(You can say) I encourage you to repeat things out loud. There s power in your voice. Say this as you tap on each of the points below. Tapping on Top of the head - balance Beginning of the eyebrows -balance 4

7 Connect to heaven and earth This is a shorty version, later we will do the more complete version. Focus on your pranic tube. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath, in and out and from your tailbone send down a line of light and anchor it onto the center of mother earth. From your crown send up a line of light and anchor it to father sky. You may choose the sun, the moon, any planet even a far off galaxy. It s time for you to realize that you have more authority than you ever had dreamed and it s time for you to realize this. There s no more cowering in the wings hiding behind some fear that 6

8 you re going to get into ego. Those of a pure heart are those who are here. Worry not, for it is the pureness of your heart that has called you to discover this revelation process. From your heart center send down a wave of love to mother earth and receive back her love in return. 9 Forgiveness Exercise: Recommended by Spirit: Tapping I forgive myself for criticizing myself. Thinking I am less than. Comparing myself to others. Thinking I will never make it. Thinking I just don t have what it takes. I love myself! I give myself permission to gain full benefits from this process! ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` Soften the Corpus Callosum with Non-dominant handwriting. (For full info on non-dominant handwriting see any book by Lucia Cappachione) Get your pen and paper you re going to write with your dominant hand, that s the hand you always write with, however; we will switch to the nondominant hand to get the answer. 8

10 This is not automatic writing- a spirit will not grab your hand and make you write. You will get one, two or more words that come to you- write them as they come and more shall follow. The non-dominant hand is hard wired into the right side of your brain where your spirituality resides and where your inner wisdom is. This side of the brain hasn t learned to lie yet. It s important to refrain from talking while doing this exercise. The speech centers are located in the LEFT side of the brain. When you talk, you activate the left side. We want to get in touch with the RIGHT side of the brain as that is where spiritual information comes in. We are softening up your corpus callosum in order to pass information easily from the right to the left side. Each time we use NDH, we create new neural pathways between the left and right sides of the brain. If I could only give you ONE tool to increase your psychic awareness it would be Non-dominant handwriting! The more you do it, the more you open up all your psychic pathways! Write this down with your dominant hand. Dear heart, (you re addressing your physical heart) what are you longing to get from this seminar? Then switch the pen to your other hand and allow your inner wisdom to answer. Don t censor. It could be something as simple as inner peace. You may get just one thing you may get many things. 11 Sphere of Power Exercise Be sure you have done the balancing exercise and connecting with Heaven and Earth. For this exercise, we will call upon the elements, Ka, meaning fire, El, meaning Earth, Leem, meaning water, Om, meaning spirit. An Nur, meaning God s light. An Nur is two words. It s spelled A-N and then N-U-R. So, imagine that you re creating a circle of light in front of you and in that circle of light; you re going to create a sphere of energy. This requires using your imagination. We want to say the name of the elements four times. 10

12 Imagine a sphere of energy inside your circle of light and into that sphere, we re calling the elements. Each time you call the name of these elements, know that the elements themselves have consciousness and they come when they are called Begin: Ka, El, Leem, Om, An Nur, Ka, El, Leem, Om, An Nur Ka, El, Leem, Om, An Nur, Ka, El, Leem, Om, An Nur. Now Pay attention to how big your sphere is. Just imagine and I want you to actually do this. Take your hand and start to scoop up that sphere of power, ball of energy that you have created and compress it down to small enough that it fits into the palm of your hand. Now bring that up to your mouth and you re just going to breath on it a few times. You breathe your own Holy Divine breath to energize this with your essence. 11

13 Why? Because you ve energized your Sphere of Power with the elements, you ve energized your Sphere of Power with God s Light, which is what An Nur means and now you re going to energize your Sphere of Power for your own personal use with your own Divine Breath. Breathing into your Sphere, do it at least four times and on the end breath just breathe back in, the energy from your own Sphere. The power of the elements and the power of God s Light breathing in and breathing out. Breathing in and breathing out and now, your Sphere of Power is fully charged. So we re going to use this first to activate the Ka body, the Ka body is your spiritual twin. It hugs close to your body; it s not the Auric field that goes out a long ways. The spiritual twin hugs close to your body it is known in the Egyptian mystery schools and the first purpose of the Ka body was to help you attract the desires of your heart, where your energy goes, where attention goes energy flows. 12

