Special thanks go to those who attended the first presentation of my First Sunday Speaking To Heaven gallery. It was a big success! I hope to see more of you next month, as this event will be ongoing every first Sunday of the month. I especially enjoyed hearing from several skeptics after the gallery who shared with me that they now believe in Heaven you ve got to love that! 4 honda Manning, Psychic Medium ~ Newsletter, March 2013 of 7 3/13/2013 2:55 PM Rhonda Byrnes book, The Secret, hit the top seller list while introducing to the general population the concept that we are powerful energetic beings capable of manifesting with concentrated intention around desired goals. She deserves much credit for getting the ball rolling on this subject. However, there is more to this topic than the concept of simply asking the universe for what we want; as a psychic medium and psychotherapist I see that there is additional knowledge to explore when discussing manifestation. I would like to introduce my readers to the concept of energetic management, with a focus on the energetic bodies, life lessons, and the subconscious influence of the manifestation process. We have to understand our own energetic system that fuels the energy for manifestation, understand our soul lessons, which might prevent or delay manifestation, and unravel our conscious and subconscious mind that influences the manifestation process. Also, we should recognize that out ability to manifest some things can be limited if we have signed up for certain life lessons. We do not get short cuts on these! Now it gets a little more complicated, doesn t it? One basic concept to understand here is that you have created or drawn to you everything you are and everything in your world. You are the master of the living energy. Your life as you know it and the people in it are the result of your choices and your energetic output. You, as a soul before you entered this earth body, decided what life experiences you wished to learn. This is use of will in the spiritual form. Some of us chose to understand the heavy and light energy of power; others have chosen to learn about conditional and unconditional love, and the list goes on. There are many earth lessons, or soul initiations, you can choose from. We then choose our families and life circumstances that set the stage for drawing experiences that support these lessons. How quickly or slowly you move through these lessons is determined by choices made by each individual soul during their lifetime. We can, however, still influence our lives through the power of manifestation. To do this fully you must know your energetic bodies - the subtle energy

5 5 of 7 3/13/2013 2:55 PM that surrounds your physical body - and learn to consciously power them up. In addition to our chakras (the energy generators or radio stations that receive and send information and that align energy in the center of our physical bodies) we also have four energetic bodies. These energetic bodies that surround our heavy-matter physical body are the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Each of these bodies houses energetic waves, or frequencies, which communicate to the Universe and those around us continually. As a psychic medium I perceive these bodies and read the energy wave information contained within them. If we learn what these are and how we can manage the energy, we can then choose to draw what we desire into our lives with concentrated energy which fuels the manifestation process. The physical energetic body, which looks like a "Peter Pan shadow" of the actual physical body, is responsible for the visioning and housing of the body component of an emotion. Every emotion has a place in the body in which it is felt. We must visualize an actual scene of that which we wish to manifest to power up the energy in this body, with a focus on feeling how we would feel if we manifest the desired goal. The mental body holds the energy of all our thoughts, both conscious and subconscious. We power up this body by making statements or intentions about the visual picture of what we desire. We must also address any subconscious thoughts that may move in the opposite direction of our conscious intentions. Subconscious thoughts are usually formulated during emotionally heavy childhood experiences or initiations of life lessons. Once we have a vision and we have addressed conscious and subconscious thoughts about this vision, then we must power up the emotional body. We do this by feeling the feelings associated with the vision and intentions towards what we are creating. The fourth body is the spiritual body that houses our belief in a greater power and our faith. This body also stores the high God energy emotions of Gratitude, Love, Forgiveness, and Compassion. We activate this body by truly believing and having faith that what we see, state, and feel will come to us. When we operate with a view that the Universe is a kind place, that a power higher than ourselves wishes to help us, and that which we seek and desire will come to us rather than acting as though we are victims, we become amazingly powerful. The spiritual body is powered up when we are also able to activate the God energies of Love and Gratitude. Give gratitude for your vision and believe it will come true. Give gratitude and love to the higher power and all guides and spiritual helpers that will assist you if asked. When we have activated all of these bodies, we are operating at a high frequency of energy. We will now begin to draw to us that

When we keep our chakras in balance and we are aware of our energetic bodies, we become a beacon of high energy and can attract more things to us in a more powerful way. Learn to understand your energetic bodies as well as your chakras and you re well on your way to mastering energetic management and high-powered manifesting! She is a Native American medicine woman who scans people's bodies during readings to understand what may be off balance. She then contributes her herbal knowledge as part of the remedy. This week I gave a reading and as Mehta did her body scanning, she told the client that she had high blood pressure for which the client was taking medicine (of course, Mehta said she was taking medicines; guides see everything!) but that she also needed to check her cholesterol levels. She then recommended Rose Hip tea. Not surprisingly, when I looked up Rosehip on my computer after the reading, it in fact lowers BOTH cholesterol and blood pressure!
