2 12 UNIVERSAL LAWS Law of Attraction is what we re mainly about here with manifestation BUT there are 12 other universal laws that are equally as important. Consider this your quick go-to guide when you need a refresher on the laws or want a little ebook read to start your morning. See the video training for the in-depth info on how to tie these in with manifestation! These universal laws govern our everything. They re working behind the scenes, just like law of attraction, whether we are intentional with them or not. When you become intentional with living your life by the laws, magical will start to happen all the freaking time! I use these to pull in daily manifestations and I cannot wait to share them with you!

4 LAW OF ONENESS This law states that we are all one. We are all connected. From the trees to your dog to your best friend. We re all made of the same matter and we re one in the same. Some interpret this as we are all one with God/universe/source and because of that, we ARE the universe/god/source. We create our lives because we are one with the universe. I like to look at this from a scientific standpoint. In modern physics, we know that we are made of stardust. If stars didn t explode, the oxygen we breathe wouldn t be created. AKA you are one with energy, the stars, the sky, everything!

5 LAW OF VIBRATION This law is one of my favorites and is so important. EVERYTHING is energy. This law focuses on frequencies and vibrations. Every person, thought, food, firework, literally everything has a vibration. But it doesn t stop there because everything is a vibration, it s ALWAYS moving. Therefore, there s no such thing as stuck energy. When you re stuck, it s really you repeating the same vibration of thought over and over again. This law reminds us we can always shift our vibration into something better, by reaching for other things with higher vibrations.

6 LAW OF ACTION One of the most important laws is the Law of Action! This law states that we MUST take action in order to manifest our dream realities. Without taking your inspired action, you will never receive the things you desire. While visualization, meditation and journaling are very important they will never directly bring your manifestations into your realm. You need to go network, get out the house, contact the potential client. Take the action required for the manifestation to come full circle. Taking the action tells the universe directly that YES I desire this and YES I am ready to receive.

7 LAW OF CORRESPONDENCE I want you to think of this law like written correspondence. You write letters with direct communication in direct response to what was written to you. This is what the Law of Correspondence is about! The universe is directly corresponding to the thoughts you have swirling around your mind. Your life is an exact reflection of your thoughts because that s the universe s version of mail your reality. When we shift the way we think and perceive life, life around us will change. Because of this, always try approaching sticky situations by reframing your mindset then move into action!

8 LAW OF KARMA Everyone has heard of karma and this law is exactly that. Also referenced to as the Law of Cause and Effect, everything you do causes a ripple. Every action has an outcome! The universe isn t judging us but it s always giving back the vibration we put out. If you talk badly about someone, you re putting out the vibration of talking badly about yourself. If you have a super high vibe week, you will reap high vibe benefits! Remember this law when things feel slow, knowing that the more high vibes and happiness you give out, the more that is coming your way.

9 LAW OF COMPENSATION Super similar to the Law of Karma, the Law of Compensation is acknowledging abundance specifically. It states that you 110% of the time will be compensated for giving freely, from a place of love and helpfulness. This applies to money, gifts, relationships, happiness anything that you want an abundance in. The law also confirms that the more people you help and the more you give, the MORE you will be compensated. Think about the wealthiest people in the world, they donate and help millions of people. That s what this law is affirming!

10 LAW OF ATTRACTION Law of Attraction is the main one we all know! To its core, the law is teaching that like attracts like. If you re stressed, you ll attract more situations that are stressful. If you re super grateful, you ll attract more to be grateful for. The easiest example of this would be a time you were in a bad mood. You sat in the bad mood and spiraled, complaining about more. Then maybe you went about your day and MORE just went to shit. It s because you were attracting more annoyances, based off of your vibration. Focus on high vibes to attract all the high vibe things!

11 LAW OF PERPETUAL TRANSMUTATION This law single-handedly changed my life because it states we have the power, at any moment, to completely change our lives. If you know my story, the first time I tried to be happier and higher vibe I failed because I thought it d be easy. But it takes work. However, this law reminds us that WE have the power to make that decision. To wake up one morning and decide for a better life. With this law, we know that high vibe eat up low vibes! So, you have the ability to shift into a better place for yourself. When you do this, you inspire others around you to shift their energy as well. Focusing on yourself and your vibration can be one of the most selfless acts you can do for those around you.

12 LAW OF RELATIVITY I would almost call this law the Law of Perspective! It states that everything is relative. Someone will also have worse conditions, worse circumstances, even when it feels like your life is a hot mess. It s all relative to your perspective. The law brings to our awareness that as humans, we are DESTINED to face challenges. These challenges are meant to help us grow and expand, so we can learn and change. There s no way we can avoid them but we can change our perspective to what lesson can I take away from this? rather than why me? It s also a good reminder that life is happening FOR us and not TO us.

13 LAW OF POLARITY This law affirms one of my FAVORITE sayings POLARITY CREATES CLARITY. The Law of Polarity teaches us that every single thing has an opposite. High vibe, low vibe. Happiness, sadness. Morning and night. An amazing day versus a horrible day. We experience polarity to discover the very things we do not want. Without the lows, how would we know what highs we desire? The important thing to remember, however, is to focus on the CLARITY side. Acknowledge the things you do not want but focus your energy on what you do want. That s the vibration you want to hangout at.

14 LAW OF RHYTHM The Law of Rhythm reminds us that life has cycles. That s why we have seasons! The trees flourish, grow strong and brighter, shed their leaves and die for the winter. All to grow back again in Spring! We are no different than the trees. We must grow and flourish while also holding the space to relax and rejuvenate. Honor your seasons. This affirms we need to work from a place of excitement and inspiration, not from being tired and overwhelmed. Remember that it s ok to have tired and slow points! The inspo always come back.

15 LAW OF GENDER This one sounds harsh but I promise it s not! The Law of Gender isn t referring to male and female but is in reference to MASCULINE and FEMININE energies! It reminds us you will achieve the level of success you desire out of balance of the two. Masculine energy is strategy, planning, doing. Feminine energy is flow, self-love, allowing. When we can tie the two together, magic happens! Focus on determination while being patient, strategy and allowing. Balance is everything!
