whether a participant is fit for the pilgrimage to Maitreya Mountain or any other backcountry hike on the property. If you plan to hike, please bring the following gear: A rain jacket with hood or synthetic jacket and hat Broken-in hiking shoes or boots At least one quart of drinking water Sunscreen and hat Insect repellant Lunch and snacks ON YOUR OWN Information will be provided for rafting, hiking, or a Yellowstone Park bus tour. 19

20 Sacraments and Rituals in Church Universal and Triumphant (In King Arthur s Court unless otherwise specified) If you need more information, please visit the Sacraments Table in the West Fellowship Room Sacrament of Confirmation Saturday, June 30 at 12:30 pm Through this sacrament, each candidate has the opportunity to confirm the teachings of the ascended masters through study and service. The blessing and love of the Holy Spirit conveyed through this sacrament can be an inner help to strengthen your tie to Christ and to Buddha. Sacrament of First Holy Communion Sunday, July 1 at 12:30 pm This devotional ceremony is for children who have completed their lessons to receive their First Holy Communion. The course of instruction preparatory for First Holy Communion is on love and respect for God, for Jesus, for ourselves and each other, and for the holiness of the Christ light. Presentation in the Temple Ceremony for Newborns Monday, July 2 at 12:30 pm This ritual is in commemoration of the hour when Jesus was six weeks old and was presented in the temple by his parents, Joseph and Mary. In this ritual, ministers receive newborns and present them to the Mighty I AM Presence at the altar in King Arthur s Court. Sacrament of Baptism Monday, July 2 at 12:30 pm The first sacrament in Church Universal and Triumphant is a sacred step on the spiritual path and a cleansing of the soul. In baptism we dedicate ourselves to the fulfillment of the will of God the divine blueprint held in God s heart for each life. 20

23 Summer Seminar July 6-10, 2018 Bring Home the Lightbearers! Join Forces with the World Teachers Jesus and Kuthumi to Find El Morya s One Million!
