There is a galactic thought field of quantum energy vibration. This vibrational energy field allows thought energy to be communicated throughout the entire galaxy. The means of this communication includes telepathy. It also includes the ability to receive messages from the masters. Now on the Earth, the sensitivity of the Starseeds is increasing. This is important because the ability to receive this energy must be strengthened. Imagine if you will, a large radio telescope. Perhaps, for example, you have seen the telescopes in Puerto Rico that are famous radio telescopes in that state. The bigger the dish of the telescope, the better the signal from the galaxy can be received. 1 of 16

2 Fede Zaina Q&A with Juliano Spiritual Practice Native Peoples Featured GOF Member of the Month Fede Zaina is the GOF Member of the Month. Here's his story... Namaste. I am Fede Zaina, I'm 36 years old and I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am a Systems Analyst and Software Developer. I've also studied Psychology; I practice Reiki and am a Mindfulness Meditation Instructor. Last year I started to host a small weekly meditation group using my own meditations. I kept trying to find my purpose in psychological and alternative therapies; I became vegetarian, and have practiced Yoga, Meditation, Reiki and activities like that since I was 18. My spiritual break-through came in Easter Week of 2015, when I was in a shamanic Ayahuasca retreat in the mountains in Central Argentina. During our work a shaman's friend, a Lightworker at the retreat, led us on a night walk to a clearing in the mountains. Whilst we were in meditation, light ships started to appear, flying around to salute us. I found out later that this Lightworker is an incarnated Arcturian Master, he told us they were Arcturian light ships and explained a lot about Mother Earth's process. These telescopes are radio telescopes. And they are receiving certain radio frequencies all over the galaxy and beyond. In the area of Puerto Rico, there is an array, a group, of radio telescopes, because one telescope is not big enough. The scientists and astronomers understand that they can make the telescope bigger by using groups of telescopes, instead of one. The reason is that the signal from the radio telescope can be very weak. So you must increase the strength of the telescope to make the signal stronger. In some cases, the astronomers are using radio telescopes together in an array around the planet. Because of the advancement in computer technology, they are able to coordinate radio telescopes in Australia, in Puerto Rico, in Switzerland. Now, imagine how big the dish is when you expand the dish to different parts of the world. Now I want to use this analogy in talking about the Planetary Cities of Light. You are Starseeds and you are working to receive spiritual signals through the quantum world. Higher beings throughout the galaxy are sending spiritual energy and information to the earth. But this spiritual frequency, which I call a quantum frequency, is weak because they are using a special quantum light frequency that is very weak. The Planetary City of Light project can be compared to an array of radio telescopes. By people coming together, like they are doing in Airuma (Brazil), you are building a greater spiritual receive dish, a greater telescope of receptivity so that you can receive the signals from the Galactic Masters more strongly. Now the Planetary Cities of Light can connect like a radio telescope. You can have one Planetary City of Light in Airuma, Brazil and another Planetary City of Light in Herrisau, Switzerland. Now your spiritual receptivity to galactic energy becomes stronger because you have increased the strength of your telescope. The Planetary Cities of Light can increase the ability to receive these signals from the galactic masters. The technology of receiving these signals is improving and it is improving because you are having more Cities of Light. It is improving because you are learning to connect the Planetary Cities of Light to the Tree of Life. And the Galactic Masters are aware of the improvement of the receptivity. The Planetary Cities of Light project is in the beginning stages of strengthening the receptivity. I congratulate your work on this important subject. Your ability to receive messages and work with the Galactic Masters will be improving. Individually, by strengthening your Planetary City of Light, you make the group telescope stronger. As 2 of 16

