Whereas with regard to assigning of seniority to Exserviceman CWP No. 488/2001 titled V. K. Behal Vs. State of HP was decided by Hon ble High Court of HP on As per this judgement the seniority list of ADA circulated vide letter no. LLR-B(1)2/78 dated has been set aside and quashed. And whereas against this judgement dated the aggrieved Exserviceman filed SLP No. 8710/2009 titled R.K. Barwal & Others Vs State of HP & Others before Hon ble Supreme Court of India. This SLP was listed when State of HP has been directed to maintain Status Quo as of today.
