By Sam Ellis The first edition is on Kindle, but the pictured item on this listing is the second edition. I wasted an entire day reading, only to find out the Kindle edition is ISBN: , which is the first edition, not the second edition. There are substantive differences between the first and second editions so if you need the second edition, don't buy the Kindle edition on this listing!
