To get different results, we must apply different approaches. To use ways we ve always used, we stay in patterns that we ve always had. We may feel safe but this does not alter our results. The following information is revealed to you based on many years of research and applying new strategies and concepts. 3 CHAPTER 1 Alignment with your Higher Self Higher Self is a term used to refer to the higher aspect of your Self and your consciousness. It is referred to within Buddhist, theosophical and modern spirituality texts as being the highest state of consciousness that you can attain. This Self is a part of a Higher Source of Energy or All That Is or The Universe etc. Everyone has a Higher Self. It is the part that governs and oversees all that you do and experience in this earthly lifetime. It allows you to keep on track with your purpose and helps you gain learnings during your trials and challenges. It is the part that keeps you infinitely connected to Source Energy, wisdom, knowledge and power. It is not of the third dimension and yet it has the power to communicate to and influence you here. WHY Aligning with your Higher Self is important. Tapping into your higher wisdom, knowledge, power and insight allows you to have clarity, confidence and direction. It allows you to access a place where all things are possible. Connecting to this wisdom and guidance brings integrity to all that you do. Without this connection you can find yourself going in circles and spinning your wheels without gaining traction. You experience confusion and insecurity, which leads to unsatisfying results. Momentum and clarity affords you ease, grace and positive emotions leading you to the success of a venture, idea or new pathway. Ultimately it leads to greater individual fulfillment and aligns with the greater good of all of humanity. When you have a connection with the highest parts of yourself, energetically you bring (initiate) those around you to also engage with their integrity. Why live life out of alignment when this wisdom is always available to you? HOW Some people have an easy and direct connection to their Higher Self without effort. Some develop connection with their Higher Self by developing their psychic senses. Some people are born listening to it and never know what it is. Richard Branson of the Virgin empire is a wonderful example of how listening to intuitive guidance brings great results. His story is one of humble beginnings but one where he followed his guidance impeccably. The information provided by inner guidance varies as much as people are varied, but being able to listen to and action this guidance is a technique that can be learned and mastered. Beginning to align to your Higher Self requires an appreciation and understanding of energy. There are many quantum field theories and philosophies that have proven the presence and affects of an energy field. For example, we know that a magnet works but we can only see the magnet. We see the effects of the force of the magnet on iron filings. In this way, we know there is a field of energy and that there are effects within this field. Essentially, we can apply this to our own energy field. In western culture, we have been traditionally conditioned to only believe that which we can see, hear, taste, smell and touch. However we know there are many forces that we cannot sense with these 5 senses alone. For example, we have a heart that emits a magnetic field of 12 feet or more, beginning at the heart and radiating outwards into the space Whenever an answer, a solution, or a creative idea is needed, stop thinking for a moment by focusing attention on your inner energy field. 4 around the body. The Heart Math Institute describes the heart to be more powerful than the mind to influence perception. It can influence the magnetic field of someone in physical proximity. "Since emotional processes can work faster than the mind, it takes a power stronger than the mind to bend perception, override emotional circuitry, and provide us with intuitive feeling instead. It takes the power of the heart." Doc Childre, Founder, Institute of HeartMath The analytical mind, contrary to popular belief, is not as strong as the heart however it still has an affect on the energy you emit. Commanding your own energy field is your birthright. You re the boss of your energy. You can give it away. You can bring it back to you. You can direct it creatively with discernment and precision. Much of the conditioning within our culture, from our parents and authorities such as teachers or bosses and even our peers can promote (knowingly or unknowingly) the practice of giving our power to them. Think about some of the conditioned beliefs that you took as truth during your upbringing. For example: You must make choices based on what others think of you. You won t be approved of or respected without a certain qualification. You can t do physical work because you re female. Whilst these may not directly relate to you, as human beings we are all subjected to authorities and their request of us. The highest truth is that you are your own authority for the direction of your life and you make choices that directly influence the outcomes you experience. Other s demands on you relate to their needs. Contrary to popular assumption, you are responsible only for yourself. Your choice to assist, care for and support another has highest integrity when chosen from the heart. If you make a choice based on obligation, rational and analytical thinking, you run the risk of giving your power away without alignment with your Higher Self. This can result in resentment and negative outcomes. You are given the authority in your life. You do not need to conform to others demands unless it is in alignment with your heart intelligence and Higher Self. There is a variety of choice when you re listening to your Self. This requires discernment and awareness of various aspects of the Self. The diagram below shows different states of consciousness, how they overlap and how they are accessed.

