1 LIGHTWORKS August 2002 Issue 168 Psychic and Healing Fair Fundraiser Psychics and Healers from all over the area are joining us on August 1st to raise funds to benefit SFFI Raleigh Chapter! Our annual fundraising event this year is a Psychic and Healing Fair featuring many of the area s top psychics, healers and other practitioners who have graciously volunteered their time to assist us in covering operating costs. Practitioners will offer 15- minute readings or healing sessions for a fee of $15. Subsequent 15-minute sessions (after the purchase of the first) will cost $10. Aura photographs may be purchased for $20. Appointments will be scheduled at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who want a traditional astrology reading need to bring their birth chart or birth information (date, time and place of birth) to the fair. The doors will open at 7 p.m. and the first session will begin at 7:30 p.m. The fair ends at 9:30 p.m. Readings will not be recorded. All proceeds go to Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship. Many, many thanks to each of the practitioners and other volunteers donating time and talents! The Psychic and Healing Fair will be held at our usual location - the main meeting room of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Raleigh. There will NOT be an early meditation. Our current host, the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Raleigh, is remodeling their meeting space. During that time, we will meet at the Community United Church of Christ on the corner of Wade Ave. and Dixie Trail in Raleigh. Missy Atkinson Massage, Directional Healing Missy Atkinson is a NC Licensed (#1536) and Nationally Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist. She offers gentle transformation to those with whom she works and comes in contact. She maintains a small private practice in her home as well as working at Body Elemental, Inc. in Raleigh. Her specialized training is in reflexology, pregnancy massage and newborn massage instruction. After her son was born, a higher calling came to become certified as a Directional Healing Practitioner.
