1 Now I realize that I have a very special place for people to convene but it doesn't matter - we're all still looking for the same thing - LOVE! Even those who purport to hate are looking for love! It just appears to me that their search is a bit misguided. Before you can truly feel love, it is so important to learn how to love yourself. So when I hear of 1,800 hate groups I think of all those people who do not love themselves and that is the saddest thing that I can think of. Hate Groups!! I didn't know there were so many people to hate! And why are all of these people hating other people? What or who has given them such animosity towards our sisters and brothers that they have to proclaim to the world that they have hate for others? Is this supposed to be a badge of honor, to send out the energy of hatred? I am so distressed by this because I see such beauty and kindness in those that I encounter everyday at Free Spirit, all sizes, races, sexes, rich and not so rich, all loving hearts reaching out for love and acceptance.

2 Plus, we'll have readers: Marene Martensen Tammi Kapitanski Open House/ Spirit Faire It has taken me years to truly accept myself as being a pretty darned wonderful person so I know the challenges and courage it takes to have love for oneself. But we all need to send out all the love we can to those who have not yet given themselves the gift of their own beauty and grace. We do not have to accept their hatred or condone it but in order to shift the consciousness, we do need to love unconditionally no matter what. My proposal is that we start a billion LOVE GROUPS and look at each other and greet each other in love every single day. Love is the only thing that can shift the loneliness of hatred and it begins in each individual heart. We have a LOVE GROUP at Free Spirit Crystals and you are all invited to be a part of it. Benefit Concert with Diane Bloom and Ann Ruane Diane & Ann present DianeandAnn-a-ram-a-lam-a-ding-dong A Benefit Concert for Eli Hansen Saturday, April 13th at 7:00 pm Unitarian Universalist Church West W North Ave, Brookfield Mark down on this date on your calendar - Saturday, April 13th. Ann and I are presenting a benefit concert for a very special boy: In April 2016, at the tender age of 4, Eli Hansen was diagnosed with High Risk Stage 4 Neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer. He went through an aggressive 16 month treatment protocol that included surgery, chemotherapy, stem cell collection, 2 stem cell transplants, radiation and immunotherapy in the midst of more tests, scans and procedures. In summer 2017, there were clear scans and bloodwork, resulting in No Evidence of Disease. Eli continued with monthly clinic visits and labs, including trips to Michigan for what should have been a 2 year clinic trial for maintenance therapy. Then, on August 16, 2018, Eli and his family learned of a relapse of the neuroblastoma. The aggressive journey of chemotherapy and immunotherapy continue. Enjoy a fun-filled evening of familiar, classical and original music.
