1 There have been many sound healers and products that have influenced my life, from Jonathan Goldman to Dr. Emoto to David Gibson to Jill Mattson to Tom Kenyon to Ted Andrews. The list goes on and on. I also have found some fantastic products that help your body return to harmony, balance, and to remove stuck emotions. Om means impure body, Mani means jewel or enlighten, Padme means wisdom, and Hum means invisibility. Compassion arises as the Divine in me honors the Divine in you. Just think what it means that we are all one human family! We are all brothers and sisters helping each other on the path of enlightment. No separation! No ego! David Hulse has a wonderful 2 minute stress program using the Om tuning fork I would like to share. First, take three deep breaths. Next, strike the Om fork on your hand and hold to

3 each ear for 15 seconds. Third step, strike the Om fork and place the stem of the fork on the 3 rd eye Chakra until it stops vibrating. Always pause for 10 seconds in silence to allow the healing to take place as the vibration flows thru the body. Now strike the Om fork again and place by each ear as you take another three deep breaths. Now strike the Om fork and place it on the C1 spot on the back of the head. I like doing this next step, strike the Om fork and vocally sound the word OM. The last step is to strike the Om tuning fork and place the stem on the breast bone.
