How to Use 30 Days to Spiritual Awakening Start by listening to either the short introduction and/or the long introduction. The Short Introduction is for those already familiar with energy healing, muscle testing, and subconscious reprogramming. The Long Introduction is for those who are new to energy healing, muscle testing, or subconscious reprogramming.

7 The long introduction will teach you everything you need to know so you can use the Formula for Miracles encoded audios (described below) to clear your subconscious blocks holding you back from total spiritual freedom. If you re not sure which to use, start with the long introduction. Next, start going through the 30 Days to Spiritual Awakening articles and audios! Note that these articles and audios contain the same content, prepared and presented in different media (written and audio) to maximize your learning experience. Most people prefer to start by listening to the audio, and then follow up by reading the article the next day. For example, on the first day, listen to the introduction and the Day 1 audio. On the second day, read the Day 1 article and listen to the Day 2 audio, etc. But it s fine to do things differently; you could read the articles first and later listen to the audios. Or, if you prefer you can skip the audios or the articles completely. However, I recommend you read every article and listen to every audio at least once, because your brain will get different benefits from reading and listening. 9 How Long Does 30 Days to Spiritual Awakening Take? If you just listen to the audios, 30 Days to Spiritual Awakening program is designed to take (on average) ten minutes per day for 30 days. If you use the audios and read the articles, it will take approximately twenty minutes per day. And most people can get all the way through the block clearing programs in about 90 minutes. Of course, this series may take more or less time to complete, depending on your spiritual background and how often you use Trauma Clearing and Consciousness Shifting. However, it s perfectly fine to go through the program faster or slower, depending on your motivation and availability. While it is recommended to use the subconscious block clearing programs, you can skip them if you don t like them or don t find them useful. If you do use the block clearing programs and want to get the maximum benefits from them, it is important to follow the guidelines below. However, note that these guidelines are only relevant to the Formula for Miracles encoded block clearing sections, and are not required for the other articles, videos, and audios included in the 30 Days to Spiritual Awakening. The guidelines for using the block clearing audios are: Guideline #1: Listen to the block clearing sections with headphones The block clearing programs are encoded with sub-audible binaural beats to gently guide your brain down to a deep theta brainwave. This opens your subconscious mind and allows the healing energies to clear your subconscious blocks to Awakening, spiritual truth, and Enlightenment. It is important to listen to these programs with headphones to benefit from the binaural beats. Any sort of headphones will do. You can plug headphones into your computer, or download the audio files onto your ipod or other portable music player, or burn the files onto a CD and listen to it on your stereo. Just be sure to use headphones when you listen to the block clearing sections!

10 Guideline #2: Use Muscle Testing as you listen to the block clearing sections In order to get the maximum benefit from the block clearing, please follow along and use muscle testing to not only identify which blocks you have, but also to verify when those blocks have been released. While you will get some benefit from listening to the block clearing programs without muscle testing, your results will be much better if you follow along and use muscle testing. If you are new to muscle testing, there are instructions on how to do self muscle testing during the long introduction program.