14 Now take your Sphere of Power and hold it in the palm of one hand just imagine that you re lightly, not quite touching your skin, but lightly just putting that Sphere all over your body and activating your Ka body. You may feel a little electricity flowing as you do this. Pass it over all your body and then when you feel like you re complete take the Sphere in your hand and mash it together a little bit more until it s tiny, tiny, tiny. Because we re going to insert this through the third eye in the middle of the forehead and we re going to shoot it back to the Pineal gland. Squish it up real small and with this ball of power we re going to kind of slam it into your third eye and instruct it to go back to the Pineal gland. When it s in the Pineal gland, the elements and God s Light will begin to do the work of reconstructing, regenerating, rebooting your Pineal. This is an exercise that you will do daily. Now the Sphere of Power is endowed with power from on high and from within the Earth and it knows how much adjustment you are ready for. No need to worry that you re going to be over stimulated even though you may feel some pressure doing this exercise. Instruct your Sphere of Power that after it does its work on your Pineal for the day that it makes 13

15 its way down into the innermost chamber of your heart and it just rests there until you take it out. Why does it go to the innermost chambers of your heart? Because the desires of your heart are written on, the walls of your heart and the desires of your heart are the key to your destiny. The desires of your heart are why you are here. Just rest in peace knowing that you have this new tool and also know it s good to tune in. I usually do this exercise in the morning to give me strength for the day. But when you take your Sphere of Power out of your heart center and create another circle of light and toss the Sphere in there, it s good to call the elements again and to call God s Light again. But you can also call upon any kind of energy you might need for today. In other words, you could call the energy of Divine Revelation. You could call the Power of Jesus Christ; you could call the Energy of Patience. You could call the Energy of Inspiration. Whatever it is that you want to mix into your Sphere of Power for today, call it in and then pick it up squish it all around and activate your Ka body and then slam it into your 14

16 third eye and into the Pineal and let it continue its work. Journal the experience you had while doing this exercise. ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` Cabal clearing: Release resistance This exercise helps you determine if any Cabal energies are blocking you from receiving the most out of this seminar. (This is different from the Release from Puppet masters chakra exercise and should be done first.) Only do this exercise after you have grounded and balanced. Close your eyes, it s helpful to hold the HPT, Heart Point Technique position for 15

17 this exercise. Imagine that there are spotlights all around you. You are standing in the middle of a circle of light and there spotlights all around you. Focus on your Higher self-point- a gateway (18-24 inches above your head) Call Divine Light of revelation into your HSP. Ask for this Divine light to come streaming through the Corpus Callosum, Pineal gland, Thalamus, Hypothalamus, Pituitary and down into the recesses of your heart. We silently ask the question are there any Cabal interferences blocking me from receiving full benefit from this seminar? Just pay attention to whatever kind of image comes up for you. Shine the spotlight on whatever images you see. Awareness is everything. 16

18 Simply being aware that, yes there could be Cabal influences blocking you from receiving full benefits. Continue shining the spotlight on any image that comes up- even if it does not make sense to you! Very often just the fact that they re being seen and exposed will cause them to melt away. But to be sure, we use the power of Christ. Say: By the power of Christ, I command that you release any hold that you have on me concerning this seminar! Any Cabal energies have to melt away. They have no choice. Now use your spotlight just to search all around for anything that could be hidden. If there is anything hidden say I command you to come into the light! If you see any little thing, the spotlight is picking up, just repeat, by the power of Christ I command you to release your hold. You have no power over me and so it is, and so it is. This is a very simple exercise and yet very important for this depth of work that we re doing here. 17

19 Light up The Spine exercise: I learned this from an Indian author, Padma Aon Prakasha Padma learned this from a powerful Tibetan Tantric breathing practice called Central Channel breathing. I include a separate video of me doing this. To do it I m going to explain how you do it and then we re going to do it. You take two fingers, you hold them out in front of you and you point down to your genitalia. We want to bring the light up the spine so you re doing this in front of your body. This exercise uses your finger movement, your eyeball movement, breath and your imagination of light as you pull the light up the spine. (eyeballs are the compass of the soul) Facilitator: be sure you are familiar with this exercise before demonstrating 18

20 Point down towards your genitalia with two fingers. Hold your head steady and drop your eyes down to look at your fingers. (Now you won t be able to quite see your fingers unless you re holding them way up in front of you) but go ahead and lower your fingers as well to the top of your genitalia. Now you re going to do all these motions at the same time. You re going to take in a breath through pursed lips like your sucking through a straw. It sounds like this swswswsw, so you re going to take in a long slow breath and you re going to, with your fingers and your eyeballs and your breath you re going to pull the light up, up, up, up, up, up to about the 3 rd eye.(count of 7). You re going to slightly cross your eyes holding your breath (count of 7) then you re going to slowly follow your eyes and your fingers down to the base of your spine again. (count of 7) 1. Sit comfortably with spine upright. 2. Focus on your two fingers while pointing at your genitalia (root chakra) 3. Focus on the thin white line of light running through the center of your 19

