Now, shall we begin? In order for you to fully benefit from your Reiki Prosperity meditation audio, we recommend that you listen to this once a day. Make this an everyday habit, because there's nothing more powerful than ritual. Do use good quality headphones for this audio, to maximize the benefits of the technology utilized for this special recording. If this is your first experience with meditation, you may find yourself having some difficulty "emptying your mind". You may have all kinds of thoughts flooding your mind, distracting you from the goal of keeping your mind clear and free. Don't worry. Try not to focus on the thoughts that come to your mind. Don't hang on to any one particular thought. Allow them to drift aimlessly in your mind. Simply observe them from a distance, like you would do with fish in an aquarium. Now, what can you expect in this recording? This recording is in fact a "plain meditation"...

3 Which means there will be very few spoken words and no subliminal content. Through binaural beats and isochoric tones, this recording will gently consolidate, harmonizes, and balances your overall "life energy". In today's fast paced society, we're susceptible to having ourselves get lost in the chaos. We're constantly exposed to negative influences, bombarded with less than comforting news about recessions, depressions, layoffs, mortgage crises, terrorism... And when some of these news hit close to home, we find ourselves thrown off balance. You might not even be consciously aware of it. Your subconscious however will take notice. It can indirectly have an adverse effect on your physical, mental and emotional faculties. Reiki Harmony is designed to put a stop to that. This recording will help you keep your body, mind, and spirit grounded even in the face of adversity and negative influence around you. Despite the many "hits" you take on, you will remain steadfast, stoic, resolute. Remember, nothing can affect you unless you will it so. When you are one with your mind, body, and spirit, you feel safe, secure, and content within your very self, and you will go forth into the world with unshakable confidence and conviction. Now, here's how you can make the most of this recording. Sit comfortably in a chair. You may also listen to this while laying down, before your sleep, or in the morning once you're awake. Each section is approximately 7 minutes long. There are 7 sections altogether, one for each chakra. Put your headphones on. Now gently cup your hands in your groin area.

4 If you're sitting, let your forearms rest on your thighs. Once the meditation begins, close your eyes and imagine all six Reiki symbols gathering above your head. See them gently floating, spinning, and drifting around you. Now hold the symbols above your crown chakra. They're sparkling, glittering, turning in the light. Know that you are both IN the light, and you ARE the light. Once you hear the tones and music change, with your mind's eye, see the symbols drift down like snowflakes all around you. They're falling over and inside your head. See the Raku symbol gathering at your third eye chakra, filling your head with golden light that radiates outwards. Allow it to illuminate your senses, and as it does, you're able to see things AS THEY ARE. Allow it to shed light on your fears, your doubts, your uncertainties, and "make light of them". Now, as the tones change again, imagine the symbols float downward inside and around your throat and neck area. The Usui Reiki Master Symbols come to the fore, circling around your neck like a crystal necklace, humming with energy. (Crystals are amplifiers of energy, so imagine the symbols giving power to your inner voice) The tones change again, and now the symbols drift further downward, inside and outside of your body. The Tibetan Master symbols surround your chest area, filling your heart with warmth with every beat. Feel nothing but good feelings swell within your heart. Now the symbols drift further down, to your Solar Plexus, the vulnerable area where you take your "hits".

5 The Distance symbols come to fore, expanding both inside and outside of you. The Distance symbol is special as it encompasses, embraces and transcends time and space. It is past, present, and future. Allow the energy from the Distance symbols to open a space from within you. Let the symbols fill you, and empty you at the same time. You are both particles, and space between particles. You are full of the symbols and the space in between. Now the symbols drift down inside and around your belly, into your very "bowels". Your cupped hands catch the Mental and Emotional symbols. As your hands are filled with those symbols, you feel a warmth emanating from them (your hands) which spreads out and into your veins. The warmth calms the roiling emotions within you, and quiets your mind. The Power symbols drift down and settles around the bottom of your spine and posterior. Feel them support you, giving you a solid base upon which you may root yourself in. You are immovable. You're almost done. Remain seated. Breathe. Bask in the warmth and the knowledge that you are firmly rooted. Know within your heart of hearts that all is well. You are in YOUR universe. No other Universe matters. Take a few deep breaths. Now smile, and return to the present.

6 This meditation audio is made to attune your mind, body, and spirit into one harmonious unit. Helping you manifest the best version of you that you can be. Now, what can you expect in this recording? First, you're going to be guided into a more relaxed state of mind. You're going to hear the names of the chakras, followed by the names of the symbols that you should be seeing in your mind's eye. You'll also hear soothing music, accompanied by binaural and monaural beats, and also Isochoric Tones, which for some of you out there may sound like a helicopter, so no need to panic if you hear the sounds of a helicopter as you listen to this audio. After approximately seven minutes, the tones and music will change, and you will be guided to the next chakra, with the corresponding Reiki symbol that should appear within your mind's eye. This process will continue after every seven minutes, until we've covered all seven chakras. That's it. Once you've completed the audio, it is recommended that you remove your headphones and sit in silence with your eyes closed for the next five to ten minutes. If you don't have the luxury of even five minutes, then allow yourself a few moments of quiet time before proceeding with whatever you need to do. Shall we begin?
