2 Welcome I invite you to please read through this information before we meet to familiarize yourself with the cards and your chakras. In this 3 part class we will focus on balancing and healing our lives and our 7 Major Chakras through the divine guidance of the 22 Major Arcana. Please set an intention before you begin this journey. Setting clear intentions helps us to focus and manifest positive change. My intention is that this class will help you to unwind old patterns that no longer serve your highest good, remove stubborn blocks and create healthy abundance by opening up to your creativity and psychic senses. By letting go and really trusting your imagination you will discover new joyful pathways to peace. This class is meant to go slow and carefully nurture your soul. It will help empower you to embrace your gifts, talents and strengths by leading you into bold new landscapes within. As you take your time and explore the 22 Major Arcana through the lens of your chakras, some of the areas of your inner garden will need fresh soil, fresh air and warm sunlight in order to thrive and others will need to be unearthed and weeded out. There is much grace, beauty and harmony in working together as a class or community. Together we will help support one another while we accept change and grow.

3 Tarot Tarot is a divination tool that can illuminate our lives, uncover unconscious patterns of behavior and help us create positive change. You don t need to have an understanding of tarot to use these cards. Each card will give you an impression. You will use your imagination, intuition and psychic abilities to see what you need. The cards were made to help you intuit their meanings without having any knowlede of traditional tarot. Dream Dust Shamanic Tarot was created to help you have fun connecting with your intuition and open you up even more to your natural psychic gifts and creativity so that you can make more clear and informed choices in your life. It allows you to weave the sacred into ordinary daily life and nourish your rich inner landscape. Dream Dust Shamanic Tarot is very much like an Oracle wrapped in Tarot. It consists of 78 cards divided among the 22 Major Arcana and the 56 Minor Arcana. Like an oracle each card has a short description to help guide you. The Minor Arcana cards consist of 4 suits based on the 4 elements, Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Each suit is made up of 14 cards (4 court cards and 10 pip cards). These cards represent day-to-day life, and provide an intimate insight into daily decision-making. I look forward to using these cards in another class with you! As you build a relationship with your cards, you may want to dedicate a journal to your deck. Make notes of the insights and messages you receive when you step into the landscape. These messages do change with each reading but there will be some core messages that will come as well. Have fun with this, remember what you write doesn t have to be rational! Allow your imagination to play. Before the final deck became a reality I had a prototype made. It was twice as thick as the set is now and didn t have gilded edges. Geechie here posing with them. You can always pull a card each day and keep it on your desk or alter to help inspire you and help you to set an intention for the day.

4 22 Major Arcana The Major Arcana cards are 22 turning points or key spiritual lessons we experience in a lifetime. They map out a journey we are all on starting with The Dreamer and ending with The World. Arcana means a mystery or a deep secret and it is through these ancient mysteries that we will find keys to our own healing. Think of each of your chakras as rooms. Each room becomes a bubble of light that you step into. When you open up your chakra, you ll step into your chakra room and call in your Helping Spirit (Guide) to join you. From here you will journey into the landscape of a 22 Major Arcana card which will deeply inform you of what in your life needs to change, grow, heal or be carefully nurtured. By stepping into our chakras we are able to connect with our ancient inner wisdom, receive guidance and heal what is not working. By engaging your imagination and all of your psychic senses you will be able to divine information from the cards that will help you reveal many new insights.

The seven chakras are the centers in our bodies in which energy flows. Blocked energy in our seven chakras can often lead to illness, so it's important to understand what each chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely. 1. ROOT Represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded. Location: Base of spine in tail-bone area. Color: Red Survival, financial independence, physical wellness, money and food. 2. SACRAL Our basic attitude of well-being and having enough. Our ability to accept others and new experiences. Location: Lower abdomen, about two inches below the navel. Color : Orange Sense of abundance, well-being, pleasure and sexuality. 3. SOLAR PLEXUS Our ability to be confident and in control of our lives. Location: Upper abdomen in the stomach area. Color: Yellow Self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem. 4. HEART Our ability to love. Location: Center of chest just above the heart. Color: Green Love, joy and inner peace. 5. THROAT Bridges our hearts and our minds. Our ability to communicate. Location: Throat. Color: Sky Blue Communication, self-expression of feelings and the truth. 6. THIRD EYE Our ability to focus on and see the big picture. Location: Forehead between the eyes (also called the Brow Chakra). Color: Indigo Intuition, imagination, wisdom and the ability to think and make decisions. 7. CROWN Our ability to be fully connected to spirit. Location: The very top of the head. Color: Fountain of Violet, White and/or Golden Light Inner and outer beauty, our connection to spirit and our bliss.