21 spine. (drop only your eyeballs, not your head) 4. Purse your lips as if you are sucking through a straw. 5. In this position, inhale, imagining drawing light up your spine for 7 seconds.(use your fingers to compel the light upwards) 6. At the count of 7, (You should be at your 3 rd eye) cross eyes, raise them to 3 rd eye. 7. Hold breath for 7 seconds. 8. Exhale to count of 7 while lowering both your eyes and fingers back to root. (At this point, I like to breathe normally for a bit before the next round) *Padma recommends you do this exercise 12 times. To integrate this journal with Non-dominant hand. (According to Drunvalo Melchizedek, The human spirit is usually located in the Pineal Gland- however, the pineal houses the spirit, when we address the pineal, we address BOTH body and spirit) Dominant hand: Dear Pineal, How did you feel doing that exercise? Switch hand to answer. Share 20

22 Kundalini Exercise: Switch your awareness now to the base of your spine. You don t need any hand or eye movements with this. You ll be using your breath and your imagination. From that tailbone anchor breathe up fire from the center of the earth. Hot molten fire into the base of your spine, red, orange, blue, building into the hot fire beginning to awaken the Kundalini energy. Take another deep breath up from the center of the earth bringing in that energy of mother earth that sustains me. Feel the Kundalini fire growing hotter and hotter. Feel it spread to your reproductive system and your genitalia. Again, take a deep breath in through that cord bringing in that hot molten fire. Now the base of your spine is just boiling, simmering with hot Kundalini fire. WE are going to use this to both raise our awareness and to soften any calcification that has formed around the pineal. We do it with our breath a little bit differently this time. We re going to send the fire up both channels of the spine, all channels of the spine and it will encompass the pineal; 21

23 however, we re breathing in the fire and it s on the outbreath that we push the fire up. From the base of your spine taking in a deep breath of that fire and then pushing it up, up, up, up, up all the way, purest fire to the brainstem and then up further encompassing the pineal. Whoo. You might feel some sparks of electricity as the pineal begins to soften. Then just relax. Take another deep breath of the fire. Make it hotter and send it up more quickly. Take a deep breath in and on the outbreath push, push, push, push it up, encompass the pineal. And again, oh relax a moment. Take a deep breath in of that fire that never ends my beloved... and on the outbreath push it up, up, up, up encompassing the pineal, spreading throughout the whole cranial cavity until your head just feels like it s tingling all over. Dissolving toxins in this holy fire de-calcification. Now in this relaxed state we call upon my friend the guardian of the deep. He is a master whale; his name is Benjamin. 22

24 We ve been friends a long time. Calling the energy of Benjamin, we thank him. We ask him to send soft puffs of sonar energy to further soften and gently remove any calcification particles. As he lovingly emits his sonar energy we feel so relaxed. You can see the rods and the cones within the pineal which are just very similar to the rods and the cones within your physical eye. Imagine that you can see the love in his eyes as guardian of the deep reflected in the rods and cones of the pineal like a prism effect. Send love back to the creatures of the deep. And now see a line of light begin to extend from the pineal to both sides of the brain, to the amygdala. You could call the amygdala your trigger system; it does a lot of things, holds a lot of trauma and emotion. Sending healing light to the amygdala. Ask for both sides of the amygdala to become balanced in size and have heathy blood flow. Move forward to the hypothalamus, thalamus system, then into the pituitary then have all these streams of light joined together and pulsed out to the 23

25 heart. Does it matter if you know exactly where the systems are located? No, the subconscious knows? Now all those lines of light that you have commanded. Imagine that you can pulse them. Imagine that you can control the speed of the pulse, make it pulse a little faster. Now make it pulse slower. Change the color of the light that you are pulsing. Now make it a steady stream of light. This allows you united communication between all these systems. Repeat either out loud or to yourself, I own it that I have this power, I own it that I came forth to heal this, this day. Now as you are in a space of being protected and you have been commanding light. 39 Imagine this chakra coming into balance being filled with light, being filled with life and renewed energy. Take a deep breath in and out. Continue to relax. Those are the seven basic chakra s. Now we re moving into five chakras completely outside the body. These chakras are linked to certain flowers that grow upon the Earth. The 8th chakra, (3 to 12) feet above the head is associated with the lily. I honor this transducer of energy it steps down light frequencies, to establish a non-physical link beyond that of physical form. [Journal your experiences of this while it is fresh- as soon as you get back to earth!] ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` Unique Piezoelectric Pineal Exercise Here is a unique activation exercise to improve Pineal Gland/Third Eye function right now But first, you need to have a bit of scientific information. The exercise will take advantage of the piezoelectric effect. The liquid inside the pineal gland is filled with piezoelectric particles (also others which I will present at another time) Piezoelectric Effect is the ability of certain materials to generate an electric charge in response to applied mechanical stress. The word Piezoelectric is derived from the Greek piezein, which means to squeeze or press, and piezo, which is Greek for push. * 48