3 This Arcturian Master gave all of us keys to our lives and spiritual work. All my questions were answered. I came back to Buenos Aires fully renewed, spiritually awakened and activated. I started to look for information about the Arcturians on the net, and found the Group of Forty page from Spain. I contacted them, asking if they had members in South America. They forwarded me to Purvesh, the South America coordinator who hosts our weekly meditation group in Buenos Aires. It was being held a few blocks from where I live. I joined the Group of Forty in 2015 and regularly participate in the weekly meditations. I also collaborate in three meditation retreats that Purvesh organizes each year. I have recently joined the GOF Biorelativity Committee. Being a member of GOF is important to me because on a daily basis, with each spiritual meditation and lecture, I feel more and more connected with my guides and masters, with my own spiritual path. I feel we are helping Mother Earth to heal and evolve with our GOF work. I am honored to be of service in this holy and sacred task. I also get to know other seekers, unaware Starseeds and Lightworkers in my Meditation and Reiki activities, and I am helping to awaken more people as I advance on my own spiritual path. We are ancient and wise souls that came in a great service to restore peace and love in this beautiful and wonderful planet. you learn to interconnect with the other Planetary Cities of Light, you will begin to receive great cosmic information. I have been extremely tired and can't seem to get enough sleep, regardless of sleeping a lot! I am not depressed or stressed that I am aware of. Is there something going on? ZZZZZ Dear Z, You are probably adjusting to all the rapid energetic changes going on the planet right now. David and I are experiencing the same thing!! There is so much chaos, polarization, trauma, solar activity and other things that sensitive Starseeds do well to stay sane!!! What to do? I recommend that you detach from Earth trauma, stay balanced by tuning into Mother Earth as often as possible and do the things that give you pleasure. Biorelativity is the ability to interact with the Spirit of the Earth with higher consciousness. On one level, biorelativity can create unity consciousness and a unified energy field. Noorelativity is the ability to send thoughts and energy into the Noosphere for the purposes of manifesting a higher healing light throughout that planet. 10 A Visit to Lake Taupo Taupo-nui-a-Tia (The great cloak and beating heart of NZ) is what Maori call it. The Great Lake Taupo is what the locals call it. It is the largest freshwater lake in Australasia and roughly the size of Singapore; a staggering 159 metres [ feet] deep with a perimeter of 193 kilometres [119.9 miles]. The Importance of Meditation When we practice Meditation on a daily basis, we start noticing subtle changes. One of the most important is our capacity to be more in focus, to be able to concentrate more and develop our ability to have more attention. Born from a super volcano around 186AD, where the huge caldera (collapsed crater) is only partly filled by the Lake and the surrounding township of Taupo. Ash from its huge eruption has been found in ice cores drilled as far away as Greenland. As you drive around the surrounding countryside you can see the outer edges of the volcano is far bigger than the lake itself. The volcano is dormant and is on The Pacific Ring of Fire. The entire region is an active geothermal area. In a recent channeling for the Council of Elders Juliano told us that even Starseeds have very little attention span, very narrow capacity for attention. This can change with the daily practice of Meditation where we develop this ability to be more present, more focused on what we are doing in the present moment. There are other qualities, which grow as meditation deepens. For example we start feeling more loving without a cause. As your meditation grows and deepens your lovingness will start spreading beyond humanity to animals, to trees, to nature in general, your lovingness should be spread to the whole of existence. As your meditation goes higher, your lower qualities will start disappearing. You will notice that your anger is not as strong as before, other lower emotions also will change, you slowly will 10 of 16

11 get out of old emotional and you will be in a state of inner peace and serenity. In the Council of Elders we develop webinars that help us in the practice of Meditation. From the basic Mindfulness teachings till the more advance Galactic Meditations with techniques like shimmering, bilocation or thought projection. Let me share with you one simple and effective Mindfulness practice called the body scan meditation that will relax your body and calm the mind: The body-scan exercise This should take about minutes. You may want to lie on the floor on a mat making sure you are warm and comfortable, covering yourself with a blanket and resting your head on a cushion or pillow. You can also do this sitting upright. Take care to ensure you will not be disturbed for the period of the body scan. 1. First check in with your body, just as it is right now, noticing the sensations that are present. Feel the contact the body is making with the floor. 2. Then scan the body, sweeping your awareness through different parts of the body without judging what you are aware of but, as best you can, bringing attention to your experience moment to moment. 3. Starting with the crown of the head, notice any sensations here; tingling, numbness, tightness or relaxation. Let me define prophet for you from the Arcturian perspective. A prophet is a being who has gone to the fifth dimension and has returned to the Earth to teach the fifthdimensional perspective on the Earth. A prophet is somebody who has gone to the higher realms and has personally experienced what it is like to live in a higher thought field. After this experience they return to the Earth in order to work on implementing that higher thought field onto this planet. I have visited many other planets and have seen some of the prophets that have come to those planets. There are cases where the prophet has had a dramatic effect on the planet and things have changed. But on the Earth you all know that the coming of prophets often has led to more conflict, not less conflict. There is a reason for that and I will spend some time explaining this to you. The reason is because there are so many different types of people on the Earth. There are so many different races or species or variants that are incarnated onto the Earth. If there were just one group, then the prophets would be more successful. But there are variant groups. The reason there are so many different groups is because the Earth is a freewill zone and because the Earth is a freewill zone many different groups have been given permission to come here to explore their freedoms in the realm of creating thought fields for higher dimensions. I will point out briefly that Sananda/Jesus did arrive on the Pleiades. He was called Emmanuel on that planetary excursion and the effect that he had on that planet was immediately dramatic and very positive and led to a planetary ascension. He helped to lead to the ascension of that planet and helped to move the entire population into the higher realm. Were it not for Emmanuel/Sananda's work on the Pleiades that planet would not have ascended. Realize that Jesus/Sananda did come to the Earth to raise 11 of 16