Hypnotherapy, NLP, Hypnosis and meditation give access to higher states of consciousness and awareness. Here you can access the superconsciousness of the Higher Self and expanded states of awareness. The lower self or ego is part of the unconscious Self (the part that has received subliminal conditioning from others in utero and during childhood). The conscious Self is where will and presence occur. The Higher Self can be thought of as an oversoul or Angelic Self delivering access to the higher states of consciousness and insight. The practice of meditation allows you to quiet the ego mind (a term made popular by Echkart Tolle s novels the Power of Now and A New Earth 1 ) and to allow the voice of the Higher Self to be heard. By quieting the ego mind we release the busy-ness of the conditioned culture we reside within. Being busy and overwhelmed with tasks appears to be a common state of our commericialised context and can be somewhat glorified as if it is an important or beneficial state. Whilst this may be the case and highly valued in some social situations, it is not conducive to reaching higher awareness or to create new realities. Using techniques such as calling your energy back to you, concentrating and expanding your energy field, anchoring yourself into the multi-dimensional realities and cleansing your aura allows you to let go of toxic energetic attachments, thought entities that are not your own and to bring yourself into full, clear balance. 6 CHAPTER 2 Attuning to your Innate Life Purpose and Gifts What do you want to know about your Life Purpose? STEP 1: Write a list Ú Remember what you used to love as a child. List those dusty memories now. You ll be surprised how they link into your next steps. Ú Remember what you said you wanted to be when you grow up. List these dreams now. They remain in your subconscious memories. As a child, you were in your purest form, with less cultural conditioning, less concerns of the opinions of others and a strong belief that you could and would do anything! Ú What do you most enjoy now? Make a list of what you enjoy in your lifestyle now. This can be what you like to do every day, on the weekends and holidays? What is important to you every month, 6 months or year? Your ability to be aware of what you enjoy now and to identify what aspects mean the most to you are a strong indication of your purpose. That which stimulates the highest sense of fulfillment, joy and connection is your purpose. That which feels confining, limiting and smothering of your true Self, is not. Simple. STEP 2: Get into expanded and higher consciousness state Access your concentrated and cleansed aura with meditative state. Slip into the gap. Centre yourself in the space between thoughts and into silence. You are feeling open. Your heart chakra, your crown and your third eye are open. You are ready to receive great insight and clarity. STEP 3: Ask Invocation is the term used in spiritual circles; prayer is used in religious circles. You may simply wish to call it asking. Here is an example (best commanded out aloud): I call Light to myself now. I concentrate and expand my aura now. I anchor myself into the heart of Gaia now. I invoke the Highest Consciousness within me, throughout all dimensions of and beyond time and space. I am ready to connect and receive all wisdom, knowledge, insight, clarity, healing, light and love that is available to me now. I invoke that which is the highest truth for my highest good and for the highest good of all those connected to me and for our Planet. I ask for a coning of white light around me, around those connected to me and around our planet. Remain in this state of awareness of your true Self. Then activate your senses your feeling sense, your deep hearing sense, your deep knowing sense, your multi-dimensional seeing sense. Feel the result of the invocation that was granted immediately in response to your command. Release attachment to any outcome. Now is the perfect time to attune to your Life Purpose and Gifts. Ú What is my purpose now?