50 In summary The word piezoelectric literally means... electricity caused by pressure. I was asked to share this with you by Horus (Lord of the Pineal) and Jesus. * It was explained to me that YOU have the ability to apply pressure to the particles within your pineal by the use of your thoughts. If you are thinking negative thoughts you are applying negative pressure to the particles (not beneficial) However, if you are thinking positive thoughts and focusing on your pineal you are creating beneficial effects. Piezo Pineal The positive electricity response within the pineal begins the regeneration process. This is not just a onetime deal with time and awareness, your pineal will begin to function as it was originally intended. (Before we were robbed of our powers) One of the greatest signs of ascension is enhanced awareness. * Try this exercise: 1. Put your awareness on your pineal gland. 2. Access -How alive does it feel? (scale of1 to 10) 3. Focus on your physical beating heart for a moment while slowing your breathing.(helps to lightly touch your heart center) 4. Get into a state of gratitude by thinking of something you adore! 49

51 5. Now send thoughts of love to your pineal- imagine those thoughts massaging all the tiny piezoelectric particles in your pineal. 6. See the particles enjoying the pressure and responding excitedly! 7. Hold this until you feel the joy. 8. Now, measure again how alive does your pineal feel now? (1-10) ````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` Unity Breath expanded: Plus Sacred Space Phase 1 The unity breath expanded version is adapted from a medication from the book, Living in the Heart. Relax; relax your feet, legs, hips. Relax your back, your neck, your head, your shoulders, arms, and hands. Imagine a place in nature that you feel is beautiful and peaceful to you personally. Visualize this planet in as much detail as possible. See it, feel it, hear the sounds around it. Feel the love that you have for nature and for Mother Earth. Feel that love growing. Feel it in your physical beating heart and then expand it to your whole body. 50

52 Now, take that love, put it into a small sphere, and with your intention send it down to the very heart of Mother Earth. Imagine that it has arms and begins to embrace the heart of Mother Earth and then wait until you feel that love of Gaia sent back to you, to your heart. Feel the flow of love between you and Mother Earth and when it feels right, still holding that love of Divine Mother, shift your attention to the Divine Father. Imagine a place in the sky, the sun, the moon, the planet, a star. Feel the presence of the sun and let yourself feel the love you have for the Divine Father. Put your love into a small sphere and send it high in the heavens with the intention to go directly to your Divine Father, the Divine Masculine. Let your Father know the love that you feel. Imagine that your sphere has arms and begins to embrace the very heart of your Divine Father and then wait until you feel that love from the Divine Father. Feel Fathers love moving throughout your entire body and into your heart. Know this that at this moment the Holy Trinity is alive within you, the Divine 51

53 Mother, Divine Father, and you the Divine Child joined together in pure love. Be aware of this union and breathe in the breath of life. Second phase, put your awareness on your Pineal gland knowing that your spirit resides in your Pineal gland. See your spirit leaving your Pineal gland. Tiny little you moving up to the Corpus Callosum touching it with love giving it the blessing. Now, you, moving over to the right Amygdala the place that can hold a lot of pain and the place that may need healing. In the power of your spirit stretch forth your hand and touch the right Amygdala. Feel the power coming forth from the palms of your hands and healing with a gentle force, your right Amygdala. Now moving over to your left Amygdala, stretch forth your hand and send that same healing energy gently to your left Amygdala. When the time feels right, continue your journey towards the heart. 52

54 Stop at the throat Chakra, feel the softness of that Chakra. Leave the throat Chakra feel it expanding. Moving downward encounter your physical beating heart. Ask permission of the heart to enter. It s as if the heart itself opens up to you. I seek the sacred chamber of my heart and as you say these words, you find yourself in a place within your own heart that expands. Look around if its dark ask that there be more light. Be aware of how the darkness turns to light. You may be greeted by a being of light you may not. This is different for everyone. Once you can sense the sacred space of your heart, be very still, and be aware of the vibration. Perhaps it s a humming sound, perhaps it s just a something that you feel within the bones of your body, and bones conduct sound. Be very still and listen. Gently listen to your own hearts vibration. Then if you can try to imitate that same sound that you re hearing. You may make it with your voice; you may make it with some part of your body, rubbing your hands together. 53

