O F F I C E O R D E R In continuation of this Directorate Office order of even no. dated.4.1, in-compiance to the order passed by the Hon be High Court in CWP No:98/009, in pursuance to the approva conveyed by the Govt. vide etter No:EDN-C-E()1/01 dated and on the basis of interview-cum-counseing conducted by the Department (in the O/o Dy. Director of Eementary Education concerned) on batch-wise basis during the month of October 01 from amongst TET quaified candidates from HPSSSB Hamirpur or H.P. Board of Schoo Education, Dharamshaa Distt. Kangra, the foowing seected candidates who were offered appointment as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts/Non- /) under ward of ex-servicemen purey on contract basis on the fixed saary of Rs.1900/-( grade pay+ % grade pay of the post ) are hereby posted in the schoos shown against their names (on the same terms and conditions) with the directions to report for duty on or before subject to the acceptance and fufiment of the foowing specific terms and conditions in addition to the usua terms and conditions of appointment annexed as Annexure A..This appointment is subject to the fina outcome of LPA No:1/01 tited as Jyoti Kumari and others pending before the Hon be High Court of H.P. and SLP No:14/016 tited as State of H.P. and others Vs. Neeam Kumari pending before the Hon be Supreme Court of India. :- 1. Since the appointment is being offered purey on contract basis, the candidate wi have to execute a bond on judicia paper with the Principa/Headmaster of the concerned schoo, where he/she is posted that he/she has carefuy gone through the conditions of the contract appointment and the conditions imposed are acceptabe to them. The joining report wi be accepted ony after the execution of the requisite bond between the Head of institution and the candidate.. The contract wi be initiay for one year and the candidate sha have to enter into fresh contract agreement with the Head of institution after competion of one year. The contract sha be extendabe on year to year basis subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate.. It wi be the persona responsibiity of the candidate/individua to inform this Directorate on the proforma encosed duy counter signed by the concerned Principa/Headmaster of their schoo that he/she has joined at the pace of their appointment on or before schedue period faiing which this offer sha stand withdrawn without any notice. 4. That the age, educationa and professiona quaifications possessed by the candidate sha be as per the atest R&P Rues for TGTs notified as on and amended as on The Head of the schoo wi ensure that the educationa and professiona quaifications possessed by the candidate are as per atest R&P Rues and is from a recognized University/institution. Necessary verification to this effect is to be made by the Head of the concerned schoo at the time of joining of the candidate. Duy attested copies of certificates awarded to the candidates by the recognized University/Board be kept in the office for record.. If the candidate has been offered posting in non Sub-Cadre area temporariy he/she sha have to serve in Sub- Cadre area as and when required/ordered by the department. 6. The Head of the institution before accepting the joining of the candidate wi ensure that character certificate, category certificate i.e. OBC/SC/ST (parenta certificate issued from Himacha Pradesh) is in order.. The Heads of the institution concerned wi aso ensure at the time of joining to obtain an affidavit from the candidates under ward of Ex-servicemen category to the effect that father/ husband of the candidate has not got job in the H.P. Govt./Corporation/Board/ Autonomous Body of H.P. as we as Centra and other State/ Union Territory Government or Pubic Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Body/Banks, etc. under the contro of the said Centra or other State/ Union Territory Government and aso ensure that no other ward (i.e. son/daughter or wife) of his/her father or husband has got job in Govt./Semi Govt./Corporation/Autonomous Bodies under Exservicemen quota. 8. The Head of the institution wi aso ensure that the candidate has given an undertaking regarding contents of annexure-a and B.

18 Annexure- A TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Contract Appointment (TGT) 1. The concerned candidate wi have to produce the medica fitness certificate from the Chief Officer/ Officer of the Iaqa/area concerned at the time of his/her joining.. The candidate concerned sha have to submit a decaration to the effect that if married, he/she has ony one spouse iving. The woman candidate(s) wi decare that she has not married a person having a iving wife. The concerned candidate sha have to produce attested copies of his/her academic/professiona quaification/domicie/ date of birth etc. certificates 4 The concerned candidate sha have to produce a character certificate from competent authority or Gazetted Officer to whom he/she is known for the ast ten years The concerned candidate sha furnish a decaration to the effect that he/she is not a dismissed empoyee of any Govt./Semi Govt. Department/ Organization. 6 The appointment may be terminated at any time by a month s notice on either side without assigning any reason.
