7 My Story After working for over 12 years in a variety of City-banking roles in London, in 2011 I set up a Retreat company, 38º North, which quickly became one of Europe s leading Retreat brands. We designed the programs to be very focused on delivering a highly personalised service by gathering a multi-disciplined team so that we can take care of our client s wellness needs. In 2015 I set up a empowerment-coaching business to enable people to live a more fulfilling life and I am working on a social project, The Inner State, to propose a new set of Human Rights. My Partner Dr Nicolas Proupain has practiced for over 20 years in the US, Italy, Brazil, Belgium and Paris as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Teacher and Author. Through his clinical experience he has observed time and time again, that when people find their life purpose, they go on to achieve optimal physical, mental, social and financial health. This is why he proposes to declare the access to one s raison d être as a RIGHT.
