Page - 2 Now any reasonable person must consider If the entire system was founded in fraud, anyone who is not a voluntary participant in the fraud is not involved period. And if they were to engage in the fraud they would become co-conspirators? Would that be true? And would that not be the expected twist that could be expected from the same folks who brought us the federal reserve system? Now even if their name was hijacked and was used to create a trust, everything connected with the initial identity theft was still a fraudulent transaction. It

A look alike name does not necessarily become identified with the name itself even if the name does coincidently exist. Isn t that correct? Of course if associated with a specific SS number that would be a different story. However if created and associated with a specific identity but created in fraud, it is still fraud and again is not a legitimate transaction. And if the living soul from which the legitimately named identity was stolen to create the fraudulently created trust, claimed ownership, that would then incriminate the owner of the stolen name as it was never created lawfully without legitimate consent. I know at least 3 people personally who have done this and had up to 25K discharged for a fact. It was done about 10 days ago and hasn t come back like others did yet.