55 Whatever feels right to you begin to make this sound. It may take the form of some type of toning. Your heart could vibrate with sound of pain or joy, something in between, or something that seems from another world. Do not sensor as this is different for everyone and may change over time as you continue to heal your heart. Give yourself time to be here in the sacred space of your heart for this space is older than creation itself. (teachers be sure to pause here) Before anything there was this space. Everything you have ever experienced since your soul was created is recorded within this space and especially, you have recorded your heart's deepest desire for this lifetime. It is here for you to remember your purpose. Why are you on Earth here at this time? You may see symbols or pictures. You may have flashes of insight. Just relax and let it be easy and when you feel ready know that you can return to this sacred space anytime. As you do this exercise more times you will find that you can enter quite rapidly. 54

56 Moving slowly now, move out of the sacred space of the heart and up to the throat Chakra. You may notice that the throat is more open. Move back up, you may notice as you approach the Pineal gland, that it seems brighter. Enter your Pineal and rest. Journal what this experience was like for you. Share. Before doing the following exercise, go back and do some tapping for grounding. Repeat Light up the spine. Entering the Holy of Holies/the tiny space within your heart This should be done only after you have done the first phase of finding the sacred space of the heart. Close your eyes and revisit your love for Mother Earth and Father Sky. Become the Divine Child. Put your awareness on your Pineal where the spirit resides. Leave your Pineal and move to your throat. You will notice each time you travel through the throat Chakra that it grows larger and more expanded. Now 55

57 move towards your heart. If you remember that sound or vibration that you heard on the first visit, begin to hum that. If you are able to make the sound you will enter much more quickly to the Sacred Space, you will find it easier and easier. Now within that sacred space ask for there to be more light and know that the Sacred Space is wonderful. But, there s a more Sacred Space. The Holiest of Holies or the Tiny Space within the Sacred Space, it s just a place where true creation can occur. Here is where the answers to your life s purpose lie. If there is a being of light who has met you in your Sacred Space, asked to be guided to that Tiny Space. (be sure and pause and give participant time to be there in peace) You may or may not have a being of light. You may be the being of light, for you have every right to return to this Holiest of Holies to this Tiny Space within the Sacred Space. You are there now at the opening to the Tiny Space. 56

58 Enter, feel the anointing of the Holy Spirit welcoming you. Breathe in; ask the space to grow a little larger. Be in the stillness it may be a velvety dark, it may be bright. Each time you enter this tiny, tiny space you will have a different experience. For this time, ask what is the most important thing for me to know right now? Feel the question going out from you and be aware of a knowing that is growing within your own heart. Raise your hands to receive the blessing of this Holiest of Holies. Know that as you are in this place your very cellular structure is being transformed, regenerate, and made alive in a way that you have never felt alive before. Breathe in this essence, be still, and know that I am God. This is the place where your divinity dwells. Enjoy this space as long as you desire. When you feel ready, make your way out of the Tiny Space into the Sacred Space. You may find many beings of light here now to congratulate you, to welcome you back home to the Holiest of Holies experience. 57

59 When you feel ready, raise your hands to bless this place. Bless every Being of light who is there with you.(if you find you are alone, simply bless the space (There is no wrong way to experience this) Then move back up the throat notice how large it is now. Then back up towards the Pineal gland. Enter the Pineal gland, rest, and know that the anointing that you have experienced will flow from your Pineal and your heart connection throughout all your being. Recharging your emotional body, your physical body, your Ka body, and your mental body, relax. Journal the experience when you return. ``````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````` Blood and Water ceremony: (teacher, before doing this you may want to go back and do some of the other exercises) It is wise to do some tapping for grounding again, before proceeding with this ceremony. 58

60 Phase three, the Blood and the Water Ceremony. Know that your spirit being fully recharged residing is in your Pineal, it has the power to leave at will and go wherever it decides (or is directed)within your body. For this most Sacred of Ceremonies begin by making your connection with Mother Earth and Father Sky. Before you actually leave your Pineal in spirit form, place your awareness on your physical beating heart and be in the state of gratitude. Take gratitude to Mother Earth, make gratitude to Father Sky, make gratitude to all those in your soul cluster, all the high beings of light. Some you have met some you have not met. Now, before actually making the journey towards your heart. Within the Pineal, you, the spirit who dwells there, you know that there is liquid containing piezoelectric particles, piezo luminous particles. Imagine that you, as your spirit, have a tiny golden cup. With this tiny golden cup, you fill it with this liquid from the Pineal. Then carefully holding the tiny cup, you leave the space of the Pineal and move slowly, so, as not to spill a drop of this precious liquid. 59
