Can you believe it s already been a year? Here are a few things that I will be highlighting in this newsletter. First, a reminder of our upcoming First Sunday Monthly Gallery ~ Speaking To Heaven on May 4th. This month we are going to talk about using laughter as an energetic clearing tool, and as always, we post herbal suggestions from Mehta's Medicine Corner. We also want to note that many exciting workshops and expos are coming up in Nashville and Memphis, TN. And finally, I am pleased to announce that I will be doing a lecture series starting in June that will be available by webinar for all of my out-of-town clients who have been unable to take an in-person workshop. 6 6 of 8 5/1/2014 1:35 PM surrounding your physical body through color and vibrational waves. I can see emotions, thoughts, faith, and where you store these things in the physical body. As with the energy of the emotion of love, the use of laughter also serves as a powerful energy calibrator. When you laugh, it recharges your energy bodies and heavier waves of energy such as fear and anger are immediately converted to higher waves of energy. If you are in a situation where you are fearful, you should simply laugh. Really! An Elder of the Lakota nation once told me that he was required to belly laugh for two solid minutes along with other elders of various nations prior to negotiations with the many nations. The elders were using the knowledge that laughter changes the body and the environment around you as your energy bodies extend outward and actually impact the environment you are in. We also know via research that the use of laughter has major impact on physical health and our emotional states. That makes sense knowing that laughter calibrates all the energy in your energetic bodies! Have you ever noticed that some of the most powerful Kahunas, Shamans, and Mystics often laugh and tell jokes? Just imagine how the world would change if our world leaders laughed everyday! That may be a daydream, but in the meantime we can each try to do this ourselves. Make a commitment to belly laugh purposefully for two minutes every day. You will start to see how light-hearted you become as you develop the ability to laugh at yourself in all your faults in the physical body. Laughter makes being a physical human easier! Even though it s simple and easy to do, what a powerful impact! Mehta's Medicine Corner Thornberries & Cardiovascular Disease Mehta is my primary guide. She is a Native American medicine woman who sometimes will scan people's bodies during readings to understand what may be off balance. She then contributes her herbal knowledge as part of the remedy. I recently gave a reading and as Mehta scanned the client s body, she found that he was experiencing

7 7 of 8 5/1/2014 1:35 PM allergies and also seemed to have some cardiovascular disease beginning in his arteries. The client confirmed that this was true. Mehta advised the client to try thornberries. Later, as I confirmed the information online that had been given to the client, I discovered that thornberries contain nutrients and chemicals that have been linked to protection against several diseases, including cardiovascular disease. He was also having allergies, and thornberries work as a very effective anti-inflammatory agent to assist with allergies. Thank you, Mehta!