12 including the head, feel the weight of the head as it rests on the cushion including awareness the forehead. Notice whether or not you can feel the pulse in the forehead, whether there is tightness or ease. Then include the eyes, the nose, cheeks, mouth, chin and the ears, including any sounds that you notice coming to the ears. Beicome aware moment by moment of the changing pattern of sensations; feelings of warmth, coolness, ease. If you notice your mind wandering, this is perfectly natural and what minds do. Notice if your mind has wandered is a moment of awareness, then just gently guide your mind back to the part of the body you are focusing on. 4. Then let go of the head and face and move your awareness into the neck and shoulders; noticing the strong muscles in this part of the body, having awareness of any tension in the neck and throat. Perhaps becoming aware of the sensation of air in the throat. 5. Move your awareness now to the shoulders; the places where there is contact between the shoulders and the floor, stretching your awareness into the arms, elbows, wrists, hands and fingers, aware of what is here in each moment. 6. Shift the focus now to the chest area; noticing the subtle rise and fall of the chest with the in and out breath. Turn your awareness to the ribcage; front and back of the ribs, sides of the ribs, the upper back resting on the floor. Notice any aches and pains here and see if you can bring a sense of gentleness and kindness to these areas. the consciousness here. But for the most part his planetary experience was not similar to the planetary experience of the Pleiades. On the Earth there was not yet the coming together of the fifth-dimension thought field that can hold and sustain itself. On a planetary timetable I have to say that now there is a new opening, a new understanding of the messages of these prophets and some amazing thought field experiments and thought field energies can now be stabilized. 13 7. Now turn your awareness to the abdomen and stomach; the place where we feel our "gut feelings," noticing your attitude to this part of your body. See if you can allow it to be as it is, taking a relaxed and accepting approach to this part of the body. Then stretch your awareness to the lower back; the lumber spine, feeling the gentle pressure as the back meets the floor before moving your awareness to the pelvis area, the hip bones, and sitting bones, genitals and groin. Notice any sensations or lack of sensations that are here, perhaps being aware of the breath in this part of the body. Bring a kindly attention here. 8. Now let go of the torso as the centre of your awareness and move your attention to the thighs of both legs; feel the weight of the legs, gently notice what other sensations that are here. Tune into the skin, bone and muscles of the legs. If your mind has wandered into thinking, planning, worrying, day dreaming just gently guide it back to this part of the body. 9. Next turn your attention gently towards the knees; bringing a friendly attention. Notice if there is any discomfort here and if there is none then notice what is present here. 10. Stretch your attention into the calves of both legs; notice how your muscles feel here. Feel this part of the legs from the inside out, the flesh and bone of the lower legs. Miller Question asked by Miheala of Switzerland There is a region in Southern France near the border to Spain and the Pyrenes mountains, where there is the mountain of Bugarach (pronounced "Boogarush"). One says there is a lot of extraterrestrial and especially Arcturian energy anchored there. What can you tell us about it? I can tell you this area is an inter-dimensional corridor. There are inter-dimensional corridors in different parts of this planet. For example, Stonehenge is an interdimensional corridor. Each has certain vibrations and certain tasks and purposes and this one does have the purpose, and the ability, to house spaceships and other inter-dimensional travelers in the mountain corridor areas. It's hidden. By hidden I mean it is not well known. When travelers from other dimensions come to the earth and reside here, for whatever reason, they do not want to be seen and do not want the areas where they are residing to be easily found. This means this interdimensional corridor has unique cloaking techniques and is able to hide. I refer to the example given by Billy Myer, who was a Pleiadian Starseed. Billy would see the Pleiadian spaceships coming to earth. He would be sent out to certain places in the forest and wait for the ships. He could see the ships coming but others couldn't see them. They were opening up a special 13 of 16

14 attention. See if it is possible to bring a gentleness and kindliness into your awareness, not forcing your self, bring a lightness of touch to your attention in this part of the body. 11. Finally, move your attention into both feet; the heels of the feet, the instep the balls of the feet, the tops of the feet, skin and bone and finally the toes. See if it's possible to distinguish one toe from another. Notice whether there is tension here; sensations, numbness, tingling and allowing any tension to soften as you bring a gentle attention to it. 12. Now take one or two deeper breaths and widen your focus. Fill the whole body with awareness. Notice whatever is present. Sweep the body with your awareness from top to bottom, experience the body from the inside out. Notice whether there is any non acceptance towards any parts of the body as you fill the body with a gentle awareness. See if you can have compassion for any judgments or for any tensions or pain that might be present as and when you notice it. Feel the energy of life flowing through you. And rest in the awareness of this amazing body that you have, compassion for its pains and appreciation for its capacities and the wonder of it. Practicing this exercise will help us to be more focused, relaxed and present in our lives. In certain times it is open but you have to have permission from the higher beings that are there to see and sense the corridor energy. The Indigenous population is coming together on the South American, Central American and North American continents in an endeavor to take back their authentic responsibility to honor our Mother Earth. They are creating specific plans to bring back Sacred Places for all of humanity to share for prayers and rituals. These sites will be dedicated to Earth Healing and Unification of her Children. Our Indigenous Brothers want us to understand that when we learn to connect to the Sacred Spirit of the Rituals that they practice, that we take on a new responsibility of working with our EARTH MOTHER. For so long they have been prevented from using their prayers in public that there is a great deal of concern that we will not honor these Gifts of Healing in the proper way. I am speaking for the GOF and reassuring them that we have the same objective as they have. We honor their work and would like to support it as a Group. Biorelativity Earth Healing is not a term that they use and we as the Group of Forty will need to be patient in presenting our goals. We are moving in the right direction, as they are willing to use this forum of the webinar to bring their work forward.
