2 Why many intuitive processes don t work + how Embodied Intuition is different Every single woman you included is intuitive. We each have gifts, and deeper soul-based knowing that is longing to move through us and out into the world. You know the call. You ve felt the desire. For a more purposeful life. And it s time to own that intuitive pull. It s time to embody your intuition + step into the brilliance that you are here to actualize. THE REASON THAT MOST INTUITIVE TEACHINGS ARE NEBULOUS IS BECAUSE THEY DON T FOLLOW A REPEATABLE SYSTEM. Which leaves us wondering WAS THAT INTUITION, OR JUST MY HEAD? SHOULD I TRUST?!? IS IT THE RIGHT DECISION????? We go around and around, never getting anywhere because we can t bring our soul-based intuition into our lives. The message isn t clear enough, we can t trust, we stay stuck. Yet using Embodied Intuition, we find there is a clear and repeatable system of hearing and (most importantly) trusting our intuition so that we can begin to make decisions from this place + live the life we are destined to. HOW YOU SPEND YOUR TIME IS A REFLECTION OF THE TRUTH THAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY LIVING. IT IS TIME FOR YOU WOMAN, TO LIVE THE LIFE YOU ARE DESTINED TO LIVE. Let s start by embodying your intuition. 3 STEP ONE: Understanding the Four Bodies When we access intuition, we are brining high vibrational, universal truth down into this physical human plane of existence. Understanding that there are four possible points for our intuition to get stuck, helps to navigate what s going wrong when we can t access our intuition. The 4 key bodies that any high-vibrational intuitive truth must pass through, in order to be manifest or realized in the world, are: LEVEL ONE: ENERGY BODY (SOUL) LEVEL TWO: EMOTIONAL BODY (FEELINGS) LEVEL THREE: BELIEFS BODY (MIND/THOUGHTS) LEVEL FOUR: PHYSICAL BODY By bringing our intuition down from our soul, and into our energy body, down through our emotional body, our beliefs body (thoughts) and into our physical body, we anchor our soul truth into the world and are free to make decisions from that place. 4 STEP TWO: Identify where you are capable of more growth Each of the 4 bodies is associated with one core belief that may, or may not, be keeping your intuition stuck. By identifying where you are capable of more growth, you become more specfic and potent in your ability to fine-tune + expand your intution. AT LEVEL ONE: ENERGY BODY (SOUL) WE OFTEN FIND THE RESISTANCE OF I AM NOT INTUITIVE ENOUGH This belief instantly discounts any and all intuition that naturally arises (because every woman is intuitive). If you ve every had a gut-feeling or woman s knowing then you are intuitive. TRUTH: It s time to claim your gifts + to trust them by inviting them down into Level Two: Emotional Body (Feelings) and allowing yourself to feel your intuition. 5 AT LEVEL TWO: EMOTIONAL BODY (FEELING) WE OFTEN FIND THE RESISTANCE OF NOT PAUSING TO FEEL. When we hear our intuition, and yet choose to close our heart to feeling the truth, we reject the emotional truth of our intuition, which is a powerful force (just think how powerful the emotion of love is). Embodied Intuition asks us to receive a knowing, even if it s feeble and to feel it in our heart. Even without a clear sign or vision of the intuition, our heart can navigate our gut feeling with a clear expansion/yes or contraction/no response with very little practice. TRUTH: Taking a moment to pause, breathe and feel into how your intuition feels is a potent way to invite more clarity, trust + conviction. KEY QUESTION TO ASK: Do you ever stop to feel your intuition in your heart? Is it time to start? THE EMBODIED WOMAN Jenna Ward PAGE 5

6 AT LEVEL THREE: BELIEF BODY (MIND/THOUGHT) WE OFTEN FIND THE RESISTANCE AND CHOOSE FEAR By this stage we ve welcomed the intuition down from the Energy Body, into the Emotional Body and now we ve arrived at the Belief Body. They common default of the belief body is to discount the intuition, because it doesn t want to rock the status quo. The belief body wants to stay the same and safe. Fear can arise, and our intuition can quickly become overruled by the what if s and doubts. We get confused between intuition + information. The simple way to navigate what is intuition, and what is a limiting belief that is clouding your Judgement, is to tune into this simple truth: FEAR HAS A STORY. INTUITION JUST IS. TRUTH: Do you ever stop and hear a million reasons why you should/should not do something? That s fear/belief body talking, not intuition. Take a moment to pause and listen for the truth that comes without the story that s your intuition! KEY QUESTION TO ASK: Does this intuition arrive with a story? Or does it just exist as it is? 7 AT LEVEL FOUR: PHYSICAL BODY WE OFTEN FIND THE RESISTANCE OF NOT TAKING ACTION. Taking the action aligned with our intuition is one of the single greatest ways to develop strength + trust. By putting into practice the wisdom we ve received (even sometimes if we are not sure) we begin to develop a feedback loop of trial and error. The truth is, that nothing is perfect at first. Baking a cake, having sex, no one does it right the first time. But with practice and practice we grow stronger through all our four dimensions and we enhance our ability to embody our intuition with more ease. TRUTH: Until we are taking aligned action our spirituality remains theory and concept. It s time to put your soul s wisdom to use here and now.