7 Ú What am I here to gift? Ú What is the first step I need to do in preparation now? STEP 4: Trust Let the Universe handle the details When we ask for guidance from a consciousness beyond the third dimensional (3D) mindset of our every day, the rational mind can suddenly appear. It can criticise harshly, interrupting the flow with judgments that you are silly, that the guidance is made up or that it s irrelevant. The ego or lower mind has inexhaustible tactics to interrupt the flow! Your deep trust can quiet the ego voice. Maintain focus on the Higher Self s voice and on being expanded and open. Allow a higher power and the Universal Laws, to activate an infinite organising power to orchestrate the details for you. Once you allow the information to flow and come and we trust that we have made the right steps to make this connection. In the beginning it can feel counter-intuitive to listen and allow. As you practice and continue, you shall find that it becomes second nature and a strong, invaluable tool to leading an inspired, connected and rewarding life. If you don t hear anything at all, don t give up. You haven t done anything wrong and this is normal. It could be that you re not fully relaxed or that the chatter in your mind is too loud. Continue earnest and consistent effort. If you can continue this practice for just a week, you will find you receive your shift in awareness. Use guided meditations to assist you to access deeper states of consciousness and awareness. STEP 5: Receive Similar to the step before, allow the information to come. Receive. Be present as the information flows to you, directly in response to your asking. When we ask, every time it is given. Your capacity to receive is the true measure of your connection. This step is very important. It is common practice in western culture to want to respond or react instantly. When you have practiced meditation, you discover that you no longer need to participate in this step. You can simply be present. This is an alchemical process that gives space, respect and depth to the potential that has just been born. STEP 6: Record This completes the process of accessing the Higher Self for guidance and is also very important. Because you have accessed altered states of higher consciousness, the information can disappear as you shift to the everyday consciousness. Before this occurs and whilst you re in the receptive phase, make notes. They may be as brief or detailed as you wish, but ensure you record those precious responses. These will be invaluable as you action your new authentic, liberated and rewarding life.

8 Chapter 3 Allowing multiple streams of abundance to flow effortlessly to you through these Divine Gifts In our current day and age, we are conditioned to believe that once we have a job we then work our way up the corporate ladder and our earnings will increase. We hope that this also means we acquire more free time and other indicators of wealth such as a home or two, perhaps a boat and yearly holidays. We acquire a professional title and soon this becomes a source of pride and identity that influences our self-value and how we contribute in community. Whilst this model worked well for a number of decades, the significance of a title is a leftbrained concept and does not take into account creativity, freedom, purpose and multidimensional awareness. Having both hemispheres fully activated and harmonized allows greater abundance: creativity with a solid anchoring in our cultural context and society. The left-brain rational and analytical thinking allows us to govern our physical body in the physical world. If this is done solely in response to the conditioned values of our society, there is limited creativity, limited out-of-the-box genius thinking and limitations on lifestyle results. You end up with a carbon copy of John Smith s lifestyle next door. Once we action our passion, this opens our energy to more flow and creativity. This act of multiplication and consistent expansion is very exciting and begins to take place once you ve taken your inspiration and put it into an action plan. Once you begin to take action, the momentum has begun and you re off! The universal laws of Attraction, of Dharma (or purpose in life 2 ) and of Pure Potentiality are engaged and you find yourself in the flow. The ability to allow multiple streams of abundance is in following intuitive guidance every step of the way. As you activate your purpose, potential and desire, you are flowing downstream with the great river of life force. As a river flows, your passion, service, concept or product is able to branch out in many directions, flowing abundantly to the great ocean. Working with universal life force, inspiration and practical application planning, allow you to attract the right opportunities, techniques and tools at the right time. Your ability to respond to these signposts along the way requires significant openness, mastery of mind and alertness to notice and follow synchronicity. Your journey is unending as you grow and attain mastery at these innate foundational skills, but as you grow and enter mastery be sure to celebrate and collaborate with like-minded people, groups and companies that reflect your values and integrity. Inherent in every intention and desire is the mechanics for its fulfillment. Intention and desire in the field of pure potentiality have infinite organising power.
